O experiență cu adevărat deosebită! Un hotel elegant, cu o atmosferă rafinată, plajă privată și piscină superbă. Camerele sunt spațioase, confortabile și impecabil întreținute, iar personalul este extrem de profesionist și atent la fiecare detaliu. Am apreciat în mod deosebit și gestul elegant de a ne oferi un voucher pentru o masă gratuită la restaurant Capenao. Totul a fost la superlativ — cu siguranță vom reveni!

Séjour facturé plus de 300 CHF la nuit (août 2026), marqué par des anomalies techniques, une gestion défaillante, l'attitude problématique d'employés et un incident de sécurité majeur. 1. Inhabitabilité de 24h : Dès 16h00, climatisation inopérante, pièce entre 26,5°C et 28°C (canicule extérieure de 38°C). Les nombreuses déclarations contradictoires de la réception ont retardé la prise en charge. Seul équipement fourni : un ventilateur défectueux et insalubre. Changement de chambre (n°523) intervenu après plus de 24 heures de carence, assorti d'un crédit interne dérisoire et disproportionné de 100€. 2. Atteinte aux bagages en local restreint : Le 10 août, 3 bagages sécurisés par câbles d'acier tressé ont été remis en main propre pour stockage dans la consigne fermée à clé, contre 3 tickets officiels. À la restitution 4h plus tard, les câbles de haute sécurité de deux valises avaient été sectionnés à l'outil. La troisième valise (Rimowa de 1500 CHF) est restée intacte, établissant une intervention humaine ciblée en zone accessible exclusivement aux porteurs de clés de l’établissement. Suivi et procédures : À l'exception d'un courriel contenant d’innombrables contradictions du Resident Manager minimisant la valeur des éléments détruits et fuyant toute responsabilité, l'hôtel s'est muré dans un silence absolu pendant un mois, ignorant les relances (cases number Melià #14561245 et #14561246). Des actions légales sont formellement engagées. Une plainte a été déposée auprès de la Guardia Civil pour vol avec effraction, et un dossier d'infraction administrative est ouvert auprès du Tourisme des Îles Baléares (Décret 20/2015). L'ensemble des preuves matérielles (relevés thermiques, clichés macroscopiques et confirmation écrite par l'hôtel de la conservation des vidéosurveillances) est transmis aux autorités.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but the only thing I would recommend is maybe one member of staff is just doing the beer behind the outside beach bar as making cocktails takes time and sometimes the cue was long!

El suelo de la ducha por ejemplo lo dejan casi igual con los pelos incluidos. Un día no entraron a limpiar la habitación!! El parking del hotel es muy caro también.

Їжа була одна й та сама щодня, зранку і ввечері. Хоча написано, що займати лежаки не можна, люди з ранку займали лежаки і могли не приходити, а персонал за цим не дивився.

Sehr laute Musik von der Nachbarschaft (Nikki Beach),nicht ausreichend Liegen am Pool im Hochsaison. Am Strand sind nur wenige Liegen und die muss man extra bezahlen.

Flor and Amparo were always super helpful when I reached out to them at the reception! Same goes for the staff at the beach and bars! Nice swimming pools and clean hotel.

Not having showers in the pool area was annoying , bedroom’s bathroom not the best for privacy. Food was ok.

The location is good

The staff are lazy and not willing to move a finger for you. So lazy that the trash cans in the pool were cleaned once a day, you couldn’t talk with room service, they didn’t pick up the phone. Towel service only opened at 11. Everything that the hotel has to offer you have to pay an extra fee. The ac in the room didn’t work properly. The room wasn’t clean and they didn’t refuel coffee in the room, its only 1 per person per stay. It was a waste of money and time. It really messed up our experience at Mallorca.

Zwyczaje ludzi, którzy pomimo regulaminu i próśb personelu zajmowali ręcznikami już od rana leżaki na plaży i przy basenie. To jednak jest problem, który spotykamy nagminnie w większości hoteli.

struttura molto bella, camera sempre pulitissima. Staff gentile e colazione TOP! la struttura ha 3 piscine e spiaggia attaccata dove è possibile utilizzare i lettini, pagando ogni giorno la quota.

L’unica cosa è che manca una doccia in spiaggia dove potersi lavare dal sale e le docce in piscina funzionano male.

Мне понравился уровень «level” наличие закусок в течение дня , с маленьким ребёнком это удобно, проживание в номере с террасой и ванной в саду (все работало) наличие детского сада на территории отеля . Сын бежал туда с удовольствием, чего не скажешь про обычный садик. Хороший завтрак и есть неплохой ресторан с видом на море

El desayuno era bueno, el problema era la falta de mesas, poco espacio y la mayoria al sol. También había problemas con las tumbonas de la piscina, la gente las cogía y luego no las utilizaba. No pudimos estar en la piscina. Tendría que tomar medidas con estos aspectos. Por lo demás todo bien

The breakfast spread was amazing! They had a lovely mix of food and a taste of Mallorca too. I loved the layout of the baked goods cart out the front and the fruit layout as well as the hot food. I also loved the different tea and coffee available (cinnamon coffee in particular) You also have the option of takeaway cups too for your drinks which was nice. I could not fault the breakfast They also had the option of an adults only pool too which was excellent and right on the beach.

