Athens Sea Front Apartment, Varkiza

Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο , καθαρότατο , ο κύριος Άγγελος ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει όσο μπορεί!! Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική , η μόνωση δωματίου επίσης εξαιρετική! Δίπλα σου έχεις τα πάντα.. Εστιατόρια , σούπερ μάρκετ, περίπτερο, στάση λεωφορείου, παραλία στα 100 μέτρα , και για πάρκιγνκ βρήκαμε εύκολα.. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα και σίγουρα αν χρειαστεί να ξαναμείνουμε στην περιοχή θα προτιμήσουμε το κατάλλυμα!

Angelo the owner greeted us. He gave us a tour of the apartment. This apartment was great for 2 people. Clean and spacious. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There were a fair amount of stairs so if you are not mobile it could be a challenge. Beautiful area. Grocery stores, ice cream store, restaurants, cafes are within walking distance. The beach is right across the street with a beautiful walking area where you can sit and watch. The spacious patio overlooks the street and a beautiful view of the water. We could have stayed out there all day just people watching. We have been to Athens before so we weren't really interested in the sight seeing aspect of our trip. We were here for a wedding. This is a great place. We chose to just take in the scenery and relax. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this area. We just took Taxis wherever we wanted to go.

I cannot say there was anything we didn't like about this property. Varkiza

Maximálisan elégedettek voltunk mindennel. A tulajdonos kedvessége, mindenben segítségünkre volt. A lakás nagyon extra, bármelyik 5 csillagos szállodai színvonalát veri ! Külön értékelem a gyümölcsöt, üdítőt, sört, kávét amivel vártak! Az egész apartman nagyon igényes, mindenre figyeltek. A buszmegálló, szupermarket közelben.

Nothing - it was all great, maybe if you prefer elevators this building doesn't offer one but its just on the 2nd floor so pretty easy.

Власник має дві квартири. Одна квартира з видом на море, друга без. Нам дістались апартаменти з. 2 кондиціонера. великий балкон. Кухня має все потоібне.Є пралка. Є праска. Є фен. Багато рушників, два з яких можна брати з собою на пляж. Ліжко комфортне велике, але має тільки простині- немають теплих важких покривал. Пляж одразу біля квартири камʼянистий і там є цигани. Якщо пройти далі ( вліву сторону ) то є пляж Varkiza. Але там дуже дуже дорого. Якщо пройти ще далі (10-15 хвилин) то там є публічний пляж, де можна розкласти рушники або винаймовати лежаки ( 10-15 євро 2 лежаки з парасолькою ). На пляжі краще резервувати лежаки ( там на пляжі є доска з номером телефону жінки до якоі можеш написати і забронювати ( тоді буде коштувати на 5 євро дорожче ). Та жінка дуже добре розмовляє на англійській мові. Власник також добре розмовляє англійською мовою, розказує де можна відпочити і всі нюанси проживання. Все дуже і дуже сподобалось. Вулиця біля квартири дуже жива, але коли закриваєш вікна все добре- тихо. Квартира знаходиться на 2-му поверсі. За години вʼїзду можна домовитись з власником ( через WhatsApp ). Є пилосос. Є ложка для взуття. Розеток достатньо ( біля ліжка також є 2). Шафа дуже велика, є 3 комоди. Є попільничка на балконі. Як йти в ліву сторону є супермаркет (3 хвилини максимум) - в тому супермаркеті 2 поверхи. На пляжі можна розрахуватися картою. Курʼєр є в програмі Efood i Wolt. З курʼєрами уважайте, бо дуже дивно доставляли їжу ( з кількома ми сварилися ). Краще вибирати оплату готівкою для курʼєрів. Квартира дуже чиста, власник сказав, що вона нова, душова кабінка і туаелет чисті. Є побутова хімія. Ввечері дуже атмосферно сидіти на балконі. Власник чудова позитивна відповідальна людина

Немає духовки. Телевізор старий- не можна підключитися, щоб слухати свою музику, але власник має диски з плейлистами. Вода в ванній дуже сильно пахне хлоркою. Переходити дорогу важкос бо в Греції інші правила дорожнього руху- правила джунглів. Всі переходять дорогу де хочуть

Супер локация, близко до моря, рядом магазины и кафе. Очень приветливый хозяин, сам встретил, все рассказал, в течение всего пребывания интересовался нашим отдыхом. Сами апартаменты супер комфортные, новые, чистые.

