War alles irgendwie ok, aber das Hotel scheint vor 40 Jahren stehen geblieben zu sein. Die Einrichtung ist hoffnungslos veraltet, das Frühstück reichlich, aber wie vor 40 Jahren. Das Personal korrekt, aber emotionslos.

Les chambres sont spacieuses ,l emplacement est top et le personnel est disponible .

В апартаментах есть всё необходимое, просторные. Пешком до моря 10-15 мин, можно также ехать к морю на машине (3 мин, бесплатная парковка). Бассейн в отеле, спасал во время полуденной жары.

Ένα ξενοδοχείο πάρα πολύ παλιό σε όλα - κ όταν εννοώ παλιό δεν ξέρω καν να το τοποθετήσω 1995;;;

Friendly staff, great deep pool, nice apartment, near the see, in parking you can always find a place, they provide umbrellas and beach towels for free, there are toys for kids.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Ciche i spokojne miejsce. Bliski dostęp do wszystkich sklepów i lokali gastronomicznych. Blisko do morza. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z Atenami i portem w Pireusie. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Dostęp do basenu do godziny 23.00. Codziennie usługi sprzątania pokoi. Dorze działająca sieć WiFi. Gorąco Polecam

Podobał mi się kameralny charakter obiektu. Apartament przestronny i funkcjonalny. Fajny basen - głęboki, z chłodną wodą i praktycznie cały czas w cieniu. A do tego otwarty do 23:00. Przesympatyczne i pomocne panie z recepcji.

Klimatyzacja obejmowała tylko jedną część apartamentu - małą sypialnię. Do pozostałej części chłodne powietrze ledwo docierało, więc klimatyzator właściwie musiał działać non stop.

Camere un po' datate ma confortevoli e pulite

Καλή επιλογή για διαμονή 2-3 ημερών. Δύσκολη η προσέγγιση της παραλίας με τα πόδια σν είσαι πάνω απο 45 ετων Απολύτως άψογα κι εξυπηρετικά τα κορίτσια στη ρεσεψιόν και στην ας πούμε τραπεζαρία. Μια ανακαινισουλα,καλύτερα κρεβάτια στρώματα θα βοηθούσε τη σχέση τιμής οφελους. .

Πολύ μικρό μπάνιο. Αν είναι σωματωδης κι όχι μικρό παιδί πλημμυρίζει ο τόπος στο ντους και δεν υπάρχει τίποτα να μαζέψεις τα νερά. Εντάξει, καλοκαίρι στεγνώνει κάποτε. Κ βασικά το αιώνιο ελληνικό ζήτημα: σε ευνοημένες από τη φύση περιοχές όπως Βάρκιζα χτίζουμε ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα με το χρόνο γίνεται παλιατζουρα κι αντί να το γυρίσουμε σε επαρχιακή πανσιόν με κόστος 50 ευρώ το βραδυ λόγω της περιοχης το παίζουμε hotel αστέρων με τιμές ανεπιτρεπτες Γι αυτό βλέπετε τις πλάτες των Ελλήνων. Κάνεις δε θα μείνει εκεί 10 μέρες. Ο λόγος να ξαναπάω 3 μέρες αν έχει καλύτερες τιμές θα είναι το άψογο προσωπικό.

struttura nella riviera ateniese abbastanza datata e che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione immediata. Noi avevamo necessità di trascorrere una sola notte ma non mi sento di consigliarlo per chi cerca un soggiorno più lungo.

aparthotel che sente il peso degli anni. E' necessario avere l'auto per raggiungere le spiaggie limitrofe.

I liked the location as it was close to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and super market. There was a pool which was a bonus. I liked that we had a balcony and the apartment was generally was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Particularly, the mattress was very hard; it was like I was sleeping on the floor. The bathroom was dated but we had everyday clean towels which I really appreciated.

