Esta difícil, no me gusto que no tuvimos tiempo de aprovechar el Spa , pero eso es nuestra culpa jijiii

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Ідеальне розтащування на першій лінії біля моря. Можна лежати на шезлонгах біля басейну, ходити 50 метрів купатись на море та вертатись знову на територію готелю. На пляжі зазвичай дуже багато людей тож це дуже зручно лежати біля готелю. Біля басейну є бари де можна замовляти коктелі та їжу. Відношення персоналу на найвищому рівні. Менеджери готелю балують гостиннісю. Готель знаходиться в тихій частині міста, якщо хочеться вечірніх розвах то пройшовши 500 метрів по набережній потрапляєш у молодіжне нічне життя з різноманітними барами та дискотеками. Інтернет є скрізь на території готелю та працює доволі якісно.
Їжа не завжди смачна. Вцілому завжди щось смачне знаходити вдавалось, але вибір менше ніж очікував. Номери з видом на море нижче 4 поверху можуть неприємно здивувати видом на комунікації, та витяжки що розміщені на даху ресторана. Але вдень на балконі сидіти трохи жарко, тож це не критично.

Excellent breakfast, great facilities, and amenities, beach is right outside so you can walk in and out very easily. While it is not the most beautiful beach in the island, it is a nice, clean one, and very convenient to the hotel
Parking was expensive, but you can park nearby on the street and walk perhaps 5mn to drop the car.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We had an excellent stay as a young family at this hotel, spontaneously booked it for two days, but ended up staying almost for a week. The level is an excellent option to have the feeling of an exclusive area on otherwise crowded beach and is a sort of oasis to return to from the various activities around the hotel and on the beach, what we particularly liked was the quality and friendliness of the staff, I would even mention Martha on the reception by name for taking her time and being extremely professional in her approach towards the guests, the level staff too, the breakfast was great and abundant. The staff at the kids club is amazing and there are a lot of activities for young kids - overall an impressive property with a lot to do in and around the hotel for young families, I would highly recommend it and would most certainly come back.

Le PDJ est très bien à part les oeufs qui sont ultra cuits et le diner buffet st très bien aussi. les piscines sont agréables et la plage est juste devant l'hôtel. le restaurant qui donne sur la plage est vraiment très bon.
La musique au bord de la piscine, les gens qui viennent réserver leur matelas tout le matin et qui n'y vont pas avant 12h, c'est vraiment dommage. Petit bémol aussi pour les oeufs du PDJ qui étaient vraiment bcp trop cuits, immangeables.

Chambre très mal isolée (enfants qui court dans le couloir, qui joue au ballon dans les parties communes, les personnes qui crient dans les couloirs la journée ou la nuit en rentrant de soirée) et aussi très mal placée : quai de déchargement sous la fenêtre et toiture sale avec les moteurs de clim qui tournent en permanence… Clientèle irrespectueuse qui réserve des transats toute la journée sans même aller à la piscine, l’hôtel devrait mieux faire respecter les règles…

Nous étions trois à notre arrivée seul deux lits étaient fait. L'hôtel prête des serviettes de piscine mais certains jours partir de 11h 00 il n'y en avait plus de disponibles, il est même arrivée que le service prêt de serviettes soit fermé. Le manque de propreté est a déploré, sable au fond de la piscine, les espaces extérieurs pas très propres, les poubelles autour de la piscines qui débordent les déchets posés au sol et aucun personnel ne ramasse, le pire nourritures et couches bébé souillée posée sur les transats du spa. Le dernier jour nous avons petit déjeuner tôt il n'y avait aucuns pinces au buffet pour se servir. Les transats de la piscine sont pris d'assaut très tôt, or il est stipulé sur les transat que la réservation est interdite et que les serviettes des transats non utilisé serait retirer au bout d'une heure, certains transats reste inoccupés avec des serviettes dessus pendant plusieurs heures, sur 6 jours nous n' avons vu qu'un seul jour un membre de personnel pour retirer des serviettes des transats non occupé. Quant aux transats de la plage ils ont un tarif très élevé. Le premier jour de notre arrivée le buffet était de qualité puis la qualité s'est dégradée, toujours les même plat proposés, les fruits sont verts et de mauvaise qualité et le litre d'eau est à 6€!

