We absolutely love this hotel. It is our second year and we can't wait to rebook. The staff are absolutely amazingl. Micheala and Laura are simply wonderful and make the holiday all the more special. Thanks again Regina Elena, we will be back.

Perfect location! Gorgeous view and friendly, helpful staff! They did daily cleanings and the a/c was so great during the heat wave. The breakfast was great and they had gluten free options. I loved the roof top pool views. I would definitely stay there again and it felt like home, I miss it already!

The beds were very firm but were surprisingly comfortable!!! I wish the gym had an elliptical machine but I got lots of steps in around the city. I wish you could cast your streaming onto the TV.

J’ai adoré cet hôtel, c’est pour moi un des meilleurs en rapport qualité prix à Porto fino Le personnel est très agréable très sympathique. Ils m’ont réparé une paire de chaussures et on a dû partir tôt, ils ont accordé notre départ sans aucun frais ce qui est très rare en plein mois d’août, nous y retournerons avec grand bonheur.

L'hotel Regina Elena offre un eccellente benvenuto per cani e gatti. Ho prenotato due stanze e in entrambe, sia il mio gatto che il cane del mio compagno hanno potuto usufruire di lettiera, contenitori per acqua e del cibo in bustina offerto da loro. Un altro punto forte è il supporto per gli anxiani: si può accedere alla spiaggia con ingresso sottostante all'hotel, tramite ascensore.

Mooie lokatie

Hoewel vooraf was toegezegd dat een klein hondje welkom was aan het strand, bleek dit toch niet te mogen. Op het dakterras was er geen beschutting tegen de zon, dus dit was alleen aantrekkelijk bij bewolkt weer.

Perfect position at the sea, walking distance to everything, lovely view over the sea. The private beach accessible without crossing over the street. The beach is very cute and relaxed. Really friendly staff. We really liked Michela who was always smiling and helpful. Our interconnected rooms on the fifth floor with sea view terrace were great for a family - and it’s not so easy to find family rooms that actually work both being really connected and giving privacy. We slept with open terrace doors without noise and a with a nice breeze. The mattresses were super nice and firm. Good with a gym in the basement. The pool on top of the building was cool. There is a walk path right in front of the hotel that takes you all the way to Portofino.

The gym could have a bit more equipment, such as a couple of yoga maths and loud speakers for music, and a step machine. The breakfast buffet was very good but could have a couple of more healthy options such as more fresh fruit but overall it was already very good and fresh.

Reserve habitación con vista al jardín y como No tenían otra me alojaron en una con vista la Mar. Hoy al hacer el check out me cobraron la diferencia (también me estaban cobrando cosas de más) yo no pedí esa habitación y si ellos no tenían. Otra no es mi problema. Solicito el Reembolso de la diferencia

Měli jsme jiný pokoj, než jsem objednal. Měl být v průčelí hotelu s výhledem na moře. Měli jsme boční pokoj, výhled na moře jen částečný.

It is in a great location, most staff is really friendly and helpful, very clean.

The price is incredibly high for the space and acommodations offered and everything costs something extra (bed, breakfast, water, beach chair...)

Clean, comfortable rooms. The best features are the location which is highly walkable to everything and the on site beach club. It’s convenient to return from sightseeing and head over to the beautiful beach ! We had a room for three with tons of privacy between my husband and me and our daughter in a separate sleeping quarter which contained a half bath and its own balcony. My nephew had a single room which was compact and comfortable. Great service too. I would return and recommend.

La loro piscina è risultata un miraggio per il comportamento del personale con accappatoio si accappatoio no alla fine non ci va nessuno. La spiaggia è la peggiore della zona per i sassi presenti mentre i bagni vicini avevano il ghiaietto e andare in acqua era pericoloso dalla spiaggia per i massi. La cosa incredibile è stata che alle 21 di luglio non si potesse più mangiare perché fanno gli orari delle RSA

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est agréable, à proximité de la plage. Malheureusement, c’est le seul point positif de mon séjour.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. J’avais réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et un enfant. Finalement, mon amie n’a pas pu venir en raison de sa grossesse et je me suis retrouvée seule avec ma fille. J’ai demandé s’il était possible d’obtenir un geste commercial ou un remboursement partiel, mais on m’a expliqué que cela n’était pas possible. J’ai accepté cette décision. En revanche, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée était très sale, très petite et ne correspondait absolument pas à la chambre que j’avais réservée ni au prix payé. Je suis retournée immédiatement à la réception pour demander une chambre conforme à ma réservation. On m’a répondu qu’aucune chambre équivalente n’était disponible et que l’on pouvait uniquement me proposer une chambre encore plus petite et de catégorie inférieure pour une nuit, avant un éventuel changement le lendemain. Je trouve cette situation inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. J’ai payé un prix élevé pour une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à mes attentes ni à la réservation effectuée. La propreté était insuffisante et le service client n’a apporté aucune solution satisfaisante. Je regrette sincèrement d’avoir choisi cet hôtel. Je ne m’y suis pas sentie à l’aise et cette expérience a malheureusement gâché une partie de mes vacances. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

I went for dinner and I was very disappointed in the service and quality of the food, The Caesar salad was inedible, over dressed, and soggy. No staff member seemed to care about or ask if anything was wrong. When it came to dessert, I never received what I originally ordered. Instead, confusion, denying that I even ordered dessert. zero explanation on why I was not getting the dessert I ordered. I Paid and left. I would not recommend eating at this hotel. I felt I was not respected as a guest.

