Great motel. Very good inside and out, either newly renovated or new building. Very clean. Would use again.

Check in staff person was not rude but not very courteous either also not helpful regarding restaurant options. Check out person was excellent.

Breakfast was good, typical buffet breakfast food items. High chair was available in the breakfast area for our family to use. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and hlepful.

Sehr großes Zimmer, viel Platz. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Betten bequem. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Der nächste Supermarkt ist quasi um die Ecke.

Das eine Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung furchtbar gequietscht und das Zimmer ist ziemlich dunkel. Frühstück nur bis 9.00 Uhr und damit zu früh für uns.

The staff were accommodating , and pleasant trying to solve an issue we had.

I’m sad to say this was a very poor experience for us . The biggest issue was the chemical smell coming from the air conditioning unit the first day and night we didn’t realize that it was coming from the air conditioning unit. So we left it on as it was very warm out. However after turning the air off we realized that was the problem. The staff tried to give us a different room as the Oder was so strong but each room we went into the air was off but you could smell the lingering Oder. As it was after ten when all this was happening it was too late to try for a different place to stay so we just kept the air off and the window open . This was a very comfortable experience. I realize this is something that needs to be carried out to kill bacteria from standing water however those rooms should not be rented out until the Oder has dissipated. The other minor issues were electrical plugs that didn’t work. The breakfast was only 2 hrs from 7-9 and when your spending more than one night opening until 10 AM would be more appropriate. Having said that the breakfast is so sparse we didn’t even eat there on the last morning. We are usually not dissatisfied with the breakfasts at other places we have stayed at.

Very clean hotel

Breakfast was fine, pretty much the usual. There is no elevator so we requested a first floor room, which was accommodated. Location was good for getting to various points in Georgian Bay, which was our plan.

The breakfast buffet was good. The location is very convenient, there is a commercial area near by when we needed something it was easy. Short drive to the very nice downtown area by the water.

Rooms were spacious and there were plenty of towels.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was kept very clean. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Location was ok would have liked to have been closer to the water. That's my fault for not checking location on map.

Felt we were not where the action was as you are right off hwy 12 not down town by the water front. Breakfast was included but staying for 5 days would have liked the food to have a little change like ham, or bacon not just sausage. Food was nice and appreciated having the option. Would have liked a soft comfy chair in room to watch TV instead of the hard table chairs.

Carpets in rooms. No elevator. Dingy looking. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was up to date and in good order, hot water, lots of parking which was free. The suit case and cloth storage area was really a very good bonus.

It was good to have a fridge, but, it was so noisy I had to turn it off during the night. It was like an after thought, out of context. Same with the air conditioning noisy, had to turn it off then later turn it on because we got warm. So good to have both, pity it was noisy. missed a bed side table for both sides of the bed. The breakfast was ok. China plates and proper knives and forks would have been good.. a sense of quality. It was good to have breakfast included, just felt there was something lacking... I really didn't feel the gentleman on the desk could communicate with us well...

Lorsque j’ai demandé à être logé au RDC, on m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible ; toutefois le lendemain vers 7h00 du matin, il n’y avait que 6 voitures sur le parking alors que les 2 étages (RDC et 2ème) disposaient de 40 chambres !!! Je précise que nous avons 70 ans et que nous avions 2 grandes valises … qu’il a fallu monter à pied puisqu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur ; inutile de vous dire que je n’ai pas du tout apprécié. Petit déjeuner avec des couverts en plastique !

The balance price-quality was unbeatable! All clean, the staff were kind at all times, and it was a very comfortable space to stop and recharge energy to continue my road trip around the great lakes! Totally recommended! (It was 15 far from Balm Beach, which was great, too!)

Breaky was just ok. Staff was barely present, no one ar check out and had to ring bell at check in. Older property, no elevators. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Industrial part of town but facing newer townhomes. Little to no sound insulation. Not really near highway but still a lot of road and ruck noises all night. Enough to put you off returning unless there was no other choice.

There was no way to control the temperature and the room was VERY hot. I did open the small window. By morning the room was conlmforrable.

We stayed on the recommendation of a trusted relative who said the breakfast was the best. However, the specialty coffee machine was out of order and the other breakfast items were much the same as other hotel offerings.

I stayed in room 109 for both my stays. The AC and heat made weird sounds both times. The washroom door creaked loudly both times. Both have not been dealt with. However the midland in is my favorite place to stay when I come there. I brought new people there and they enjoyed it.

It was a big space for the amount of money. The shower was hot.

Thin walls and ceilings. Requested top floor but got bottom floor. Was woken up several times throughout the night by the person/people upstairs stomping back and forth. Just no noise barrier/insulation. Poor lighting, not warm. Like white LED. Breakfast left something to be desired.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice. The location of the Inn was close to where we were attending in the city. The price was decent. The continental breakfast was decent.

The Inn didn't have an elevator, I should have checked specifically for that when booking. The actual room had a musty odor, and was very dated. The walls looked like they needed a good scrubbing and paint job. The beds were very uncomfortable for sleeping. There was long hair between the bed sheets on one of the bed. Which makes me think the beds are not stripped down and all sheets washed and cleaned properly. Unfortunately for me this was all a very uncomfortable stay for me.
