Location was good.

Beds are soft and worn out,we had a suite with some food prep station but no table or chairs to sit and eat.free breakfast was ok but far from great we stayed for 8 days only had breakfast for 4 days.we won't be going back.

Large king bed room. Comfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom facilities were very good. Small kitchenette was handy to have. Great hot & cold buffet breakfast available in the morning. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant, Miller's which was very good. It is open from 4pm. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. It is the motel section of the Best Western Hotel & Convention Center.

There was 2 staff at front desk. One staff was with a customer while my family was with the other staff member. She was middle of our papers as she stopped working with us and took another couples request. Instead of saying that she will be with them shortly. So it took longer booking in and it wouldn't hurt for staff to be cheerful and smile a little more.

Good breakfast served in the Main Conference Center building. Staff quite friendly and ready to assist.

Didn't realize we were in the 'motel' extended stay section of the hotel when we booked. The rooms have been updated and are quite comfortable but the outside of the 'motel' could use a freshening up.

Staff was friendly. The room decor was up to date and the washer/dryer in the room was fantastic and a great addition to a traveling family.

The floor wasn’t clean. I’m not saying it wasn’t cleaned but there is no way it was cleaned with clean water. And the shower floor didn’t look clean but that could very well be the water. Hotel must figure a way of getting a product that will get rid of the stains.

My family love the place. Its clean, staff ifls helpfull and nice, pool was very fun. We will come back for sure.

Wir hatten ein relativ geräumiges Zimmer für 4 Personen. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Indoor-Pool inkl. Whirlpool hat uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Leider waren die Betten relativ schmal. Beim Frühstück haben wir frisches Obst vermisst.

Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons. La chambre au complet avait été refaite à neuf. Il s'agissait d'une unité avec une cuisinette complète, mais il manquait des choses essentielles, comme décrits dans le coin que nous n'avons pas apprécié.

Le manque ahurissant d'une table et de chaises pour équiper une cuisinette me semble d'une invraisemblance incroyable. Nous avons dû utiliser la planche à repasser en guise de table! La préposé à la réception a même trouvé ça drôle lorsque je lui ai mentionné. Il n'y avait pas non plus de petit four de comptoir. Le lien Internet n'était pas stable : le téléviseur y étant branché, ça "laguait" souvent.

Complimentary breakfast was good, room was clean and tidy, and the pool was a nice addition. Easy access to the highway.

Requested early check-in via booking.com (who confirmed it was secured through the hotel by email), but when I arrived early check-in was denied. When I tried to explain (and showed the confirmation email) that I had a business meeting and needed a place for my family to stay, they were dismissive. Dinner service at the restaurant was great, but the food was not.

Good size room with kitchenette and coffee maker. Spacious, brightly lit bathroom with good ventilation and ample supply of towel. Good hot breakfast.

Property charges $250 up front against possible damages.

The location was great. Had a fantastic restaurant on site. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We came here especially for the hot tub and the pool, but the hot tub was out of order. We were not notified of this. The staff was okay, but weren't really trying to give us a great experience. And also very small beds.

Room next door had a party and when I called to ask to be moved , I was told they were pretty full and they would need to clean a room in the mail building . They said they would talk to the room to let them know they needed to quiet down. Half hour later still being very loud called front desk let the phone ring off the hook and no one would answer . Wouldn’t stay again unless they were nothing else in town and it would only be in the main building .

The location.

False advertising. No pool, no hot tub, no restaurant or bar. Loud bus parked outside our room at 7:30am woke us up and refused to turn off engine until Hotel staff approached. Very disappointed in our stay.

Bed could have been comfier, it was hard. And the shower was dirty, it needs a good scrub and replace the caulking that’s all moldy

Breakfast day one was traditional and tasted good. However, day two had mashed potatoes and corn hash, which is a bit of an odd choice for breakfast. Set up was not ideal.

Breakfast was pretty good, it was buffet style. Rooms were comfy and had lots of amenities.

The restaurant was nice, friendly staff, but the Reuben sandwich was made with canned corn beef. Other sandwiches that were ordered were well liked, just surprised by the Reuben.

The breakfast is the best hotel experience I have had. The choices could not be better and I really appreciate the chef who makes omelettes and all the other staff. I have stayed for quite a few days between December and January at this hotel and could not recommend it highly enough. The staff are always helpful and pleasant and the premises is very comfortable and a pleasant environment to relax

Very handy, big room, clean, friendly staff and fabulous breakfast. The motel style room fitted our needs and the kitchenette was a bonus.