Les transats de l’hôtel situés sur la plage sont payants… selon la rangée… 25€/80€/100€. Or, quand on est client de l’établissement, on devrait pouvoir en bénéficier sans coût supplémentaire, que ce soit à la piscine ou sur la plage. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le parking gratuit. En arrivant, mauvaise surprise, 30€ par nuit. Le prix du parking est plus cher que le prix de la location de la voiture. Retenez qu’il n’y a que 12 places. Je peux comprendre le manque de disponibilité mais le site devrait le signaler clairement. Plus de 300€ la chambre/la nuit pour deux personnes… pour un 4 étoiles. Rapport qualité/prix reste à discuter. Les prestations devraient être irréprochables à ce prix, Le bar a côté, Nikki Beach ne permet de profiter d’ une journée calme à la piscine.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Готель залишив двояке враження. Плюси: чудові види з ресторану, близькість до пляжу та просто чарівне море — неймовірний колір води й приємний захід у воду. Номери дуже маленькі, але кондиціонер хороший, а холодильник працює тихо 👌🏻
Мінуси: харчування посереднє — дуже малий вибір і не надто смачно. Напої на вечері: пляшка вина від 25 €. Ранкова кава з автоматів несмачна, а нормальна коштує 2 €. Дуже дратувала реєстрація перед вечерею — майже завжди черга та очікування, поки розсадять гостей. Загалом я б радила більше харчуватися в ресторанах — їх дуже багато вздовж набережної. Лежаків біля басейну мало, на всіх не вистачає. При цьому їх звільняють вибірково, якщо людина довго відсутня. Але часто це доходило до абсурду коли одні займали по 4 і весь день там лежали їхні речі, а інші відлучились ненадовго і потім тулились на одному у трьох… Лежаки біля пляжу від готелю платні — від 25 €. Пиво в барі — 7 €

Лестница (не было спуска для коляски с маленьким ребёнком) и приходилось искать персонал для помощи каждый раз также наличие англоязычных граждан (хотя в этом отеле их и не так много😅 ) которые портили отдых своими многозначительными взглядами по поводу и без и также на каждом шагу невозможно было пройти не услышав слово «сори» что транслировало напряжение и не способствовало расслаблению других отдыхающих и как оказалось они очень агрессивные ( Также небольшой номер , надо брать «level” иначе нет смысла

Curățenie, liniște noaptea, iluminatul nocturn feeric, lifturile funcționează în parametri optimi, cu acces de la etajele superioare până la zona de piscina și plajă. Daca te cazezi aici, ai acces și la tobogane de la hotelul alăturat, prin grădinile interioare. Micul dejun cu multe variante.
Șezlonguri la piscină blocate de la ora 6 dimineața, pe care nu stătea nimeni. Pentru cele de pe plajă, "alocate" hotelului se plătește separat - 80euro setul/zi cu canapea, până la 50 euro setul /zi, cu doua șezlonguri și o umbrelă. Din fericire nisipul este fin și exista varianta de plată șezlonguri primărie cu 20 euro setul/zi.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The locatiom is perfect, right in front of the beach. Breakfast was also good and the hotel facilities. They cleaned the room everyday, there is a 24 hours reception and staff is very polite.
I could not use the sunbeds in front of the swimming pool, which was very frustrating. I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool, but all the sunbeds were constantly reserved. I ended up having to pay for a day pass at another hotel’s swimming pool, which resulted in additional costs.

Szívből ajánlom a hotelt azoknak a gyerekeseknek is,akik szeretik az esti forgatagot,de éjjel pihenni szeretnének,mivel a szálloda nem a városközpontban található. A személyzet nagyon kedves.Az ételek változatosak,finomak,bőségesek.Különösen tetszett,hogy a reggeli 10.30-ig,a vacsora pedig 22.00-ig fogyasztható. A medencék tiszták,kellemes hőmérsékletűek.A strandtörülköző kivihető a partra is.A parton a napozóágy fizetős és érdemes előre fogalalni,mert napon belül,illetve másnapra már mindet lefoglalják.