Nos encantó todo!!! Las habitaciones, buen aire acondicionado sin ruido, perfecta ubicación, frente al mar, desayuno fabuloso!!! y el área de la piscina en la azotea, maravillosa con una vista espectacular!!!

Дали номер на первом этаже напротив технических помещений , это первое , когда бронировали было написано завтрак включён , но почему-то сейчас написано , за до плату . Пляж 50€ , дно каменистое народу много, левее пляж за 70 € с белоснежными полотенцами , со спокойным входом в море с небольшой галькой. Завтрак скудный , не считая сладостей по цене 20€ за двоих , сыр два вида , колбаса два вида , сырые яйца нужно варить самим , короче это самый скудный завтрак , который я видела в отелях. Подушки деревянные . С шести утра слушаешь , как в соседних номерах начинают пользоваться туалетом .

The location could not be better. Great to explore from. Hotel on the bus route and close to swimming spots. The pool area was also nice, well-kept and convenient. Especially when the beaches are over-crowded. Stunning views from the pool.

I have a mobility problem and use a rollator and at all times they came to my assistance whenever necessary without my request. Grazie for our lovely modest sized room (our choice) with our side balcony with magnificent views over Santa Margherita, the sea and the hills beyond. Grazie for your high quality breakfast choices,hot and cold, we were b and b and ate out in the choice of many different pavement restaurants each evening, except on our last night, we ate on the hotel terrace, a high quality meal.and thanks Alessandra for your beautiful smile. Il n’y a malheureusement pas de douche vers la piscine de l’hôtel.

Good location. Friendly staff. Decent car park with exceptional technology for time of opening. Ai assistant at rooms. Very good view.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre de Santa Margherita et de Portofino. Personnel à l'écoute des clients. Chambre très confortable avec vue sur la mer. Calme et propreté. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant, sa cuisine et la disponibilité du parking. Des notre prochain séjour sur la région nous y reviendrons.

L’emplacement est idéal pour faire des excursions vers Portofino, Camogli ou encore les 5 Terres. La plage privée de l’hôtel est agréable et la mer transparente. L’hôtel est ancien mais dispose de tout le confort. Il est rénové au fur et à mesure. Le personnel est aimable, serviable que cela soit à la réception ou à la salle du petit déjeuner. Nous avons passé un très bon moment!

Le prix de la plage est un peu élevé. Un rabais pourrait être proposé aux personnes de l’hôtel. Lorsqu’il fait chaud, l’hôtel pourrait proposer un ravitaillement en eau dans le mini-bar de la chambre gratuitement.

This is a lovely, relaxed hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure, located on the edge of town towards Portofino. It’s a great location with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Before we arrived, we had seen some reviews mentioning that the beds were firm, and we found the staff were happy to provide a topper, which did indeed make the bed more comfortable. We had a small side–sea view room on the second floor, which was quiet and comfortable. It had a balcony with a great view towards the SML harbour. Breakfast was ample with good coffee, and the bar was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy an evening drink. The private beach has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are very well appointed, and you can even order poolside service via WhatsApp straight to your sunbed. Although there isn’t as much shade as at the beach. We stayed for 9 nights and found the resort a fantastic base—either for relaxing around the hotel and enjoying the bars, excellent restaurants, and shops in town, or for exploring the delights of Liguria. The train station, about a 20-minute walk away (or reachable by the buses passing the hotel on route to Portofino), provided easy access to many places. Some areas of the Cinque Terre were very busy and crowded, but still worth seeing. You can also easily catch the regular bus service to Portofino from right outside the hotel, though these buses can get busy at peak times. The local boat services are also easy to reach from the harbour and are a great way to explore the coast. A highlight for us was visiting Camogli—a lovely, lively town that we reached quickly by train from Santa Margherita. From there, we worked our way back along the coast, stopping for a wonderful lunch in San Frutosa along the way.

On the quieter side of Santa Margherita, yet a nice easy walk into the centre. The staff at reception are very friendly and personable. The building is a period property and has a lot of character. Breakfast is quite varied.

The rooms are quite basic in its decor and a little tired.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage mit wunderschöner Meersicht. Das war fantastisch. Die Lage fussläufig ins Städtchen. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Reception. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück und Michela war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr gut mit einem schönen Balkon. Die Reinigungsfrau hat sehr gute ,Arbeit geleistet und war auch sehr aufmerksam Uns hat es sehr gefallen...wir kamen mit unseren 2 Hunden. Wir hatten einen bewachten Parkplatz Wir kommen sicher wieder.
