Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Das Beste ist die Lage! Trotz teilweise sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter ist es fast das einzig positive was ich hervorheben möchte. Man ist(noch) bemüht. Restaurant/Frühstück ist gut… nicht so viel Frisch zubereitet. Alter Baustil etwas modernisiert ist das Zimmer/Bett Größe sehr gut.
Check In ist ab 16 Uhr und auch dann ist das Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig. In der Preislage ein no go. Beim Abendessen im Restaurant ist es ziemlich laut wegen großer Reisegruppen. Dann wurde mir beim servieren das Besteck auf meine weiße Hose ( Currysoße!) fallen gelassen. Nach mehreren Gesprächen/ Email mit Hotel Direktion und Restaurant Leitung sollte ich Ersatz bekommen. Aber leider ist bis heute nichts passiert.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026立地は最高。駐車場も目の前。 駐車場アクセスコード取得に電話が必要かと思いましたが、ネットだけでできました。 立ち木は少し邪魔ですが、思ったよりは気にならなかったです。写真はメゾネットの上階から。 皆さん外出してるのか館内は静かでした。 設備は必要十分。 扇風機が複数置いてあったので真夏は大変なのかもしれません。
室内に階段があるので、小さな子供には注意が必要です。

The carpet was wet because the bathroom was leaking into the room. It caused a very bad smell. The staff clearly knew about the issue, they even put an extra towel on the wet carpet to soak it up, which felt weird and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness.

Took us 10 minutes to get seated for lunch and after 20 minutes of no service - not even water; we got up and left. The breakfast service as somewhat better. But great facility and lovely staff at reception.

Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé dans les chambres et le plancher est de la moquette, donc niveau circulation d’air et aération, l’hôtel ne répond pas aux standards actuels.

Accetto la posizione dove la veduta su Mont S Michel a colazione ( non dalla nostra camera) e’ apprezzata, tutto il resto è pessimo. Pulizia pessima (la sala a colazione aveva ancora residui di cibo sul pavimento della sera prima - abbiamo fatto colazione alle 7.30) Staff poco cordiale. Struttura vecchia e poco curata, sia all’esterno che all’interno. In bagno i 2 flaconi del bagnoschiuma erano entrambi vuoti, abbiamo usato il sapone per le mani per la doccia. In generale non vale assolutamente la cifra che si fanno pagare, né tantomeno le stelle che hanno.

Spacious rooms, beautiful balcony even if you don't have the direct Mont Saint Michel view. We loved everything about this hotel and it's also perfect when visiting Mont Saint Michel as it's a mix of great views and peace and quietness around.
Some staff wasn't super friendly and had some attitude. I don't want to generalize here though, we've had some incredibly helpful people and some more dry people. But it was something we noticed.

Ми не забронювали вечерю заздалегідь і при заселенні нас не попередили що кухня готує обмежено. Ми розраховували прийти. Коли ми прийшли нам відмовили і сказали щоб ми йшли вечеряти в інший ресторан , хоча їх дуже мало і була вірогідність що ми залишимося голодні. Скажу чесно завдяки нашій сильній наполегливості ми випросили щоб нас посадили за стіл. Їду ми чекали близько години і чек був майже 100€ . Побажання попереджати гостей що вони можуть залишитися голодним якщо не забронюють завчасно столик . Бо ми такі були не одні. Але зірочки за це знімати не буду бо їжа була дуже смачна і саме місце чудове .

Staff are stone faced. Getting into the hotel area was a hassle. We did not get the code for the gate and have to walk 10 minutes in the 100+ degree weather to get the code from the front desk.

Nous avons été déçu sur plusieurs points au vue du standing de l'hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés pour récupérer notre chambre, à l'accueil un petit jeune (15-16 ans) seul à gérer avec des difficultés notamment face aux étrangers, mais également sur les informations à communiquer aux clients. Nous avons diner au restaurant et là pas de clim alors que nous étions sur un week-end caniculaire. Le repas fut désagréable avec des mouches qui nous tournaient autour. Mon mari a pris un plat avec de l'agneau des prés salés, il a eu quasiment que des morceaux de gras. Lorsque nous le spécifions au serveur, celui-ci n'avait pas vraiment l'air concerné. Le personnel du soir ne faisait pas du tout professionnel. Au niveau de notre chambre, toujours pas de clim, nous avons du dormir avec la baie vitrée ouverte, et donc avec le bruit des clients alentours. La salle de bains mériterait un rafraichissement avec des traces de moisissures au niveau des joints, une baignoire toute petite. En résumé, nous avons été très déçus.