Prima locatie, 10 minuten lopen op het strand en vooral de kinderen waren gek op her zwembad

Klein aandachtspunt. Het zwembad is minimaal 180cm diep. Tip voor het hotel om dit op hun website te communiceren.

Clean spacious rooms & balcony. Drying rack on balcony. Friendly staff. Located 10 min walk to the Main Street along the beach. Organised beach 15mins walk. A few cafes/restaurants within 5-15mins walk. Breakfast is 1 hard boiled egg & cold cut meats, cheese, bread, juice & coffee.

Leaky toilet with barely a flush (reported). Took 5mins for hot water to come through in the shower. Unusable shower head holder due to how it has been installed in the wall. Weird odour in the room every afternoon. Can hear noise from rooms next door & above us due to thin walls. Noise from corridor echoes through day & night. Pool is very deep. No area to just relax in the pool. Not suitable for children who can’t swim! Strict quiet time 3-5pm in pool area everyday! No jumping! No yelling! Hard to do with kids! Cafe at pool only had a very limited selection of a sandwich to eat & few drinks. Only one person manning the reception/pool/cafe during the day. For a 3 star complex you get what you pay for! We were disappointed and will not recommend or return again.

Больше всего мне бы хотелось отметить отзывчивость и мгновенную реакцию персонала. Будьте уверены, любые ваши пожелания относительно проживания будут удовлетворены в кратчайшие сроки. Персонал замечательный! Всё, без исключения.

Местоположение. Но это не к отелю. Сами чуть не угадали с районом. Впервые в данной локации. Ожидали более курортно-туристическую зону.

Quizás faltaba un poquito de limpieza

Отдыхали здесь и получили массу позитивных эмоций. В апартаментах продумана каждая деталь для комфорта гостей. Но главный восторг — это, конечно, бассейн! Чистый, ухоженный, с комфортной температурой воды. Отличная локация, тишина и прекрасный сервис. Спасибо за гостеприимство, наш отдых удался на все 100%!

Personale gentile, disponibile ai bisogni. Avevamo bisogno dell’asciugacapelli e bastato chiedere alla reception e un posto molto accogliente. Pulitissimo,ho apprezzato il balcone dove fare la colazione è stata piacevole.… Giù al viale c’è un supermercato, super fornito.

L’aerea piscina probabilmente se avesse più lettini sarebbe meglio.

Ho apprezzato la buona volontà e disponibilità del personale che si è dato alacremente da fare durante tutto il nostro soggiorno e l'atmosfera informale. la camera era grande.

Poca cura delle stanze e della struttura in generale: la doccia perdeva da tutte le parti e non c'era una ventola nel bagno cieco e l'impressione della piscina (lettini e altro) decisamente non presi in considerazione nella manutenzione.

Great hotel local to shops and airport

Aamianen piti pyytää vaikka oli maksettu. Vastasi perus aamiaista vanhassa kreikkalaisessa hotellissa. Odotuksissa oli hieman parempi buffet tyyppinen aamianen, mutta nythän ei ollut vielä sesonki aika, joten parantaa voi sesonkiin. Rauhallista toki oli eikä häiriötä tai melua iltaisin.

Fasiliteetit jääneet ajan jalkoihin. Paljon korjattavaa, jotta viihtyisyys paranisi. Moni asia rempallaan ja korjaukset jääneet tekemättä. Kalustus ikivanhaa ja uusimista vailla!! Hissi oli rikki kolme kertaa muutaman päivän aikana. Vaatisi oikeasti ison kasvojen kohotuksen - Varkiza myös jäänyt 90-luvulle tai jopa näivettynyt - odotin parempaa. Kokemusta on vuodesta 1989.

Door didn’t lock well, looks like it had been kicked in at some point and fixed with bits of wood, very hard bed, curtain in bedroom didn’t fit so light vines in- light fittings on ceiling hanging off and dangerous

Location is quiet, always a parking spot to find. The pool was so nice and clean with special towels available. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the balcony is so nice to sit in the morning and at night. The hotel restaurant serves basic food and drinks. But that was more than enough for us. The proximity to the beach was nice.