We were 3 people and The hotel did not allow to add extra bed although i booked for a junior suit , they did not allow the third person to stay even without adding the extra bed , they did not even accept an extra payment, i had to leave the hotel and did not get a refund of my money back 😞😞😞

It is not disadvantage, but note. Upper-class guests, you feel you should present your best behavior and avoid spontaneity and craziness to not spoil their holiday.

Near a beach

Service was poor- not enough instructions or information about the property. No minibar list with prices provided. No complimentary water in the bedroom daily.

Rezeption sehr freundlich. - Erwachsenen Pool direkt neben dem Niki Beach Club (daher von 12:00 - 18:00 Uhr House DJ Musik, was ich persönlich toll fande) - Familien Pool - Haupt Pool Die Liegen sind leider schon sehr früh reserviert. Also ohne Reservierung findet man keinen Platz mehr ab ca 10:15Uhr. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern aber leider hellhörig. Straßenlärm hört man leider sehr durch die Balkontür. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein wunderschöner Sandstrand mit klarem Wasser (mein Highlight) Das Frühstück war eine 10/10 !! WOW, alles was man sich wünscht. Vom Orangensaft über Omlett über Obst, Gemüse, Eier, Wurst und Käse Platten, Tee-Bar…. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Die Kellner im Restaurant und Bar haben aufjenfall keinen Stress. Lassen sich ewig Zeit. Man wartet 15 min auf einen Coctail und im Restaurant muss man 2x nachfragen ob man Platz nehmen kann und ewig auf eine Speisekarte warten. Im gesamten Hotel und deren Außenbereiche ist komplettes Rauchverbot (dies ist online nicht angegeben) Man muss runter am Strand gehen damit man rauchen kann. Das finde ich auch etwas naja. Man hätte ja Raucherzonen machen können.

We had a fantastic stay at Meliá South Beach and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The location is excellent, with the beach right on your doorstep and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within easy walking distance. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The service was consistently very good, and everything was well organised. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Mallorca.

There were only a few very minor things that could be improved. Some of the furniture is starting to show a little wear and could do with a refresh. Unfortunately, none of the English TV channels were working during our stay, which was a little disappointing. The pool hours could also be extended slightly, as it closes quite early in the evening and opens a little later in the morning than we would have liked. Other than these small points, we genuinely had a wonderful stay and have nothing else negative to say. The positives far outweighed these minor issues.

В нас була кімната з прямим видом на море, вид супер! Чисто! Дуже смачні та різноманітні сніданки. На території декілька басейнів. Є прямий автобус з аеропорту і зупинка біля самого готелю. Дуже задоволені готелем! Поряд є багато різних кафе, ресторанів, магазинів.

Мінус- ванна кімната. Щоб знайти безкоштовне парк місце треба поїздити або без проблем на території готелю але за 30 євро.

They upgraded us to junior suit room because of the full occupied.and view was amazing.

There was too much voice on the hole hotel was not quite at night .

Things that were not good: 1. After getting out of the taxi, no one came to assist us on the way to the reception. We had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs ourselves. (Very disappointing.) 2. When we arrived at the reception, even though there were three staff members behind the desk, no one acknowledged us or welcomed us in any way. 3. After check-in, once again, no one came to assist us to the elevator or our room. We actually had to look for someone ourselves to help carry our luggage up the stairs. (Very disappointing.) 4. The hallways are not carpeted, so every footstep can be clearly heard from inside the room, especially when children are running around or someone is walking in high heels. 5. The room entrance doors provide almost no sound insulation, so you can constantly hear other guests talking and moving around in the hallway.

A vista era bonita

Atendimento muito fraco, tivemos de carregar as nossas próprias malas na chegada e na saída , chegamos às 17h e já não tinha ninguém para ajudar com as malas, e o ar condicionado não funcionou estávamos em 2 quartos e em nenlhum deles o ar condicionado funcionava, disseram que iam mandar um técnico para arranjar e não mandaram ninguém

Het personeel was suuuper vriendelijk. Ontbijt is lekker en je hebt veel keuze. 3 verschillende zwembaden waarvan 1 kindvrij. Je zit direct op het strand en hebt een mooi uitzicht.

La piscine réservée aux adultes

La vue (latérale mer) de la chambre au 1er étage sur la climatisation. Devoir chercher un transat pour se poser au bord de la piscine car les gens posent leurs serviettes tôt pour bloquer une place et ne viennent pas de la journée!

Hotel je na pláži, takže do moře opravdu kousek. Čisté a teplé moře. Snídaně i večeře velmi dobré. Dostatečný výběr. Kousek do centra města.

Lehátek u bazénů by mohlo být více. Jinak bez připomínek.

The best hotel in Magaluf, gives a resort facilities with a beach club, adults only pool, lots of attractions for kids, including amazing kids club, kids pool activities. The location is top, right next to Nikki beach, great vibe during the day while calm in the evening. For the dinner they have live music in the restaurant which really makes it feel special, the whole hotel benefits from the amazing sea views. Lots of guests are returning there multiple times, which is a good sign.

