Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Location is brilliant as it is right across the road from the ferry port. Helpful receptionist even at 11pm. Bright modern decoration in the reception and the bedroom. We had a cabin which was small but had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning.

Room was a bit cramped, but ok for a night. The choice of evenings snacks was disappointing. We thought rightly or wrongly that there was a restaurant 🤔

She was also having to respond to a very difficult client on the phone while we waited and was dealing with utmost tact and diplomacy. She responded to our comment re the garage access by adding additional assistance.
Tbph the room was basic. A bed, a small place for hanging clothes, very little room for suitcases. Good towels in the bathroom.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Le principal avantage de cet établissement réside dans le fait qu'il se situe juste en face de la gare maritime. A noter également la présence d'un parking gratuit. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et il est possible de le prendre tôt le matin avant de se rendre au ferry.
Le nombre de prises électriques dans les chambres, une lampe supplémentaire ne serait pas de refus et les chambres sont un peu exigües.

Le lavabo de la salle de bains sentait les égouts. Une personne jeune à l'accueil, cheveux châtains avec une frange, pas du tout aimable, pas souriante et insolente. Trop loin du centre ville et pas de transport jusqu'à l'hôtel. On m'a fait payer un.peu plus de 13 euros de frais juste parce que ma sœur a passé une nuit à l'hôtel. C'est inadmissible. Je ne garderai pas un bon souvenir de cet hôtel.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Cet établissement est placé à deux pas de la Gare Atocha et est une véritable bulle de raffinement insoupçonnée par rapport à ce qu’on attend . Tout est soigné propre et impeccable avec un bon niveau de confort de l’accueil aux chambres et avec un petit déjeuner exceptionnel dans une salle avec une vue élevée sur Madrid. À deux pas du musée du Prado et d’un grand parc il est possible d’aller au centre ville historique à pied ou en transport.

Chambre 256 très petite pour 3 personnes dont un ado, très confiné ! Manque de prise dans la chambre, espace limité autour du lit pour circuler. Plus de rideaux aux fenêtres. Manque rangement dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Chambre à rafraîchir car style vieillot. Le prix assez élevé, ayant fait d'autres ibis style ne mérite pas l'appellation. Le petit déjeuner qui n'est plus achalandé à partir 9h15 et se termine à 10h, il pourrait proposer jusqu'à 11h.

Again the early breakfast from 6am was ideal for catching the early ferry back to Portsmouth. The staff were very friendly and helpful allowing us to store luggage. Air conditioning in the room was much appreciated.

Jouduimme odottamaan yli tunnin huoneemme vapautumista. Huone oli erittäin ahdas ja lattia ikävän likainen. Lisäksi pistorasiat eivät toimineet lainkaan. Ne korjattiin parin-kolmen tunnin sisään.

- La chambre était petite et très encombrée de mobilier inutile - Usage compliqué pour une PMR (mais non personnellement concerné)

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026This is a convenient hotel to stay in if you come in on the late ferry from Portsmouth. This was our 3rd or 4th time of staying as it's so close to the port and is a good jumping off point to drive on into France. The secure car park is another plus.
There's nothing to dislike as such as it fits the bill as a convenient although basic hotel.
