The Originals City, Hôtel de Bordeaux, Bergerac centre

Location was very good People at the front desk were very polite and helpful

My stay was very pleasant I can’t complain about anything

It provides good access to the old town, about 10 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were slightly dated, although the bathrooms appeared to have been recently refurbished. The beds were comfortable and there is air-conditioning. The breakfast was a comprehensive, continental buffet with plenty of choice. There is secure carpeting, with easy access to the hotel.

Gesicherter Parkplatz. Das Morgenessen war einfach und gut. Das Zimmer sauber, bequeme Betten.

Lovely friendly staff, good location, nice swimming pool, tasty breakfast, comfortable bedroom.

Nothing

With the exception of one staff member everyone was extremely helpful and assisting with everything we needed. Isabelle and Jennifer were the true stars, especially when I personally needed help after an unfortunate incident .A very pleasant stay and a great city to visit.

The location was excellent

Limited breakfast choice

The room was lovely, very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly.

The hotel seemed poorly staffed. The receptionist was also the "bar" and the restaurant wasn't open. It would have been nice to have been able to purchase drinks from an actual bar area and not having to pester the receptionist.

Nothing at all, all was absolutely great

A lovely hotel, the rooms were comfy and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The pool area was secluded and well kept. Very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only a five minute walk from everything you could need.

Family run traditional hotel. Staff made me welcome.

Perfect location for exploring Bergerac. Clean & comfortable room.

Nothing

The hotel was in a good location, comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

Great location. Lovely staff. Nice to have a pool to cool down in the afternoon.

Convenient to airport and shuttle service

Emplacement

Joint porte douche

Good location good breakfast

Very old and dated

choice for breakfast. Pool. Easy accessible for town centre.

Bit noisy at night

Good location and helpful staff

Nothing - fine for an overnight stay

Excellent location Friendly helpful staff

Everything was perfect

The Lady at reception was really nice and super helpful. She called up a taxi for me to get to the airport.

The room could have been cleaner; there were hairs found in the bed, and the room smelled a bit odd

Great location. Good working airco & wifi. Comfortable bed. Nice lounge area by the pool. Jennifer at the reception was very kind and helpful

Bathroom is quite old-dated. Small fridge would be nice

Great reception staff, very helpful

Spacious room, good location, tea making facilities in room

emplacement idéal

It’s location

The cleanliness of the outside areas including the pool

Paid for parking, didn’t have breakfast

Very dark inside no bar needed painting

Fantastic location and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and it was quiet, clean and excellent value.

Good location, great friendly welcoming staff

Hotel propre

Hôtel très bien situé. Parking pour la voiture. Très bon petit déjeuner Chambre confortable

Location

No bar

Emplacement Piscine

Good location and friendly staff. Room clean and air conditioned, continental breakfast OK. Lift available. Swimming pool available but not used by us.

Limited bar (from reception) and no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Miserly coffee, tea and milk provided, and charges for extras.

Good location, clean. Comfortable rooms and a nice pool.

An old guy works there that was generally grumpy. He told us off for being a bit rowdy in the pool. It was 2pm on a Saturday and literally just young lads wrestling a bit in the pool. The rest of the staff were friendly and kind enough to check us in a bit earlier than 3pm.

Nichts

Ras

This hotel is well located in Bergerac and the room was fine. Over all slightly dated. Very helpful staff and a nice pool.

Good location with private (paid) car parking on-site. Lovely staff. Good breakfast buffet. Adequate swimming pool. Towels provided. Would stay again

Secure car parking Good location

Camera pulita, staff accogliente e gentile

The location was really convenient, the room was large we had plenty of space. We booked parking because we had lots of luggage, it was quite expensive but worth it! The air con was great and the pool area was really welcomed.

The breakfast was average and 14 euro each, not good for vegetarians but we are in France!

The swimming pool. Breakfast was good too

Great location. Nice pool. Comfortable room.

A bit dated

L’emplacement, la piscine, le petit dejeuner

L’ensemble est de qualité moyenne. Décoration, rénovation, confort

Did the job for a one night stay - great breakfast

Fantastic pool which was very clean Comfortable bed

Not the hotels fault but mosquitoes by pool

Rien

Great location

Bit tired in parts but clean

Nice and convenient. Good pool.

I can’t believe we had to pay 50 cents per little milk carton for a coffee in our room. The man in the morning on reception was very rude and unhelpful.

This is my second review for this wonderful hotel - we liked it so much that we cut our stay short at another hotel and booked our final night back here. As mentioned before the staff were wonderful, the rooms spotless and the location can't be beaten. We will definitely be back.

The female receptionist was lovely. The pool was refreshing.

I had an issue (my bank card had expired) and I was travelling alone with my daughter. The lovely female receptionist tried to help but the hotel owner (a man, slightly older) refused to do anything to help me. He didn’t even engage in a conversation with me despite me being distressed.

Hotel was zeker prijs/kwaliteit verhouding zeer goed

Tranquille

Safe car parking. Pool with comfortable seating. Friendly and helpful manager. Good buffet breakfast

Good location, good parking, good breakfast.

Coffee could be better.

umístění v centru, bazén, snídaně fajna :-)

vlhko, malý sprchový kout a pokoj, který měl vlhký oder, nemožnost pověsit si ručník, dost malý pokoj, dřevené stropy, vše bylo slyšet- kroky po pokoji z horního patra

Hotel de Bordeaux . Is a very well located hotel , everything is within walking distance , old Town 10 mins walk , river 10 mins walk , shops ,cafes, restaurants, market ,5 to 10 mins walk . Staff were very freindly. Hotel is very clean . Lovely seating area outside and a added bonus having a pool with some sun loungers around pool all private enclosed with mature shrubs . I would definitely stay here again for a long weekend break . Only thing I would say the only food the hotel offers is a continental breakfast in the morning. They dont offer any light lunches or Evening meals ,
