Leonardo Hotel Galway

Perfect location for exploring the Latin Quarter - steps away from pubs and shops. We did not hear music or noice from the pubs from this location though. Breakfast we a reasonable amount of money for the food we got. Car park right next door with reduced rates, but SKINNY spots.

Nothing - was all good.

Nothing to say

The hotel decorated very modern and fashionable, good location.

Hôtel bien situé. Bon petit-dej. Chambre propre.

Great location yet still quiet and comfortable

Not a lot of character

Location was great -- right in the fun area of town but we were not bothered by noise at all. Room was nice and clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Parking lot (not belonging to the hotel) is quite tight for big cars.

The location is excellent

The connection between the Spanish Arch car park and the hotel was inaccessible for people with mobility limitations.

Location was superb and staff was very attentive. Amazing breakfast for an additional price, but worth it!

Nothing to mention

Posizione centrale

Troppo caro.

The location cannot be beat and the staff were very nice. It's clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Excellent bathrooms and the sweets in the room on checking in were a very lovely touch.

The mattress was okay but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The second night, we heard lots of noise, which was mostly due to rude guests, but also because the rooms are close together and very small.

Convenient location.

We had a leak in our room with heavy rain. The staff however was fantastic and cared for it quickly and comped us food and extras.

Location. Room facilities well designed and comfortable.

Insufferable duvet without blanket option

nothing was wrong it was great

Nothing

Great location. Nice room.

The insufferable duvet that bbakes you alive with no blanket option

Very well located, comfortable and with very nice staff.

I think it could use more shelves or places to place your luggage, but otherwise it’s pretty great.

good hotell for 1 night

Great location, close to everything. Clean room and comfortable beds. Friendly staff, went above and beyond to assist and help.

If you wana be in the center of downtown event - best place. Pubs around. Great dinning places. All of that just couple of minutes walking distance.

Well... some improvement for breakfast would be great. Not the widest choice for. But - can survive. Rest - no complains. Why to say something bad if there`s nothing about?

Excellent location, room was well equipped with safe and great shower.

Nice amenities--robes, chocolates, brownies, and sparking water! Great location.

Location and accommodations were great

Central location, nice bar area

Pretty basic hotel for the price.

They offered nice upgrades in the room. Very convenient location.

Parking was nearby but challenging.

Perfect location

Central to all of the activities, pubs restaurants cafes and walk ways. Close to tour buses etc.

Personale disponibile e gentile, albergo in centro con parcheggio comodissimo a pagamento. Pulito e accogliente. Colazione buona.

Clean large airy rooms. Brilliant location. Paid for breakfast but it was worth it. Friendly really helpful staff.

Nothing. Parking is just next door. It’s a bit tight but manageable.

Location

Small rooms and very dusty

Location and staff

Nada a assinalar.

Great

Nothing

Calidad, ubicación, desayuno, staff

Top Lage. Man kann Auto stehen lassen.

A special thanks to the management and reception staff who helped us through an issue with a previous Leonardo hotel. They were wonderful in helping us Aussies navigate unexpected issues in a strange country.

Located in the heart of the city center, this property offers an exceptional location convenience. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring all guest needs were met with warmth and professionalism.

Location

No water in the room. Limited fruit options at breakfast

Young man that booked us in was great , very friendly and helpful advised us on car parking room and bathroom spotless , lady that cleaned room was very helpful location was good

CAR PARKING non existent , could park next door BUT not good for bigger cars . Also very hard to find a spot at front to drop off luggage quite stressful. Although room was good , there was no room to put our luggage as it had a large bed and a single bed so hardly any room to move very cramped

We could not have picked a better location!! We were at the entrance to the Latin Quarter. The sign was right below our window. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

We did get a fire alarm at 3am on one of the nights. Someone had accidentally hit the alarm. We were still awake so it didn't bother us as much as it did most of the other people. The parking directly next to hotel was convenient but was very tight driving around in it. We opted to park at the other garage that a short walk from the hotel.

Staff was great and nice to have the patio and close to city

Rooms were very basic. Couch was dirty. Bed was super hard and pillows very hard.

That it’s right beside everything in Galway I always stay when I’m in Galway

The whole hotel has been refurbished which is so nice the only one thing that needs to be upgraded is the tv’s and the channels the tv’s all should be a smart one.

Very centrally located with cheap parking joined to the hotel. Clean room with excellent touches. We were given a bottle of prosecco on arrival, two brownies, chocolate and sweets. We were very pleasantly surprised by this. All the staff we meet were helpful and professional. It's an excellent hotel located very centrally in Galway. We will be back.

Excellent location right at the river, Latin quarter, and west end. We could walk everywhere we wanted to see. Staff at reception were lovely, I appreciated that they took the extra time to orient us on the city and tips on places to see. Room was spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. The parking next door was super convenient too.

Being so close to the Latin quarter and on a weekend, it can get a bit noisy late at night, but not the hotels fault at all.

Location. Having been there when it was a Jurrys hotel we were pleased to see that it had improved as a Leonardo. We also stayed at Belfast Leonardo this trip and both were well kept and the staff exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable.

The hotel was great

Parking garage is not great

The hotel's staff was very nice and helping. The postion was extremely good, because very central. Our room was very big, comfortable and clean. On our arrival we found in our room very tasty chocolate treats and biscuits.

Posizione ottima per visitare Galway, struttura pulita e accogliente. Plus per i cioccolatini all’arrivo.

Tutto perfetto

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast excellent Location was very central, it could not have been any better

Locatiom

Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner super avec beaucoup de choix

Extérieurs pourraient être plus accessibles.

Gutes, solides Hotel.

Great location, great breakfast, lovely room and staff