Les chambres sont vieillottes et dans leur jus, un bon coup de rafraîchissement serait bienvenu. Le restaurant est déplorable, à fuir ! Service lent, extrêmement lent, plats ni de saison et encore régionaux en plus d'être industriels. Les mouches envahissent la salle et se posent sur la nourriture.

La camera purtroppo era sporca con capelli sul divano e il bagno sporco. L’ho segnalato e sono venuti a pulire, dopo più di mezz’ora che eravamo in camera, come potevano perché gli addetti alle pulizie erano già andati via. Abbiamo anche scoperto che il divano era pure segnato da una biro. Nessuno si è scusato per l’accaduto. Non mi è stato offerto nulla. La moquette davanti alla porta della camera era tutta rovinata e mezza sporca. Uno dei mobili della camera aveva una maniglia rotta. Per la cifra che si paga a notte tutto questo non è assolutamente accettabile.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Il punto di forza di questo hotel non è solo la meravigliosa vista su Mont-Saint-Michel, ma anche la camera, ampia e arredata con gusto (manca l'aria condizionata, ma in pieno agosto non è stata necessaria, perché dal mare tirava un bel vento fresco). Ottima pulizia e staff molto disponibile.

La vue côté parking La clim était sur le rebord de la fenêtre mais certains n’en n’avaient pas pendant notre canicule . La ça pique fort et ce sera rédhibitoire la prochaine fois

Tuttavia alla mia richiesta (con quattro mesi di anticipo) di poter fare un check in anticipato è stato risposto di no e abbiamo aspettato fino alle 16:15 prima di poter accedere alla stanza. La quale, con 36 gradi fuori, era sprovvista di area condizionata.

Le bruit dans la chambre et sur le balcon : on suppose que cela provient de la hotte des cuisines. C'est très bruyant et franchement, ça gâche le séjour. La chaleur dans la chambre

ベランダからモンサンミッシェルが見えなかった。モンサンミッシェルが見えなければこのホテルに宿泊する意味なし。受付にクレームを言ったが、明朝にしてくれと意味不明の説明だった。就寝中に背中がかゆくなって目覚めたが、小さな蜘蛛が布団の中にいた。設備も古く不潔なホテルで二度と泊まらないしお勧めしない。

Colazione eccezionale dolce e salata con vista incredibile, possibilità di cenare in hotel prenotando per tempo. Parcheggio dell'hotel molto comodo per evitare la ressa fuori.
Hotel datato nello stile e nelle camere, non silenziose. Aria condizionata non presente ma per fortuna non era una serata calda. Staff non molto cortese e non chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettato di più.

Номера большие и очень просторные, внутри есть ванная, огромное окно в пол на улицу через которое можно выйти на свою терассу (первый этаж) или балкон (второй этаж). В номерах не жарко даже в жаркий день. В номерах чистые окна, кровать удобная, шумоизоляция хорошая. На ужине огромные порции (я бы лучше брал по меню на месте, иначе три блюда просто не съесть целиком).
Полное несоответствие цены и качества. Это первый отель в моей жизни (за такие деньги) в котором ощущается что все на него забили. То есть когда его строили - явно старались и проект был прекрасен, но это было, судя по всему, очень давно и это заметно во всём. В ресторане есть красивые панорамные окна? Да, но мыть их никто не будет, пофиг, и так гостей полно. В ресторане на ужине жарища? Не, ну это же не повод установить кондиционер, гостей и так полно. В номерах за 300+ евро за ночь висит фен Valera из прошлого века? Да пофиг, люди же приехали смотреть Мон Сан Мишель, а не волосы сушить. Дверь в номер закрывается только с хлопка? Ну ничего, считай тренажёр в комплекте! Ковролин в номере весь в пятнах как на месте преступления? Да пофиг, люди его уже сняли и никто не будет ругаться. И вот это ощущается буквально во всем, в каждой детали отеля. Вот даже ужин был из всей нашей поездки здесь самым дорогим и самым слабым (не плохо, я бы поставил 4.0 из 5). На завтрак лучше приходить по-раньше, потому что еду быстро разбирают, я вот не успел взять обычный хлеб и пришлось взять бриош. Я не говорю что отель плохой, вовсе нет! Он как кафе в супер туристических местах: задумка хороша, но оказалось что людей так много что можно вообще не стараться, ведь и так поток полная посадка. В текущем виде будь он по-дальше ему красная цена была бы евро 150 в сезон. Но никак не 300+.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026何と言っても立地。テラスから正面にモンサンミッシェルが見える部屋だったので、朝昼夕方夜と、モンサンミッシェルの絶景を楽しめました。
夕食は量が多めで、子ども向けのメニューがなかった。コース料理をほとんど残すことになりお金ももったいなかった。チェックインが16時でアーリーチェックインできないのが残念だった。 料金の割にアメニティが最低限しかなかった。 また、テラスは両隣の部屋と仕切りがなくオープンになっていて、隣の部屋のテラスから着替えなど丸見えになってしまうのが驚いた。

