On arrival, we checked in and awaited room to be ready which was fine as we were 15 minutes early. When the room was ready we were handed the key and there was no explaining of hotel facilities or breakfast times/location or info on the hotel at all just handed to key with the room number - figured out what floor etc ourselves Drainage smell in room due to a drain being open in the shower - the whole room smelled vile and we had to open the balcony door to eleviate some of the smell. Called reception and maintenance came closed drain and sprayed air freshener which resolved the problem. We were not offered any apology for this , just told on the phone when called that it was strange. Ordered drinks at the bar to be sent to the room and after nearly half an hour had to ring for them as they were forgotten about. Bed was small for a junior suite, shower was small and noisy due to the large metal drain directly under the shower although there was a big bathroom with 3 sinks, toilet was crammed behind the door. Lighting was poor in the room - dark - even in the bathroom which made getting ready for the evening difficult. Although the hotel itself was lovely and staff were extremely nice, the value for money was not good in regards to the room. Extremely overpriced for what is provided. In addition to an expensive room, parking charge of 20 euro for the night was additional which i thought was expensive and perhaps should of been included in the price we paid for the junior suite with balcony. Unsure if i would stay again as feels a bit of a rip off.

Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und qualitativ gut. Das Zimmer (Suite mit Balkon) war groß und gut aufgeteilt. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das Bett war sehr gut. Auch wenn man den Balkon nicht wirklich braucht, der Blick am Abend war schon besonders.

Radisson Blu in alcune città è sinonimo di bell’hotel. Quello di Dublino lo è. Pulito, camera standard e bagno molto ampi, colazione ottima con bella scelta.

Purtroppo c’è la moquette in camera.

Great location and value. The family room was huge! They were also very responsive to requests for more hangers and towels.

They were doing construction and didn’t tell us. We woke up to significant noise. They offered us free drinks but we felt we should have been reimbursed monetarily. They also said the noise would end by 5:30pm and it was still going at 6:30pm. I felt that was poorly handled.

Beautiful spacious room. Hotel is centrally located and a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and sights. The downstairs bar also has great food and drinks.

Wir hatten leider im Zimmer (und im Gang) Teppichboden. Unsere Etage war noch nicht renoviert, wie andere.

A HUGE thanks to the staff for arranging the return of items we left in the safe so willingly and so straightforwardly - explaining the options of sending the hotel a pre paid postage tracked label. The items were carefully packaged and returned safely. And most reassuring to note the honesty and trustworthy nature of the staff. Regarding our stay - staff were consistently friendly and professional. The room, which was a grade up from the standard room, was super.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was very nice and the staff at the spa were very helpful. The food was very nice and the waiter was lovely so we left a tip. The restaurant and bar had a cosy feeling to it which we liked. The hotel was very modern and very clean.

The staff were very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast was also very good.

However, I was quite disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. I chose Radisson because of my positive experiences with the brand in other countries, but this particular property feels rather old and in need of renovation. Many aspects of the room seemed quite worn, including the carpet and sofa, and the shower head was loose and dangling. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink whenever the water was running, while the shower temperature constantly fluctuated between hot and cold. This was particularly frustrating, as my primary-school-aged child became so uncomfortable with the shower that she refused to use it again during the following days. Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene of the room could also be improved.
