The first-floor suite with access to the parking lot through the sliding patio door was the ideal situation for us and our dog. Easy in and out with him and the loading and unloading of our vehicle could not have been easier. There was plenty of space with the separate living room and bedroom areas. The toiletries, bedding and linens were good quality. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cannot find fault in anything.

We had the suite with 2 queen size beds. They were in separate rooms with the bathroom in-between. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was ok too.

It was a truly awful stay!! During the entire night there was a loud humming noise and it could not be turned off (outside part of the ACs). It was worse in the room closest to the windows. Hardly slept at all because of it, even with earplugs. You could feel the vibrations in the bed and when you stood in front of the hotel the whole outside wall would be humming. Everything else might be really nice, but the core feature of a hotel - providing a place for restful sleep - completely failed. One of us ended up sitting in the car instead just to escape the noise.

It would be nice if the breakfast was served later - even if just a half hour later, going until 10 could make a huge difference. On a weekend/holiday Monday. The bed was not comfortable, hard as a rock. But worked for the night.

A little bit of a trek to get into Newcastle/Miramichi proper. Ultimately a good quiet location but close to mall and shuttle bus stop.

The appearance did not live up to the expectation from the online photos. It is located on a busy road away from downtown. The request for a kettle to make our own tea was seen as an unusal request. However, we were able to heat water in the microwave

Despite being right off the highway, it was extremely quiet and the staff were amazing.

If I had to say one thing, I would say the pillows they were like marshmallows, small and puffy.

The location was perfect for us, and check in and check out was quick and easy. The breakfast was decent.

We both found the bed very firm and uncomfortable, and the room was super warm when we arrived. We had to figure out how to turn the air on, the unit was loud operating and it didn't cool the room quickly or quietly, it ran nonstop. The second night was better for room temperature but not bed comfort. We both slept rather poorly.

The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. They have a hearty breakfast which was delicious.

The grout in the shower needs to be cleaned properly as it is mildew.

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was amazing! We requested them for an extended check out and they were super nice and helpful with the request.

Not particular to the hotel, but there was nothing around. It could be because Miramichi is a tiny town.

Great hotel! The room was very clean and quiet and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return.

This hotel was a very clean and our room was quite comfortable. Had a large bathroom. The front desk person was able to recommend a place for us to eat as there is no restaurant on site and it was perfect. Within walking distance. They offered a great continental breakfast tho.

To get to this hotel was quite difficult but this was due to a bridge closure and construction. It is at the other end of Miramichi from where you come in from the Bathurst side of New Brunswick. The TV on the other hand did not have a good picture. The picture was stretched and you were not able to change that.

I forgot to request a copy of my receipt. Friday I called the hotel to ask for a paper copy that I need for tax purposes. She told me that she could not mail me a copy (?). She said she would email me a copy (I never received it). If someone emails me the copy, I still need to go have this printed, as I don’t have a printer. Not impressed with this.

AC did not work properly and the walk in shower configuration was that you had to walk in to turn the water on instead of reaching in and the tap etc are right there for adjustment. Poorly thought out and installed.

But the lovely Melissa came to the rescue ❤️ She brought us the right one right to our room. If ai could, I would give 10 stars for the service!!! Breakfast was ok, the waffle machine wasn't turned on yet when we got there 😆

Notre télévision était en problème. Heureusement, l'employée a fini par réussir à faire fonctionner le son. Mais il y a très peu de postes en français.

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'omelette était bonne et les accompagnements sont assez complets. Je dirais que c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix.

The wifi kept disengaging but otherwise lovely stay.

We got a king size single room and the bed was hard as a rock and soooooooo uncomfortable. It was comparable to sleeping on the floor . Im unfortunately a side sleeper and my hips hurt from laying on the bed to the point they felt brusied .

Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The dining area was kept very clean by the staff. Food was always being topped up.

I stayed in the king suite with my own patio door and parking spot, but when we went out for a few hours someone took our parking spot, so we had to wait for awhile to get it back. The guy at front desk was helpful and found out whose car it was

The lady at the reception was no nice, welcoming and so efficient, after a long drive we appreciated the speedy and efficient process to get to our room. Location is great in Miramichi, especially when taking the scenic route along the coast line between QC and PEI, this is an ideal midway stop. The room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night sleep and shower on a roadtrip. They have laundry facilities onsite.

We arrived very late so we ended up with the room next to the elevator and ice machine, so noisier than other rooms I assume. The hotel is a little dates with carpets and old style AC machines but rest assured its very clean and the windows open for fresh air.

I loved that the free breakfast is available every morning. The hotel is quiet even though it's very busy on weekends.

The included breakfast was quite good and the staff very attentive.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beautifully tiled bathroom and shower. Best “free with stay” breakfast we have had in a long time. Friendly and attentive staff.

J’ai loué une chambre avec un lit plus grand car j’aime pas les chambres avec deux lits. La chambre était plus moderne et la douche sans bain m’avait convaincue de réserver à cet endroit. Ma première chambre était parfaite jusqu’à je constate qu’elle ne se rebarrait pas à ma sortie. J’ai dû changer de chambre et la deuxième ne me convenait pas, deux lits et un bain-douche. L’eau de la baignoir ne s’écoulait pas et l’eau chaude était teintée orange. Je déteste me laver dans un bain-douche surtout quand le bain est bouché ça m’écoeure! Le déjeuner était passable et je ne suis pas difficile. Le pain était dur comme de la roche. Je ne retournerai pas…
