We had a reservation, the service at dinner was terrible,, our daughters chicken strips was dry and the mash was terrible, she couldnt even finish it and both of those are one of her favorite things to eat. We didnt even get to have our food as we waited 1 1/2 and didnt receive anything, we ended up leaving and cancelling our order and still had to pay for the food our daughters food that was dry. We received no apology for the long wait, brought our bill, we paid for our drinks and daughters food.

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive.

TV didn't work properly. Bathroom a bit outdated.

Van die intrap by die hotel tot die uit'check' was maklik en vriendelik. Die 'speelkamer' vir die kinders is ook heel veilig. Ons 3 en 4 jarige het dit vreeslik geniet. EN DIE ONTBYT - - HEERLIK!!

As one can expect for a 3 star hotel there is usually not much one can expect. We certainly liked the view and the staff seems nice.

It was dirty around the edges inside the room. There was a really cold draft coming through the hotel front door and the sliding door. We had to place towels by the entrances to avoid everyone getting sick.

Friendly staff, clean and neat accommodation, spacious room. Beautiful magnificent view and sunrise over the ocean. Location was central and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Siwa, fantastic service.

Noisy guests below us. Slow response to our request to ask them to be quiet by night staff - took two phone calls and a visit to reception with a video of the noisy people for a response.

Love the staff. They were always friendly, and helped us whenever we needed. As a family with two little ones, traveling isn’t easy but the staff assisted us and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. the location is lovely for families. Indoor activities and outdoor activities for the kids. close to a few shops and restaurants.

the rooms came with very few amenities. Basic things like toothbrush and toothpaste had to be bought from the hotel. i think that should be included in the rooms cost.

Room was very comfortable and meet our expectations. Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast and dinner was very good.

It was great, however vegetarian options were not enough. And also my friend does not eat pork but for breakfast there were only pork sausages and no chicken or beef option.

Staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

Buffet breakfast, I'm wheat intolerant, I struggled with the spread. The health side of the products was missing. Tin fruit and only high sugar yogurt available was disappointing.

The room was most comfortable and clean. Staff at reception, bar and breakfast/dinner are super friendly, helpful & accommodated all my needs. Accommodated my colleague after checkout time, to sit in the bar area for her meetings (may be helpful to have small meeting rooms, just for 2 people).

The TV picture is a bit distorted - picture stretched out. (I'm being picky, but it does look weird).

There was everything expected at Breakfast. The staff were attentive and my coffee came as soon as I sat down. The view from the breakfast room is beautiful.

Offer lactose free milk at breakfast especially that I mentioned that my husband would require this when the hotel called prior to our arrival. Provide couples with a room with a king size bed instead of two double beds.

Breakfast was awesome and bar area. Can stay open for longer.

A covered hot pool for Autumn/Winter seasons would be welcomed. This is good social interaction instead of sitting in the room due to being cold

View is fantastic and love the lounge setup.

Room = bed very uncomfortable - mattrass hard and pillows not up to standard. Woke up with a bad headache and body aches. Breakfast- overall was good , but sad that the kitchen staff cannot boil eggs. Dinner - I order a steak , did not enjoy it .Steak was tough , chewy and serve cold.

The wedding dinner was excellent, top quality food and service.

Pillow inners were stained and dirty. No tissues in room.

Breakfast was very nice. A wide variety of food available very delicious, fresh and tasty.

Just one thing that I have experienced on both my stays, they need better knives as you can’t even cut toast with the knives supplied. Makes eating the delicious breakfast a little unpleasant.

There was a slight confusion with bills and room service, the team needs to improve on that, not a big deal. Overall happy

The hotel is neat, clean, and offers great facilities for kids, which we really appreciated. The breakfast spread was also good, with a decent variety. One of the highlights was the service from our waiter, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming.

However, the experience was slightly let down by a few aspects. The security staff were not particularly friendly, which impacted the first impression. The food, aside from breakfast, did not meet our expectations. Additionally, our room was quite close to the main road, and noise from traffic and neighbouring rooms was noticeable, so improved soundproofing would make a big difference.

No lifts, only lots of stairs especially if you stay on the top floor. Rooms with carpets , carpets gave me allergies. Bathrooms old. Rather booked the Duluxe suites which are upgraded with a shower.

The supper and lunch menus to expensive for the value and also limited menu. The bathroom bath and floor old and floor cracked also basin paint coming off need repairs and maintenance because the bath was old it had dirty bath stains

Avoid room 105 Extremely noisy as jump castle outside and people going up and downstairs and to the parking garage at night. No privacy had to keep the curtains closed Aircon had a loose bearing do very noisy

I loved the fact that they were family friendly, they provided a baby cot and a feeding chair during breakfast. The staff were so kind and friendly, they even gave us weetbix for the baby from the back. A continental breakfast was amazing, very versatile with many healthy options. The room had an amazing view of the ocean, it was very magical.

There is no elavator/lift, which can be tricky if you are carrying bulky things.

Very spacious family room! Very convenient with family room close to the pool and other amenities for children to enjoy. The jumping castle was a bonus. Felt safe and other worldly.

Service was a bit slow when ordering at the pool. Seemed to have been misunderstandings when staff change shifts at the bar.

The room that I eventually was given after I pointed out that I had booked and paid for a 'sea-facing' room and not room 321 street facing was quite nice. The in-room dinner of Chef's salad with beef sirloin strips was very nice .

1. I had to ask for a salad dressing which had been 'forgotten' according to the waitron 2. Breakfast was unpleasant as none of the staff were forthcoming regarding the set-up, especially for me coming there for the first time. It was only when I was going to help myself make tea that a waitress came to my assistance. When I ordered scrambled eggs, my order was taken reluctantly and I then had to ask if I had to wait for the eggs as the kitchen staff were not forthcoming with anything.
