Beds are comfy abd the restaurant serves a great breakfast and dinner. Dining staff are exceptional.

The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Furniture is ancient and worn. Bathrooms are small.

The breakfast was good. Lots of choices for a hot breakfast. The room was well appointed and comfortable and clean. Free parking was great.

Despite rooms renovations the hotel still not on the level.

The breakfast is really poor . The fitness room is from the middle age .

Only one ice machine for the whole building located on the first floor.

The level of cleanliness and check in was quick and easy. I liked having the sink was outside of the bathroom. I could get ready while my husband was in the shower.

The size of the Toilet/shower room is a bit small.

The manager was very accommodating. The desk staff were very accommodating. And there was no issue when we needed additional face cloths and hand towels.

Check in was relatively easy. The parking was ample.

The Restaurant is closed on a Sunday. The room was not cleaned to my satisfaction. It appeared someone had sat on the made bed, there was dirt on the second bed and garbage under the bed. The bathroom had toothpaste smudges aroud the sink, wall and door, and there was hair on the floor and in the bathtub. It appeared that someone has been in the room for a short time before changing rooms. I had requested a quiet room. We were given a room next to the elevator, beside the pool and across from the laundry room. It was changed at our request to the only other available room. In the morning, there was a power outage. This is not the fault of the hotel. However, the emergency lights were only working on the 4th floor, and we had to walk down the flights of stairs with our cell phones. When this was brought up to the manager, he made an excuse that the battery must have gone out. This is a safety hazard. I cannot comment on breakfast. I believe the staff did their best with the power out to provide some sort of breakfast of pasteries, bagels and bread with spreads along with juice.

Was nice to have a warm breakfast but the meat wasn't the greatest. Would suggest switching to bacon instead of the sausage patties.

Location was great! Had to leave before breakfast unfortunately. Was hoping the Bistro would have been open on Sunday. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I had to check out in the middle of the night because we found bed bugs on the second room we were given. The first one had a stench so unbearable that my family almost vomited. We went to complain and were given another room, in which we found bed bugs as we were getting ready to rest.

Spacious rooms with large and very comfortable beds. We especially liked the huge TV, which could easily be connected to our own device. The bathroom was a bit small but perfectly adequate and very clean. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The Wi-Fi worked excellently throughout our stay, and the hotel was very quiet.

The only minor downside was the rather strong smell in the room, probably from the cleaning products, which took a little getting used to.

The breakfast was poor.....advertised as a hot breakfast but was not hot. The sausages were boiled so very not browned and not hot.

The location is perfect, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of parking.

The furniture is outdated, the carpets are rather dirty, and the room feels cramped.

No usb outlets in the room. As I have stayed in many establishments which offer USB outlets I assumed this was standard in all places. I did not have a block with me so by not knowing that a usb plug was not available in the rooms caused a minor headache as I was not prepared. However, knowing this now I will return again but pack proper phone charging supplies.

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was at check in and check out. My check in was late (2am) and I was still greeted with a smile and happiness. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy with fresh white linen.

Hotel was clean and quiet, the restaurant was really good the food was delicious as well as the breakfast.

A place to sleep. Better then the last place we stayed in truro. Staff was nice and friendly but the building had a weird smell and felt a little dirty. The area itself is a little sketchy.

Location was good and beds were comfortable. Breakfast included was nice addition and food was solid.

Room had a very musty smell that was then covered up with heavily perfumed cleaner. While bed linens and towels were clean, overall the room needed a deep clean as baseboards and corners were very dirty. Furniture was also quite banged up. Hallways were newly painted and carpet was newer but interior stairwells had not been cleaned in a while and hallways needed vacuuming.

The rooms was quiet and soundproof. Supper was excellent

Hotel is quickly accessed off the highway. It's nice and clean. Only used the restaurant for breakfast and they have a great selection of gluten-free offerings including sausages and home fries.

Pti-déj juste suffisant. Certains aliments pas disponible tous les jours, seulement une variante d'œufs.

Réservé pour 5 nuits: reçu la pire des chambre (en face du distributeur à boissons, chambre de lessive, ascenseur, chambre de service et à 10m de la piscine/gym). Le week-end l'hôtel est rempli de jeunes qui sont extrêmement bruyants, dérangeants tard dans la nuit, frappent à toutes les portes et fenêtres, claquent les portes etc. La réception se montre très réticente a prendre des actions envers ces "hooligans" et font encore moins preuve d'empathie pour les autres clients (aucune excuse quelconque).

Had to wait 45 minutes to check in, assigned room was not ready but others were coming and going right to room probably 5-10 families waiting to get check in. First night we was there cops were called due to fighting drug use etc. Lots of full time residents stay at this hotel. Room recently had carpet changed and was smelled really bad. Strong strong smell of weed in the hallways. We had booked to stay at this hotel again in July and have cancelled and booked a different hotel. Beds were good. Room was clean.

Die Zimmer sind (bis auf den neu verlegten Teppich) alt und abgewohnt; die Dusche eklig ; die Betten unbequem. Wir hatten eigentlich zwei weitere Nächte geplant, diese aber storniert.

The location was excellent. We were within walking distance of excellent restaurants and the event we attended. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well.

Breakfast was okay but not great. Eggs were limited and cold. Would have liked bananas. The only fruit were small oranges that are difficult to peel. Maybe a fruit cocktail would be better.

We were on the same floor as the lobby but needed to take three steps down. The steps were too high, not the normal ergonomic height, and this were difficult to navigate .

Breakfast was awesome but the fridge froze my stuff could not turn it down. But other then that was good !staff was very friendly and nice and helpful.

Fridge and a more quite room like I requested

Well...we have been to the Inn many times over the years we have travelled to Nova Scotia to visit our son. The staff are wonderful, and we were checked in quickly. The staff were able to give us the same favorite room we have always had in the past, and we think that is so special. they do care. The room was clean, and the services to our room for our 6 night stay were always met. Since our King room did not have a night stand on one side for our CPAP machines, the staff provided us with a High desk chair to use. That was also wonderful. Bistro staff were great for Breakfast and Diners. One would not be disappointed staying here. We will always book the Inn On Prince for our future stays.

The had my credit card on file but asked for my card in check in. I gave and they processed along with a deposit. Upon check out they said transaction as cancelled and needed to process again. System accepted card showed 0 balance but they could not give me print out till later. Breakfast not good. All in all would not recommend

The continental breakfast was excellent - probably the best my husband and I have enjoyed since before Covid days.