The cleaning in the room is superficial and sometimes the floors were not cleaned from the sand, balcony has never been cleaned. There were twice the case of not doing a room cleaning at all and we needed to talk to the reception. The reception helped proving some courtesy vouchers, but still this is something they must invest their attention it, as you don’t expect to follow up on cleaning. Otherwise the hotel is great and hope they improve the room cleaning capacity for the high season so that the customers experience is not impacted like ours.

Breakfast lasted until 11:00, but when I arrived at nine, they said there was no bread left. The service was always very slow, and everything at the buffet was gone. The room wasn't being cleaned, but they would leave the cleaning supplies by my bedside before leaving; perhaps they wanted me to do it.

I do not recommend going to this hotel. The bathroom floor was covered in hair. They didn't replace the towels even though we constantly requested them. They didn't even offer drinking water, despite us staying in a suite with breakfast included. The room I booked, supposedly with a balcony, turned out to be a French balcony. We upgraded to a new room and vacated it in the morning, but they only moved us to the new room in the late afternoon. We waited in the lobby for hours. The staff didn't even look at you when you spoke to them. The air conditioning in our room didn't work for days; we called a plumber, and then the electricity went out completely. We waited in the room for half an hour, called reception, and they hung up on us. When I went downstairs and spoke to people face-to-face, they said they could move us to another room, but nobody helped and we were hastily moved to some other ridiculous room.

Am avut Junior Suit ( 2 adulți și 2 copii) care are suprafață destul de mare și o terasă generoasă. Compartimentarea lasă de dorit deoarece nu conferă intimitate. Tot spațiul este comun

- parcarea costă 30 euro/ zi - ai posibilitatea în afara gratis - de fiecare dată când luam masa trebuia să aștept cca 30 min - o sticlă de apă 1l costă 6 euro - nu ai apa inclusă - personalul nu se comporta corespunzător - mâncarea lasă de dorit (nepreparată corespunzător și meniu sărac)

Le buffet: Nous avons eu une expérience Malheureuse car les allergènes contenu dans les plats au buffet ne sont pas affichés. Cependant le personnel a très bien réagi et ils ont ete à l’écoute afin de trouver une solution pour que le reste ne notre séjour puisse se passer en toute sécurité.

I stayed in this hotel for several days. The location is gorgeous, with its own access to the public beach. The territory has everything you need, there are also several swimming pools, employees monitor and clean the territory. I also want to mention the breakfasts that are offered in the hotel, very tasty and there is food for every taste! I had a problem with the safe, the reception responded quickly, everything was fixed within 15 minutes! I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel congratulates the birthday people on their birthday, bringing champagne, a piece of delicious cake, as well as a postcard that they write by hand! I would like to come back here, the atmosphere is very pleasant and calm! Thank you very much!

The swimming pool is lovely and right by the beach but bizarrely you can’t use the pool until 10am which I have never seen before

The aircon did not work… it never went below 22 degrees in our room when outside was boiling. Clearly they have an issue there as the staff at reception spoke to me like an idiot and told me “it’s Mallorca” which is rubbish… it should be able to be colder in a room when it’s 32 degrees outside. Our room was so hot and for what we paid it shouldn’t be. I’ve been to hotels in boiling countries and never been told such rubbish about the aircon.

Практически все. Шикарная территория, комфортная постель, ошеломительный вид из номера. Брали ужин и завтрак- просто великолепно! Пляж отличный, лежаки начиная с 25 по 60 евро(один лежак). Рядом в отели играет музыка- только днем, не мешает - даже создает настроение. Автобусная остановка прямо перед отелем, если есть желание поехать погулять в Пальму. Спа-салон - делали массаж- 110 евро - получили массу удовольствия, рекомендую.

Некоторые работники могли бы быть немного приветливее и вежливее. Это касается персонала с рецепции и завтрака. Остался неприятный осадок.

Ten hotel uratował naszą rocznicę ślubu i z miejsca stał się jednym z naszych ulubionych miejsc na świecie! Od momentu przekroczenia progu czuliśmy się niesamowicie zaopiekowani. Ogromną i cudowną niespodzianką był dla nas program The Level – nawet nie zdawaliśmy sobie sprawy, że mamy go w pakiecie! Dostęp do prywatnej strefy, ekskluzywnego basenu, genialnych drinków i pysznych przekąsek w ciągu dnia dał nam poczucie totalnego luksusu, intymności i spokoju, którego tak bardzo potrzebowaliśmy po wcześniejszych przebojach. Sam hotel jest niezwykle stylowy, nowoczesny i położony tuż przy pięknej plaży. Pokój (Penthouse) zapierał dech w piersiach – widoki na morze, design, czystość i dbałość o każdy detal były na najwyższym poziomie. Obsługa jest przemiła, profesjonalna i wyprzedza każdą myśl gościa. Cudowne baseny, genialna atmosfera i relaks, o jakim marzyliśmy.

To, że musieliśmy stamtąd wyjechać! Wszystko było absolutnie perfekcyjne.
