Excellent value for money. Breakfast options and quality were wonderful! Location is great! I would definitely stay again. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the size of the rooms!

Rooms could use a refresh. One of the rooms we had a slight odor of cigarette smoke. Despite being a non smoking property it appeared at some point our room had been smoked in. The towel rack was not properly secured to the wall.

Room carpet was in very bad condition. someone pee on the carpet previously, but i believe no one try to clean it.

Common areas are dirty. They switched us to a room with one King bed, facing the indoor pool - no chance at clean air. First room assigned had a strong smoke smell (tobacco)...they did assign ..Price was much too high, even for a long weekend.

The front desk staff were a bit rude during check in. When booking this hotel ( we booked the family suite)I requested to check in early between 1-2. They said they could not guarantee the room being ready for that time but they would do their best. We decided to kill some time incase and showed up at the hotel at 2:50 to check in (normal check in time is 3) and we were told it would be at least another 40 minutes till our room was ready. When we were finally able to get into our room, one bed had stains on the sheets, the carpets had stains all over as well as the curtains. The desk was falling apart and had tape to hold the pieces together.

Breakfast was good. Everything needed/wanted was there. Bed was very comfortable and liked the pillows. The location was perfect to get to and from the Shrine, easy to find and close.

Beds are so uncomfortable, pillows are hardly filled with anything, not great to sleep on. Bringing own pillows next time.

The rooms were grubby. All surfaces were full of smudges and finger prints from past guests. Even hallways and stairs were filthy with rocks and dirt and dust.

The breakfast and pool area was so beautiful with all of the windows. Old but maintained and it just was so serene to sit there with a coffee! We could walk to kelseys or chucks for dinner too which was convenient!

Our room especially the bathroom could have been updated. The in house restaurant was closed and looks like it could have so much potential. The motel on same property was a bit of an eye sore.

It's very rare to find a hotel that has a room to accommodate 5-6 people in 1 room. The room spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Will be back here again in the fiture.

We booked a king suite. We were called and told that room was not available; we then booked a king room. Two comfortable chairs and a table between is always a bonus in a hotel room and we appreciated that. Bed was a bit too soft and the bedding seemed a bit worn, also the pillows were very small. Noise from just outside our window from workers taking a cigarette break was annoying at 6 a.m. Please to the fellow hacking his lungs out -- do that somewhere else. Breakfast was standard fare and OK. The pool looked well maintained; however the change rooms were closed. I guess guests were expected to walk back to their rooms in wet bathing suits? The restaurant was closed as well. Neither of these issues were told to us when we booked. We chose this hotel because of those two features, so it was disappointing. The Quality Inn and Conference Centre is very affordable though, so if that's your only criteria then book this hotel.

We always stay at this place for lacrosse tournaments at this time of the year. It has everything we need. Plus free breakfast in the morning is a bonus!

The hot tub had to close because of incident caused by other people. The pool was ace because it was heated.

The main center of the hotel was really nice with multiple levels with the pool hot tub sauna accessable from all.levels. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great also. Sara who checked us in was very personalbe and nice to talk to.

The noise level at night and in the morning was very loud. The door to our room didn't shut right. The hotel seemed run down. The TV didn't work.

I stayed at this hotel to snowmobile in the area for a couple of days. The staff were cheerful, the room was great and the free breakfast was terrific. I didn't get use the pool and hot tub but they looked inviting. I would definitely recommend a stay for great value. The snowmobile trails were mint too.

There needs to be more attention paid or more staff on duty in the mornings when it’s very busy with young families keeping the breakfast tables wiped off and clean.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub

The room next to us had people coming and going at all times of the night for the 4 nights we stayed. Headlights were shon straight into our room many times a night. The beds sheets slipped off constantly. The floor felt sticky.

Everything was excellent. The breakfast staff were amazing in how diligent and impressive they were. They are the interactive face of the establishment and should be acknowledged and commended for how well they seamlessly made the breakfast run smoothly.

Room 216 Washroom needs renovation, shower looks moldy on ceiling. Taps needs replacing. Front door doesn't close, need to pull to open push to close.

My grandkids loved the breakfast especially the waffle maker. We also made great use of the pool and was extremely satisfied with the pool area.

Some of the carpets weren’t in the best shape and the toilet ran off and on.

Staff was amazing and polite. They made my room more accomidating for my disability. I was very pleased.

I stayed at this Quality Inn for one night as part of a larger group. Although the property itself is a bit dated, there are signs of recent renovations. The king-bed room I had was spacious, well-equipped, and reasonably clean with no unpleasant odors or any issues. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable. My main disappointment was the pool and sauna, which were prominently advertised on the website but closed for maintenance or repair during our visit. This wasn’t disclosed during the booking process or in our group’s numerous calls with the hotel. The breakfast was standard fare with no surprises. The location, however, is a definite highlight - conveniently close to Walmart, LCBO, and Boston Pizza, and just a short drive to Midland Harbour and King's Wharf Theatre. Overall, this was a decent choice for a short stay.

Rushed out of our room by housekeeping knocking multiple times for 2 hours until check out time. Cleaning doors while we are still there and waiting in the hall for us to leave

Indoor pool was in poor condition - water very cold - unheated. Hallway to pool ALL vinyl flooring loose and bubbled. Rooms were ok. Shower walls loose plastic panels - dated but clean. Breakfast the usual for a budget hotel. Grounds unsightly - worn concrete paths and weeds.

The hotel is easy to find and is close to main street Midland and not far from Penetanguishene. It was very clean and comfortable.

The hot tub was not hot

The beds were very comfortable. The room was large. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a bonus!

The halls could have been cleaner and I'm not a fan of dated carpet in the rooms.

Front desk staff did not specify breakfast hours or use of pool hours or wifi code when I checked in. As I had to spick up my son late at night , i would have liked a bit more light in the parking area. The driveway into the property is shared with another business and more light would have helped to guide me in. Air conditioning was not working properly and the room was warm and stuffy.

Very expensive over $300 for a room that is that dated. Hotel had lots of wear and tear in halls and room.

I booked a double room And was given a single room Told the reception and the answer was the pictures online are not of this hotel. So overall very disappointed especially for the price I paid !!! The property is tired and need major upgrades The breakfast was terrible Definately not recommend this property

Good stay

The staff were kind and accomidating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If you're expecting the Ritz you will be dissapointed, but you certainly should not be while staying at a budget hotel. You get what you pay for.

Clean and quiet

The hotel itself is very dated and could use a sprucing up. The hotel main areas and my room were clean but the back area I was instructed to use to enter the hotel was dirty. Didn't look like it had been swept or mopped in ages. The area surrounding this area was also unkept. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised that there was an on-site restaurant. Not true. This restaurant, The Library, closed in March/25. Please update this information. My room was clean and both the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Service was great but the room was terribly run down. We stayed here before and the room was clean and in decent shape. After this visit I won’t be back.

I am aware that it is not a 5 star facility...but I do not like drinking coffee from paper cups...and sadly the scrambled eggs are always over cooked...so I did not have any. I am sure you are doing your best with the $ you have to apply to breakfasts.

It is a tired property ,in need of a good overhaul. Furniture is old,chipped, drawer missing in the dresser. AC unit has gaps around it ,so you can see the outdoors all the way around it. Bathroom is rusty around the doors and fixtures Peeling wallpaper was stapled to the wall. Window well’s papier is almost all off Carpet is bubbled between the beds creating g tripping hazzard
