It’s new, very clean. And quiet. Staff is fantastic. Sitting area at the ground floor has some private areas. It has fridge and microwave. Short is modern and roomy.

This is a 3 star property charging 5 star rates, Breakfast room was overcrowded, tables were not cleaned and garbage bin overflowing, Toilet seat in my room was loose. Front desk staff at checkout was unfriendly and bordering on rude. Charged 430$ for one night

Le personnel de l' accueil pas très accueillant aucun sourire ni un bonjour ou merci bonne journée. Les chiens qui font du bruit "pas cool".

Clean facility that allows pets, though the $75 charge is a bit excessive compared to other competitors. Good breakfast, always a plus.

$75 pet fee seems excessive compared to what competitors charge. Plus, my room I was assigned to had the smell of cat urine in one corner of the room.

The whole experience was excellent. A nice modern hotel with good facilities. Good size bathroom with walk in shower. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. Breakfast was very good. Easy parking.

Ok so when we got there everything seemed great, then the air conditioner started running, and it was very loud making a banging noise, which then kept us up all night. So we didn’t have a good sleep at all. We had complained to the front desk manager, and he came upstairs to check it out. It had not kicked in yet, but he did not change us rooms. There was a lot of vacancies so it wouldn’t have been a problem. Then we talked to someone in the next day. He was very apologetic and didn’t understand why that the night guy did not change our room. I come from the city to visit my family quite frequent and would like to continue staying at this hotel, but was very disappointed the last time with noise.

Room was clean, bed was comfy and the food was decednt at the breakfast.

The pool was cold, and it would have been nice for a hot tub and sauna. The staff were slightly argumentative telling me that I would be unable to pay with my debit for my stay. Also indicated that if i had not used Booking.com that I could have saved more money, then refused to switch the booking. I was not impressed withe customer service. I expected more from a Hilton property.

Security that was harassing teens for just standing in the hallway and just talking in the early evening hours, yet didn’t bother parents in the same situation.

Cleanliness #1 for me and visiting family in Waubaushene just 20 min. drive away.

We stayed for one night when passing through the area. The hotel had plenty of parking and was within walking distance of a couple of eating places. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and were able to provide change so that we could use the laundry facilities within the hotel (large coin operated washing machine and tumble drier). Our room was very large and comfortable.

Our main dislike was that breakfast had to be eaten on paper plates and using disposable cutlery. In a hotel of this standard this seemed very poor to us - why no proper plates and cutlery? We felt like we were at a children's party or on a picnic. Shockingly wasteful. Our only other small issue was that the bedroom lacked any central overhead lighting, so the room was generally quite dark.

The pool is a joke was very tiny not clean the breakfast was pathetic Raw waffles runny water eggs frozen uncooked potatoes uncooked sausages (we had to go out 3 times in the morning and pay for breakfast at a restaurant down the street....) the rooms were tight small The bathroom faucet was a complete joke. Just did not care what we had to say..!!!

Great breakfast. Very clean. Staff were friendly. Pets were welcome and there's bags and lots of grassy areas.

The TV was low quality. The air conditioner was noisey and disturbed our sleep. The bed springs made noise and there was no hot tub.

We stayed 2 nights and had a nice time.Breakfast was great with many options. The closest place for dinner was Kelsey's and it was hopping and within walking distance. The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was smooth. No problems at all. Highly recommend

Mode of transportation was bicycle, so it was a little too far to walk to downtown or even to the grocery stores. It was a bike friendly hotel however and they gave our club safe storage for our bikes.
