der Frühstücksraum wirkt etwas steril mit dem vielen Weiss. Ein wenig Farbe wäre passender, ein paar Blumen.

Hotel was very central to town, restaurants, train station etc. Would recommend staying here.

Most rooms were as booked.

One of our rooms was in the attic with no air-conditioning on a hot day. It wasn't what we'd paid for. I sent all names through for our allocated rooms - on arrival, the rooms weren't allocated, they did that as we checked in. The hotel was booked to maximum and we didn't get all the rooms we paid for.

Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Zimmerausstattung mehr als zufriedenstellend. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage, dennoch kein Straßenlärm wahrnehmbar.

Zimmer war extrem warm. Selbst mit gekippten Fenstern und Ventilator hat sich das Zimmer schnell aufgeheizt. Während meines Aufenthaltes fanden Umbauarbeiten statt. Dadurch bedingt war es laut.

Location was perfect. A very short taxi ride to the train station or easy 10 to 12 minute walk Generous and variety of options for breakfast. Easy walking to restaurants/shops and city garden. Staff were very helpful Loved the character of the hotel. Also loved how the breakfast staff were dressed traditionally. I would be happy to happy to use this accomodation again. We were a group of 4, needing one double room and 2 x single rooms. Apart from the smaller single room, it exceeded expectations.

We booked one double room and two single rooms. One of the single rooms was on the small side. The other single room was more generous and perfectly sized. The two single rooms had no view.

The location of this hotel is perfect and the overall charm is unbeatable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the daily breakfast was outstanding. Due to a missed connection we had to completely change travel plans for our trip to Switzerland at the very last minute and ended scrambling to book a reservation in Chur the day before we arrived. Thankfully we were able to get a room here, but unfortunately, only a non-airconditioned room was available (the reason for giving a 4 star for comfort). There was a fan provided in the room but it barely put a dent in the 90+ degree summer weather. But overall the room was very charming plus we appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room. The room also has an internet connected television, but since internet connection for the TV had never been set-up to the hotel wifi, we weren’t able to stream anything – we were trying to distract ourselves at night given the heat 😊 I definitely highly recommend this room and if we’re ever in Chur again, we would definitely return.

I didn't pay attention to the booking that this was only a non-airconditioned room, since we had to make this reservation at the very last minute (while stranded on the tarmac on a plane missing our initial connection to Switzerland) and the fan in the room couldn't combat the 90+ degree summer temps. But we were extremely thankful to get the reservation and the overall charm of the hotel and great location made up for 2 extremely warm nights.

Easily accessible from station (about 10 min.walk) and excellent location for historic old town. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a room upgrade which was much appreciated. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Right at the edge of the old town so really convenient. The reception staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was very good and the outdoor dining area was perfect on a warm evening.

We hadn’t been advised that some building work was taking place and the builders started early! That said, when we raised this at check out the hotel offered a discount which was very good of them.

Perfekte Lage In Gehweite von Bahnhof und Zentrum Hervorragendes klimatisiertes Zimmer, mit tollem Style, modern und komplett eingerichtet (von großem TV über Minibar und tollem Badezimmer alles da), sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück (lediglich die Bereitstellung von Einzelportionen Wurst und Käse in kleinen Miniplatten mit Frischhaltefolie ist ein wenig unpraktisch) Sehr freundliches Personal Sehr angenehm auch die Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof, wenngleich die Platzverhältnisse ein wenig eng sind, aber das nimmt man in Kauf

Omdat ze aan het verbouwen waren lag er rotzooi oo zijn kamer. Hebben ze super opgelost door me een grotere, betere kamer te geven met airco. Top service!

Localisation is excellent and the hotel personel is really friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a historical building which does have its soul. The breakfast was very good, there was a nice selection of local food. I recommend the place especially for the hotel staff, which was really friendly. When I mentioned some issues with my room, the hotel staff was very understanding and helpful. They went further then I expected with resolving this issue so I am sure everyone in the future can be satisfied with their services.

Perfect for exploring the old town and very handy for the station as I arrived by train and took Berina Express next day.

All was lovely although would have preferred to know the restaurant was closed that evening for staff event.

The TV and safe didn’t work- bad batteries. The bathroom shower was really hard to navigate and shower head moved a lot. It was really hot and hard to keep windows open/from moving.

L'hôtel est un lieu charmant, avec un aménagement à la fois régionaliste (Grisons) et moderne. J'ai cru comprendre qu'il avait une valeur patrimoniale. Il est tout près de la gare et en bordure du quartier ancien de Coire/Chur. Le personnel est très très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cet été a révélé les défaillances de maints endroits face au réchauffement climatique et aux canicules folles que nous avons provoquées. Dans ce contexte, l'hôtel reste agréable, mais, dépourvu de climatisation, il m'a imposé de dormir fenêtre ouverte, ce qui n'est pas du meilleur confort. Hors canicule, l'hôtel est sans doute parfait.

Le petit déjeuner était top.

The welcome was warm and friendly, I had booked a trip on the Bernina Express so the location was important, centrally located. Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed.

To get to top floor there was a flight of stairs only, as the lift stopped at 3.

Für eine Übernachtung gut. Frühstück hervorragend!

Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer definitiv zu heiss

prima locatie in Chur en goede prijs/prestatie verhouding. Een supergoed ontbijt was elke morgen een prima start van de dag. Lekker met zalm en een vers ter plaatse klaargemaakt ei (gebakken ei, roerei) Hotel is traditioneel ingericht met veel hout. De kamer is prima en eenvoudig.

Omdat de buitentemperatuur erg hoog was (boven de 30) was het in de kamer ook erg heet. Ik had een kamer zonder airco (geboekt zo) maar als ik dat had geweten had ik een kamer met airco genomen. Een ventilator maakte het nog een beetje uit te houden.