We were way outside the hotel itself which is a pain when you have children that you have to bring over in the main part for swimming or breakfast

The staff were very friendly but what made this place memorable was the hot breakfast. We returned to this same hotel on our way back because we loved the rooms but especially the hot breakfast.

We booked 2 deluxe bed room for our stay on Expedia. On arrival they said they only have 1 bed room available but we got charged for two. And they gave us one small single bed which barely fit in our room. When we entered the room it smelled really bad that even to the staff members so they had put a humidifier to evaporate the smell and we had keep our room windows open. It was really bad experience so I want full refund for it.

Nice kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds. The beds were supposed to be queen size but were only doubles. Quite small for 2 people not used to sharing. Wish this information was more standardized on travel websites.

This place is so amazing we actually booked it for our return trip. The hot breakfast was awesome and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all very professional and really nice. Too many little extras to mention!

Hard to find as behind the BW Hotel and operated by BW Hotel, but rooms clean, beautiful, great kitchen, comfortable beds, good location. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous with even an omelet station.

Nice motel. Nice beds in room. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with omelettes made to your choice. Staff were very friendly. We had an issue with the extractor fan in kitchenette area both nights where it came on unexpectedly at 8:30pm giving out very unpleasant cooking smells in room. Staff were helpful but this needs attention for future guests. All in all would highly rate the friendliness of staff. Good motel with nice restaurant and bar

Spacious rooms, well appointed and I wish all hotel rooms were this nice. Could use one more luggage rack for suitcases.

Many cords under the night table, was difficult to move the clock radio to the other side of the bed. Toothpaste smear on the bathroom vanity when we arrived. Also the smoke detector right inside the front door was hanging from some wires when we arrived. Seems the electrical could use a littleTLC.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in the extended stay area - which is a separate building and showing some signs of age on the outside. But the inside was redone. The bed was comfy. The free breakfast was amazing. Excellent selection and in a restaurant environment. The parking was great also.

Any staff we met were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t need it, but the room had a cute little kitchen set up. Hot plate, no oven, but if you're doing a little longer stay, would be a convenient way to save money. No table & chairs to eat at.

The tv in our room didn’t work. Our room was an adjoining one so we could hear everything through the door to the next room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Everything fine, but just a suggestion: put in a table and two chairs.

I didn’t like that the rooms were separated by the main building with pool and hot tub. I didn’t like that we had to walk outside back to our room after being in the pool

Check in was super easy and quick, the front desk agent we had was excellent. The place was nice and clean, really cute spot! Would recommend and stay again :)

When you book a Best Western you expect to stay in a Best Western not a Motel. Awful hotel. Won't be coming back and will not recommend.

The pictures don’t show its old converted motel, peeling stick down floor tiles in bathroom. Everything decor wise was rough, painted over, or poorly refurbished. Only positive was bed was comfortable. I’d never stay there again!

The staff was very friendly and rapidly supplied what we need. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Would absolutely staff there again

This was a convenient place to spend the night. The rooms are basic, but clean, roomy and tidy. There is a microwave, induction grill and enough cookware to get a meal ready. The breakfast in The Best Western was excellent. Lots of selection, good service, clean and fast.

One night stay during my Nova Scotia vacation. Newly renovated. Unfortunately the bathroom exhaust fan was loud like a jet engine! Included buffet breakfast was very good. Overall very nice stay

This is the absolutely nicest makeover of an old hotel. Decor is really nice. Friendly staff. Large room. We're very impressed.

The breakfast was very good with a person making omelets to order. Our room was very nice inside but we were disappointed in the exterior. Beds were comfortable. We thought we were going to stay in the hotel but instead they assigned us a room in what looked like an old strip motel on their premises. Our door on the out side of our room had several dents on lower part of it which looked like someone was trying to kick it in.

Stayed in room 306. Bathroom was discusting Could use a fresh coat paint.New corking in bathroom is much needed.

Our stay was very very good. Honestly did not expect this stay to be as nice as it was. Our room was in a section away from the main hotel which is exactly what we want for more peace and quiet. The room size was perfect for our family and the kitchenette was the best yet in our experience with the tiny space provided. The cable TV channels could have been better but we would come back again. The staff such as Jay, Oadoy (breakfast) and others were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a last minute find.
