Mercure Arras Centre Gare

Well located easy access and by motorcycle was inside the parking (garage)

The room didn’t have a kettle to make a tea or coffee and the small toilet had hair in the floor so not very clean

Great location, comfortable, offered everything we needed.

The hotel facilities were very good, the staff ultra friendly and the breakfast was brilliant. Nothing not to dislike about this hotel. Also location was excellent.

Directions from the underground parking area to the hotel could have been clearer.

Excellent check-in, parking, great staff

nothing!

Central location

Parking was additional

A comfortable room, staff were very helpful. A lovely breakfast included. Hotel was in a great position, close to railway station and town.

No refrigerator in room.

Wonderful hotel. The receptionist (I think Amelie?) was so lovely and helpful when checking us in - giving us advice on parking and where to visit. The room was one of the best I've ever stayed in: modern and spotless, and the beds were definitley the most comfortable, inlcuding the smaller child's bed. We even looked to see what matresses/toppers they were!

Nothing!

Excellent hotel easy walk 3-4 mins to the centre

Nothing all great

Lovely hotel, ideal location, Staff incredibly helpful Excellent Restaurant with great service from Lea , Tiffany and Louise . Thank you.

Bereikbaarheid en sfeer. Zeer hondvriendelijk

It’s a fabulous property in every way. Staff lodging, food, all terrific.

The decor was most striking and the layout of the hotel facilities was well designed. Breakfast waa outstanding.

Breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel with convenient underground parking which connected to the hotel directly. Good headroom on the parking which was great for our passenger van as this can be a challenge with underground parking. Lovely place. Kids enjoyed the table football and table tennis and board games/ jigsaws at the bar. Rooms very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent buffet style with lots of hot and cold choices, although expensive at €16 per adult.

There was a lift from the car park but the ground floor didn’t align with the ground floor of the hotel - there were a handful of steps to navigate too. This wasn’t ideal with large suitcases for the family. We had two rooms to fit the family. We were hoping for interconnecting rooms but got given two opposite each other instead. These are fairly minor points but just flagging for future bookers. We’d stay there again.

Greta hotel, fab location, lovely staff.

Nothing - we always have a great stay.

Clean and friendly staff central location

Excellent location, very comfortable beds, good continental breakfast.

Quite expensive, some renovations taking place

Ottima la posizione, colazione discreta, comodo parcheggio.

Location, parking and staff all great

Comfortable beds, easy location (easy drive in, secure parking, walkable into town) and friendly ambiance. There are good family rooms. Breakfast was varied and nice quality, the staff were generally friendly.

The staff were all fantastic, very friendly, efficient, and professional. The hotel facilities were lovely, room was spacious and a cracking shower. Also excellent bar with great selection of beers

The food in the evening was ok but not great. The menu sounded better than the plated result. We all had bavette and in 3 weeks in France it was the least satisfying. Perfectly edible but a bit average. The pudding was dark chocolate mousse and that was the same - average at best, tasted packet produced

Schoon, centrale locatie, goed ontbijt

Sportschool wat verouderd

Very clean hotel. The staff were very friendly. Great location. Beds super comfy!

A localização central. Estacionamento embaixo do hotels e o café da manhã completo.

Position in city

All good

Good selection at breakfast - very good meal in the hotel restaurant. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Plenty of parking in the carpark adjoining the hotel and situated a moment from grande place - superb.

Good bedding good room good location

Actually all good

Very dog friendly. Provided bowls in the room which was a lovely touch. Parking under hotel and free on weekend.

It was great for what we needed.

Another nice Mercure with a restaurant, bar and lounge area.Air conditioning. A shared underground parking facility leads straight to the hotel. Important for the security of my motorcycle. A very nice hotel. Good dinner and breakfast.

Nothing

Great location to the centre. Easy to park (but not included). Helpful staff and large rooms.

Parking facilities excellent

Vriendelijk personeel. Schoon. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Prima ontbijt.

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Heel aangenaam.

Niets eigenlijk. Alles was echt goed.