Prachtig, gezellig en comfortabel appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig en een fijne locatie vlak bij het strand, winkels, restaurants etc. Angelo is een super vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer.

Apartment with very good position, practically you wouldn't need a car. Beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery etc,, all in short walking distances. Apartment is recently and completely refurbished, clean and shining. Very well equiped with everything you may need. Host is a real gentleman, very thoughtfull, attentive and friendly, happy to offer information and support. This accommodation is an excellent choice indeed.

One of the best apartments we have stayed at. It was literally a home away from home. Exceptionally clean with everything you could possibly need. I cannot fault Angelo’s apartment. I usually look for certain things like a full length mirror, scissors, extra pillows, teapots, facial tissues, beach towels, washing machine, drying rack, even ice trays. This apartment had all those (and then some like first aid kit, lint remover, shoe horn, adapters). The bedroom has lots of storage and plenty of hangers. There was aircon in both the living room and bedroom. I loved that the aircon was so quiet and didn’t blow down my face/head. The apartment was conveniently open plan, clean, fresh and modern interior with wonderful natural light and a lovely long balcony. We felt very safe, the door had double locks. The location was fantastic with restaurants, cafes and a supermarket next door and just across Varkiza Resort where all the beach bars are. We loved the aesthetic and we would love to stay again if back in Varkiza. This apartment would be ideal for short or long term stay. Angelo was a fantastic host - very responsive, helpful and accommodating. 10/10 highly recommended.

Dit appartement, gelegen tussen andere appartementen, is tot in details van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast is de ligging geweldig. Supermarkten, banken, bakkerijen en restaurants op loopafstand, evenals bushaltes, taxistandplaats én niet te vergeten het strand. In zomerseizoen zijn er georganiseerde deleb van het strand met oa lifeguard. Angelo is een geweldige, behulpzame host, die met je meedenkt en altijd bereikbaar is mocht je vragen hebben.

Mocht je slecht ter been zijn, weet dan dat er geen lift aanwezig is in appartementengebouw. Voor ons was het geen probleem om naar de tweede verdieping te lopen.

Entrance to the building from the road has a few very high steps

Angelo der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hell und neu renoviert. Es ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, eine Klima im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sowie ein riesiger Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Angelo hat uns sogar ein Wein, Bier und Saft im Kühlschrank hinterlassen. Das fanden wir toll. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist ganz Nahe. Parkplätze hat es entlang der Strasse.

Absolut nichts

The place is amazing, with plenty of space for our family of four. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped – everything you might need in the kitchen is there. We especially loved the long terrace. The location is perfect – just across the street from the beach! There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient. Our host was incredibly kind and waited for us, even though we arrived much later than expected.

At night, we could often hear crickets chirping and, from time to time, some noise from the nearby restaurant – like clinking dishes in the evening. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to sounds.

It was in a great location, it was a nice place to stay and the host was fantastic. Thanks Angelo.

Great location close to beach/restaurants/supermarket. Great communication and fast response. Angelo helped organise taxis for us. Clean, tidy, air conditioned. Even some drinks in the fridge to help ourselves. It was a great way to finish off our trip near the beach rather than going back into the city.

