Breakfasts included however it was extremely slow to replenish and hot food was lukewarm.The attendant did the best she could.

Everything was excellent. Couldn't find a more clean and well looked after place to rest your head. The staff are incredible for sure. They bend over backwards to make your stay the best!!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was so disappointed with the way we were treated that I asked if I could cancel my reservation, but that was not an option, leaving us stuck staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, the room was also not as clean as I would expect, especially compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at. I truly wish I could give this hotel a better review. In all my years of staying at hotels, I have never had a bad experience that warranted leaving a negative review until now. Sadly, the overall experience was very disappointing.

Not the cleanest! Not very friendly staff! Set a fire alarm at 12:30 AM. Couldn’t go back to sleep. Would have expected some compensation for the inconvenience.

Condition of the carpets and furniture(sofa). Stained shower curtains, the shower tub have seen better days.no back up generator/power even for lights.

We stayed for more than one night. We had not planned ahead were we would stay and found it hard to find hotels. staying more than one day reduced stress and made it more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good. Was able to do laundry at hotel.

A good stop over for a night. The staff was very friendly, the location was right off the highway and near the shopping mall. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Even with a full house, the noise outside the rooms was minimal. Breakfast is included in the price.

Small housekeeping things... a used towel left on the back of the bathroom door. Not enough coffee making amenities in the room for the number of guests. The breakfast set up is not equipped to handle the volume of people. We ended up checking out of the room, getting our breakfast and eating in the car.

Le personnel n'a pas respecté l'entente que nous avions pris et la chambre 303 sentait très mauvais et ils ont tenté de dissimuler l'odeur en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes et l'air climatisé fonctionné au maximum.

It was a little pricey. and I thought there might be a pool.

Seriously, the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a long time. If I could’ve bought the bed and take it home with me, I would’ve. It’s a standard hotel room, very clean uncomfortable. Breakfast was better than what I’ve had in most hotels of this type. The scrambled eggs and sausage were fresh and tasty. Nothing to write home about, but better than your standard continental breakfast.

This is an old building made of wood. We could hear our ceiling creaking and thumping as the people in the room directly above us moved around. Our room was dark, dingy and somewhat creepy. The carpet, walls and windows were unclean. Breakfast was below average with mostly highly processed items and only apples for fruit. Given the somewhat high price for our room, this was all unexpected.

The hotel should be able to accommodate guests who do not wish to stay in a room that was previously occupied by pets. There should be allotted rooms that no pets stay in and this hotel was the only one so far that could not fulfill this request for us. Hotels that allow pets must clean and sanitize their rooms and have not carpeting in the rooms that hold pet smells, and pet urine the floors need to be washable.

The Travelodge in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia provided a comfortable king-size bedroom away from Highway 104 traffic noise. The room was very clean and the staff were all very helpful.

Location was very close to the trans Canada highway.Was very clean and beds were great.coffeemaker and fridge and microwave in the room.Staff was excellent.Special shout out to Tara who was wonderful and a credit to the hotel.Breakfast was super and included.Room was quiet!
