Staff were extremely rude and we paid over €800 for 1 night, shocking service

Everything, AMAZING Hotel. Deserving of 5 stars and better than some 4 and 5 Star hotels that I have stayed on. The staff were amazing, the room was spacious and quiet. The food was great. Security at this Hotel is also AMAZING. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bar and desk staff were all super friendly. Comfy bed.

Our room wasn’t cleaned. Phoned to say no bother just asked for towels and clean mugs but they never appeared. Had to ask again at reception.

Very comfortable bed. Nice shower room. Excellent in room facilities at no extra cost. Iron/board. Hairdryer, tea/coffee biscuits and bottled water. Lovely little touch.

What I liked was how amazing the lighting is. As a content creator, one thing I’m always looking go is the lighting and Maldron had that. I shot amazing pr videos there and the brands were happy with them.

The room did not have a smart tv. It’s always so nice to rewind in your room while watching some YouTube or Netflix but my room did not have a smart tv which was a bit disappointing.

La cena y desayuno estuvieron buenísimos con opción sin gluten y sin lactosa. La parada del autobús para ir al aeropuerto directo se encuentra a 2 min caminado desde el hotel. Caminando 5 minutos estás en Stephen Green, muy céntrico. La atención de todo el personal muy correcta y agradable.

Clean and close proximity to town

El personal fue muy amable y nos entregó una de las habitaciones varias horas antes del horario de check in. Además, si bien no lo habíamos solicitado, nos asignaron dos habitaciones comunicadas. Las habitaciones son amplias y el baño también. Todo estaba muy limpio.

El desayuno no se veía muy tentador ni acorde al precio y optamos por desayunar afuera.

The location was great and we were able to check in a bit earlier as our rooms were ready which we really appreciated .

The location is good. St Patrick's Cathedral is less than a 5 minute walk away and the hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Temple Bar, the main tourist and night life area. There is a SPAR convenience store just a 2 minute walk away.

The duvet on the bed is way too thick.

The staff, especially Hanna, we're great, very welcoming and helpful. The location was awesome, and the room was very nice with a view of the cathedral.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the size of the room, we were on our final night of our holiday and knew we'd need space to repack so wanted a big room, however I don't think the size of the room given on the room listing was quite right, it was slightly smaller than I expected. But that's something very minor.

Hotel moderno, buen trato y atención por parte del personal. Camas cómodas, con baño amplio y bien dotado. Situado en un barrio tranquilo, sin ruidos y poco turístico, pero a unos 10 minutos de la catedral de Dublín y 15 minutos del centro. Bien comunicado en transporte público y andando.

Falta de armarios o cajones para poder dejar equipaje y tampoco había nevera. Estuvimos tres noches, tras la primera noche no limpiaron la habitación, sólo hicieron la cama a medias pero no cambiaron las toallas ni limpiaron las tazas ni vaciaron las papeleras. Nos comunicamos con la recepción y a patir de ese momento las habitaciones se limparon a diario. Para ir a la habitación desde la recepción y volver o coger el ascensor era necesario usar la llave continuamente, que dará seguridad, pero es un tostón.

El personal era poco profesional. Tuvimos un problema con las habitaciones y la solución que nos dieron era que si queríamos el tipo de habitaciones contratadas mediante booking.com nos tocaba pagar más dinero. Pusimos queja en booking pero no se solucionó nada. La limpieza es muy pobre y se limita a cambiar toallas reponer agua y los pasillos en la cuarta planta estaban siempre con sábanas, toallas, etc. por la moqueta del suelo. Culpo al hotel no al personal de limpieza que seguramente no daría para más.

The locations was nice, felt safe and calm. Dublin Express stops just outside the hotel with good connection to the airport. Grocery stores and pubs in the vicinity if you want to eat outside. Reception staff was very helpful and kind.

No lobby area for guests waiting, only 2 chairs. The breakfast was limited for me as I don’t eat heavy meals in the morning. The hotel’s restaurant is not service minded even if you are one of the few customers.

La struttura è pulita, si trova proprio di fronte la Cattedrale di San Patrizio, a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

La struttura a mio avviso è in una zona un pò decentrata e poco fornita, la sera non mi sono sentita molto al sicuro. Sicuramente è migliorabile il ristorante.