Fabulous location for Arras and surrounding areas, handy to the train station, exceptional staff and service.Would definitely recommend

Great location. Great staff

It was clean and in good state of maintenance.

Bed was small, as was the room. The TV was not smart

Lovely hotel, great location. Car park right underneath is really convenient. We ate at the restaurant and staff were really helpful and friendly: lovely food.

Great location. Parking next door. lovely stop off.

We couldn't fault the hotel at all, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Every thing

All very good, nicely designed and excellent staff

Slight drain smell in the en suite wc

The location was excellent and easy to find with parking right next door. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

The airconditioning was very loud and could not be adjusted The rooms are more basic than the lovely downstairs bar and sitting areas would lead you to believe

Good location, free secure parking, good staff, generous breakfast

We’ve stayed a few times. It’s a fantastic hotel. Easy parking, great location, lovely staff, fun for children and super comfy beds.

Nothing.

Really good stay. Stag friendly. Clean and comfortable hotel.

Tables were not cleared in restaurant and food was okay but at times over cooked.

Had short notice availability and was good value, comfortable, clean and lots of stuff for kids

Location

Dark Decor

Prettig personeel. Fijne bedden. Goeie badkamer. Lekker eten bij restaurant. En Arras een mooie stad! Dit alles samen met de hittegolf….

Niets

Locatie

Personeel onvriendelijk

Brilliant hotel, the staff was very welcoming, the room impeccable and the breakfast was really lovely with a few regional items to try. Would 100% stay there again.

Prima mercure hotel

Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Good location near attractive central square and cathedral. Parking in underground car park opposite good with easy unloading bay in front of hotel. Comfortable and quiet room with tea and coffee making facilities. Good restaurant for dinner with helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choice. Easy access to A26 motorway.

Nothing

Personnel accueillant. Proche de l’hyper centre Déjeuner copieux. Calme et literie confortable

we had an excellent meal, the restaurant staff were great fun !

Ontbijt is uitstekend.

Geen opmerkingen.

It’s cleanliness and proximity to town square. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Nothing

Spacious, well located, super comfortable. Relaxed and easy going with the dog. Loved the sparkling & still chilled water in corridors, Nuxe products in bathroom, nice big bedrooms, lovely bar and seating with games to play and walkable to most things. Fabulously friendly. You do have to pay for parking, city tax and the dog, but after lots of driving (Tuscany, the alps, Troyes) this hotel in Arras was a perfect last stop before the tunnel.

Nothing

Really useful having parking beneath the hotel. Great aircon. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Great restaurant food and service.

The view wasn’t great and parking entrance was a bit tight, but other than that I can’t find fault.

Everything was really good: staff, location, rooms, bar, breakfast, parking, pricing . . .

According to someone in our party - the gym could see some improvement.

Zentrale Lage. Freundliches Personal und geräumiges Zimmer.

Best night’s sleep for ages, very comfortable bed and room with quiet a/c.

Nothing

Our 3rd stay at this very conveniently located hotel which is close to a car park and the interesting sights of Arras. Our room quite Corporate in design was a good size, very clean with a big comfortable bed. We were invited to a complimentary drink to help celebrate my birthday which was a lovely thoughtful gesture. Breakfast here is absolutely fabulous, a large bright tastefully decorated breakfast room has so much choice on offer of food & drinks - excellent. The hotel is dog friendly always very much appreciated by Us and our 2 little King Charles. The Staff at the Hotel are always so Welcoming which is so good to see after our long journey. The Barman did a little dance as he served us my birthday drink :-) … highly recommend the Mecure Arras.

No Complaints at all …

A bientôt :)

Very well-equipped premium room with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. A one-minute walk from the Arras train station so it is very convenient for exploring the Somme, etc nearby.

Localisation

Greeting at reception was lovely. Staff member was very helpful and genuinely seemed to want you to have a good experience. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was easy and quick and easy to use electric charging.

We arrived a little late( just before restaurant closed)and had no option for food on site. Wasn’t far to walk to get food but would have been nice to just stay on site.