The bathroom needs an update, but it was clean and tidy!

Very cooperative staff, big family room (for 4-5 people), balcony with view , full kitchen, plenty of parking. Prepared for us breakfast on a tray for our checking out very early in the morning.

the mattresses are very hard, bathroom a bit small but with a quick hot water device-very convenient.

It was easy to find parking, close walking distance to coffee, supermarket, and main strip, and overall a great place to stay in Varkiza beach. Our family loved it.

Tilava huoneisto neljälle. Lyhyt matka lentokentälle,20km 10min. kävelymatka palveluihin ja merenrantaan.

Yläkerran askeleet kaikuivat huoneistossa, jopa klo04 aamulla.

Die Lage war gut. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stand. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Alle zwei Tage neue Handtücher. Tolle Gemeinschaftsdachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Gym vorhanden.

Es hätte sauberer sein können. Staubig und der Boden war nicht sauber. Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen und die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimalistisch (stumpfe Messer, abgezähltes Besteck für 2 Personen, Beschichtung der Pfanne kaputt) Pool zwar vorhanden, aber dauerhaft im Schatten, sodass trotz 32°C Außentemperatur man dort nicht schwimmen bzw. liegen konnte.

1. Very nice staff. 2. Good location, if you want beach and sun its within minutes of walk. Restaurants including pita, seafood or German beer - same as beach, within minutes.

Love the place very much! That's exactly what I was lookin for. I felt like I was in one of my family house. Receptionist was very helpful always willing to help me out with all my questions.

Everthing is very clean and nice. Very chill hotel and reasobly priced. I’ll be back. If you are considering booking and walking to the beach, it is doable but hotel is a 15min uphill walk at a slight slope. Car is recommended no parking place issue in front of hotel. El dia seguent, teniem el check out a les 11, pero el nostre avio no sortia fins la tarda, tot i això ens van deixar quedar a la pisicina i ens van guardar totes les maletes, van ser molt agradables.

Appartement vaste et bien équipé. La piscine, un peu fraîche car probablement peu ensoleillée reste toutefois bien agréable.

Habitaciones cómodas, piscina agradable.

Camas y almohadas duras, baño antiguo, sobretodo para tomar una ducha. No hacer ruido entre las 15:00 y 17:00 horas con niños eso no son vacaciones.

Situacion y el personal fue amable en todo momento. La piscina estava bien.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, mas bien de 1 maximo 2, los apartamentos si que son amplios con una buena terraza, pero estan de origen del hotel años 70-80 aprox, muchas cosas estan rotas y no funcionan, la cama durisima, el servicio de habitaciones insuficiente, necesita una reforma profunda y mas personal para ser un 4 estrellas.

Welcoming staff, the hotel has an outdoor pool with plants around it. Lovely break from the hot sun. Authentically Greek, a throw back to the 1970’s basic decor.

The beds were basic & needed to be bigger & more comfortable.

We stay here so often it feels like home. It’s not super updated but it’s clean spacious the staff is super accommodating the pool is nice to come back to after a hot day and it’s an easy walk to the main strip area.

Très bel emplacement un peu en dehors du centre d’Athènes et près de l’aéroport pour notre retour à la maison. Le studio était spacieux, très propre et parfaitement adapté à une famille de 5. La Piscine est aussi très commode étant donné la chaleur en été à Athènes.

Endast ett par små saker som var trasiga och ni inte hunnit laga (hylla i kylskåpet, kanten på balkongens bord). Jag fann det inte värt att klaga under vistelsen men toasitsen satt inte fast ordentligt och vi halkade runt på den lite trots att jag försökte skruva åt den.

The staff was very kind, understanding, and accommodable. The room was spacious and clean, but one of the rooms had a very small bathroom. Other than that the pool was a nice addition and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