The hotel was overcrowded, and the situation was not managed properly. While having many guests may be good for business, the hotel should also ensure that paying guests can actually use the facilities. There were never any sunbeds available by the pool. Guests woke up very early and “reserved” them by leaving towels, often without using the sunbeds for many hours. During my six-day stay, I managed to get a sunbed only once. That happened only because a member of the Guest Experience team removed towels from unattended sunbeds (normally this should happen without somebody asking it). I asked to speak with a manager or someone with more authority, but nobody was willing to come and discuss the issue with me. Since there are not enough sunbeds by the pool, the hotel offers sunbeds on the beach at ridiculous prices: 80€ for the first row, 60€ for the second row, and 50€ for the third row. The lobby looks good and renovated although the materials appear very cheap, but the hallway and the rooms needs some attention.

Most staff unhelpful, some were excellent!! Buys mostly let down but unhelpful, breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular the pool is too small for the amount of people wanting sun beds , and the beach you have to pay between 25-80 euros a day for a sun bed, would of thought the hotel would of have sun beds for the guests to use on the beach . The beds need new mattresses as they slope , the air con in the room was great Found a great restaurant with helpful staff at Tom Browns , very near by

Behoorlijk vergane glorie, het vreselijke handdoekje leggen, balkon stoelen die vreselijk zitten, airco kan je niet regelen, gehorig op de gang echoput, veel te veel mensen op klein gebied, alles vol, je kan niet eens een plekje vinden, in hoogseizoen is een restaurant op maandag en dinsdag dicht.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026We were allocated a room on the 9th floor while travelling with our 5-year-old daughter. We were constantly worried about her safety because of the balcony. Our room overlooked the rubbish collection area and drainage system. There was a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The breakfast included in our booking was of very poor quality. We also tried lunch and dinner, but despite paying for access to the restaurant, the food selection and quality were so poor that both our children remained hungry. On our second evening, there was a power outage. We had to walk up to the 9th floor with our young daughter because the lifts were not working. There was no air conditioning that evening, making the room extremely uncomfortable. There was also no water that evening and this problem continued the following day. There were far too few sunbeds for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Every day we had no choice but to place our towels on the concrete edge because no sunbeds were available.

-Nous avons subi deux coupures d'électricité pendant notre séjour, à des moments particulièrement contraignants. À chaque fois, les ascenseurs étaient hors service et il n'y avait plus d'eau, rendant impossible de prendre une douche. Étant logés au 9ᵉ étage avec un bébé, devoir monter et descendre les escaliers en portant nos affaires a été particulièrement éprouvant. Malgré ces désagréments importants, aucun geste commercial ni aucune attention particulière ne nous ont été proposés par l'hôtel, ce qui est très décevant. -La plage située à proximité de l'hôtel n'est pas l'une des plus agréables de Majorque. -Les transats sur la plage sont payants. -Les temps d'attente pour les ascenseurs sont parfois assez longs. -L'isolation phonique des chambres pourrait être améliorée : les bruits provenant du couloir sont très audibles.

the noise from the air conditioning unit, which made it impossible to relax, and also the view from the window, which overlooked a horse pen, so we could smell it on the hotel grounds. Additionally, the receptionist at check-in wasn’t very friendly—when we asked to change rooms to avoid the noise, she said it wasn’t possible that night due to being fully booked, but despite us asking twice more, no one followed up with us

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el hotel en general tiene una decoración moderna y agradable. La zona es cómoda para moverse y disfrutar de los alrededores. También me gustó la tranquilidad y las vistas al mar. Las chicas que me atendieron para check in y check out fueron muy amables El desayuno del hotel está excelente, mucha variedad de comida y todo muy rico
Aunque la habitación tenía vistas al mar, una zona arbolada tapaba parte de la vista. El hotel parece haber sido renovado, pero el suelo de las habitaciones se ve bastante antiguo en comparación con el resto de las instalaciones. Además, la puerta de cristal de la zona de la bañera no estaba bien fijada. Lo peor fue el room service. Resultó muy difícil contactar por teléfono; en todas las veces nadie cogía el teléfono, en una ocasión tuve que llamar durante más de 30 minutos para que respondieran. Solicité un tenedor y una toalla de ducha y, después de varias horas, nadie los trajo. La atención en este aspecto necesita mejorar considerablemente

Manque d hygiène côté restaurant, pas très bien nettoyé après le passage des gens. Les assiettes du buffet pas très propre, manque de cuillères au buffet ! A améliorer