Room was not like advertised at all. Also very out dated. Poor facilities in room no glasses no water. Pre ordered fruit bowl most of it was mouldy. Staff in the restaurant were incredibly rude and slow. Food was over priced and awful. We found huge lump of plastic in our artisan sausage!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Although I couldn’t see Mont‑Saint‑Michel directly from my room, the location was excellent for enjoying its views in the morning, afternoon, evening, and at night. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
During my two‑day stay, I had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. However, there were far more flies than I had expected, which made the experience somewhat uncomfortable. As for dinner, the service staff helped recover the situation, but it was disappointing that the reservation desk had registered the wrong number of guests. When we arrived at the restaurant, the reception staff insisted on the incorrect information and made no effort to adjust the seating, even though there were plenty of empty tables available. I understand that not being able to speak French may not be ideal, but the overall experience in that regard was a little disappointing.

A localização é simplesmente incrível, com uma vista privilegiada para o Mont Saint-Michel que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. O quarto era confortável, limpo e agradável, e toda a envolvência do hotel é muito tranquila. Foi maravilhoso poder acordar e ter uma das vistas mais bonitas da região mesmo à nossa frente. Sem dúvida, uma excelente escolha para quem quer ficar perto do Mont Saint-Michel e aproveitar o lugar com mais calma. Recomendo!
O único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é o estacionamento. Por ser hóspede do hotel, esperava que o estacionamento estivesse incluído na estadia, por isso foi uma pequena surpresa ter de pagar um valor adicional. No entanto, este foi realmente o único ponto menos positivo da nossa experiência. De resto, tudo foi perfeito e tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa.

la gestione dei parcheggi esterni dell’albergo. Prima di soggiornare in albergo (24 ore ) prima dell’arrivo bisogna fare richiesta di un codice che ti permette di ottenere un biglietto. Codice ma ricevuto, ci siamo arrangiati differentemente. A nostro avviso struttura di 4 stelle una gestione di questo tipo è inammissibile.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026This hotel is in need of renovation. The carpet in the corridors is run down and the smell is not good. Rooms are very average, and furniture and bathroom are quite old, just like towels and sheets. The rooms are however very spacious. There were fans in the room, which was good because the room was extremely hot although the outside temperature was not extreme. The room door did not close properly (we find it open on arrival), and upon arrival the bathroom garbage was full of the previous guests garbage. Overall the hotel was not a good experience, especially considering how much they charge. The hotel overlooks Mont Saint Michel and it is possible to see the islands from some rooms and from the top part of our garden room. But it was not worth the money. The restaurant, however, has a beautiful terrace overlooking the island, staff is incredibly hardworking and helpful, and food is good.

Das Hotel ist leider schon, erkennbar an den typischen Spuren wie schlechter Abfluss und Stockflecken im Bad, ausgebleichte Teppichböden oder auch abblätternde Tapeten, recht abgewohnt. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis also nicht optimal.

Per una struttura di questo calibro ci aspettavamo più attenzione ai dettagli (moquette in camera con alcune macchie, grande vetrata con vista spettacolare sul monte ma vetri sporchi)