Extra pillows would have been nice as my husband and I don’t find one each enough but otherwise nothing. Nb. Entry to beach is 8 euro Also there is 2 flights of stairs

This apartment is extremely nice, well maintained and in fact has all the necessary items which is supposed to be required for a small family to live. To be honest I found this apartment much more better than a five star hotel. This was my first experience staying in an apartment home stay but it was excellent. It is just like a beach house. This location is opposite to a well maintained beach so in fact coming to Athens and living in this apartment will give your complete new experience. A lot of things which was containing in apartment like whether it is toothbrush, perfume or wine, in fact I have seen host even kept fruits for us, cold drink for us , which is like more than enough. We will not get so much amount of thing in a five star hotel which were there inside the apartment, it is on the main road and on the opposite side of road you have a very wonderful beach . Last but not least Angelo is perfect host in fact he also guided me about the surroundings and vicinity, though we were living in private apartment complete privacy was there during my 9 days stay. He was periodically checking me through WhatsApp that if we are ok and whether we would like anything additional so it is like you have a host who work like a five star hotel for you, giving you complete peace of mind and privacy. I can only say excellent host and excellent stay and excellent place to live. Hospitality was excellent. Superb, best place to stay in Athens for vacations.

Everything was perfect

Absolutely did enjoy everything while we stayed. The place is very modern and tidy as you would stay at 5star hotel. You will find all the bars and restaurants next to your flat, not even necessary to rent a car as everything will be right next to your doors. Top rated place !

We travel very often throughout the year and we can honestly say that such apartments are real gems – rare and extremely precious! This place is absolutely gorgeous: impeccably clean, decorated with great taste and attention to detail. Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests – from the espresso machine and coffee varieties, bottle of wine,to snacks and fresh fruit for the children. We were pleasantly surprised to find toothbrushes and toothpaste, phone chargers, everything you could need – just like at home, even better! The cleanliness is exemplary, and the location is perfect: quiet, but with quick access to the center of Athens (approx. 20 minutes by car). There are nice restaurants and cafes around, a wonderful promenade for walks and a playground for children right across the street! The supermarket is on the ground floor, next to the stairs of the building – super practical! We recommend with all confidence and we will definitely come back! The host deserves all the praise!

Everything! Space, cleanliness, the apartment had everything we needed. The location is perfect for us basically on the beach and near a kids play area. And the host was so accommodating and helpful!

The proximity to the sea front was lovely. Literally just across the road Property is newly refurbished. Very well thought out. Plenty of amenities available. You can arrive without anything and still feel very well catered for! Antonio was a very lovely host. Very attentive and easy to contact if needed. The general neighbourhood is very quiet so easy to get a good nights sleep

Great location across from Varkiza beach. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Coffee shop next door. Our host Angelo was fantastic. Easy to go tact and very helpful. The property is newly renovated, clean and very aesthetically pleasing, with very tasteful decor. Bed was very comfortable. Angelo supplied us with great bathroom amenities and had fruit, water and even a couple of beers in the fridge. Nice balcony and we had a washing machine too. Highly recommend staying here.

Our recent stay at Angelo’s place was nothing short of fantastic. It truly felt like a home away from home. The exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail were immediately apparent, making the place incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even things you wouldn’t think of! Angelo, the host, is the kindest and most attentive person. He genuinely cared about our comfort and continuously checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, situated right in front of the beach with restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, and the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place with all my heart. It was an outstanding experience, and I am grateful for Angelo’s exceptional hospitality.

Everything was perfect. Communication with host was great. He gave us good tips on what to do and see. The apartment is newly renovated and modern. It has everything you need with much attention to detail. We loved our stay and I will definitely come back and stay longer next time.

Amazing apartment next to the beautiful Varkiza beach. Very new, modern and confortable, nothing missing for a family of four, even beach towels. They greeted us with fresh fruit, water and juice which was very nice. Big parking right across the street. Good supermarket 100m away, full of great cafes and restaurants around. Loved the spinach pies and portokalopita at Beneth. Children's playground just a short walk away. Wonderful hosts Angelo and Korina, ready to help with anything, very good communication. It's the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the athenian riviera.

The location was super convenient, close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The whole flat was very well equipped and full of nice details: kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The hospitality of the guest was exceptional. We can’t thank enough for let us do a late check out! The air conditioner was perfect! Furniture in the terrace was cool!
