Der Inhaber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Hinterhof ist ein hübsch angelegter Pool mit Liegen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, besonders wenn man den Wochenmarkt besuchen will.

The rooms were fairly spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Nice outlook to pool. The location was excellent with a great restaurant just across the road and a large cafe the other way.

Although there were tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator, there was no milk.

In the centre of Bergerac, great staff and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Swimming pool are good with pool very clean.

Great breakfast and lovely beds.staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus. Also the nice swimming pool at the back of the hotel and our very good sized balcony at the front of the hotel.

Rundum eine positive Überraschung! Die Lage ist sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar, gleichzeitig ist die Altstadt in Fussentfernung. Der Pool im Innenhof ist grossartig, das gesamte Personal Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Zimmer zur Strasse sind beim offenen Fenster im Hochsommer in der Nacht viel zu laut. Sehr schwer zu schlafen. Zimmer zum Innenhof sind schön ruhig, haben dafür keinen Balkon :)

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet and comfortable, I had a room overlooking the pool. Room was lovely and clean with a/c, tea, coffee and a fridge. Location was excellent, convenient for the train station and a short, beautiful walk down to the centre of town and the Quai. Swimming pool was a bonus and there were plenty of sun loungers and chairs to relax on. Bergerac town is magical and the market around the church was fantastic.

Stayed again on my way through Bergerac, every bit as good as last year if not better, a really well run small hotel in a fantastic location with a tremendous breakfast and friendly staff. Absolutely worth a stay if you are in Bergerac.

Le parking privé est un couloir dans lequel on peut mettre 2 ou 3 voitures l'une derrière l'autre (!?) et on ne peut pas la bouger de la nuit...

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location with views of the Cathedral. Literally a 2 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants ect. Within 5 minutes your at the historic centre and river. We had a balcony room at the front, it did over look the road and car park but this didn't bother us and there was no noise disruption. Great air-conditioning and shutter blinds, which were much needed. Spotlessly clean bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows.Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge which came in handy to stock up on cold drinks! Only real downside was not much hanging space or draws and we weren't really fans of the carpeted bedroom floor, we just felt a tiled floor or similar is more hygienic. Pool is an added bonus, very relaxing and much needed after a day sightseeing. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

I was delighted with this traditional style hotel, especially the lovely pool area and the warm welcome from the staff. The room was clean as a bean and the aircon was a big help. I would definitely stay here again.

La simpatia i l'amabilitat del personal ha estat exquisida. La situació de l´hotel és magnífica a 5 min. de la part històrica amb multitud de botigues i bars/restaurants. L'esmorzar, suficient encara que vaig trobar a faltar uns ous remenats, però tot el producte era fresc i de qualitat. Per posar un però, diré que la sala de l'esmorzar no té aire condicionat i fa molta calor. L´habitació disposa d´una terrassa amb una taula i dues còmodes cadires per estar a l´aire lliure. malauradament les tòrrides temperatures de més de 35ºC que vam tenir durant els dies de la nostra estada, no ens van permetre gaudir-ne més que una nit, però a la primavera i tardor ha de ser un luxe poder estar i prendre alguna cosa aprofitant bones temperatures.

Com ja he dit milloraria amb aire condicionat a la sala de l'esmorzar. El garatge tampoc és una meravella, només hi caben tres cotxes en fila índia, de manera que si estàs al fons han de treure els dos de darrere del teu i si estàs el segon o el tercer, has de deixar la clau perquè el moguin. De totes maneres sempre han estat molt ràpids en facilitar-me la sortida. Hi ha un pàrquing a l'aire lliure enorme, de pagament, just davant de l'hotel. Aparcar no és problema, el problema són els coloms. El bany amb el vàter separat és una mica bàsic, però la dutxa és ample i còmode.

Central location, spotless clean, friendly staff, great pool and lovely and quiet. Bed is very comfortable, on the firm side which I love anyway.

The pool doesn’t open until 10 or just after. The aircon could be extended to communal areas, but maybe this was exceptional as it was a heatwave. I was advised not to put my room aircon below 22 degrees, which isn’t really what you want to hear in a heatwave. However, it was fine and still had very comfortable stay.

Really friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast and great to have a pool on city centre.

L’établissement est très confortable pour une étape: belle chambre, plateau de courtoisie, salle de bain… la literie est parfaite, la clim silencieuse. Un bon petit déjeuner. La piscine est un vrai plus en ville ! Et des serviettes sont mises à disposition . Le grand parking public devant, et il y a aussi des places gratuites tout le long de l’avenue.

Un peu excentré du centre-ville et des restaurants. Les verres qu’on nous a proposés avec nos consommations prises au bar pour être emportées à la piscine, étaient sales avec des grosses traces de doigts . On a préféré boire directement à la canette, mais ça n’a pas dérangé le réceptionniste qui les a remis sans commentaire sur l’étagère. Pas au niveau !

Hôtel dans son ensemble à la décoration désuète méritant d’être remis au goût du jour. Salle de bain petite et douche avec pommeau qui fuit. Petit déjeuner améliorable, peut-être avec moins de choix, mais davantage de produits de qualité… Le gros point noir de cette hôtel est que les parties communes telles que l’accueil et la salle de petit déjeuner ne sont pas climatisées et il y règne une chaleur intenable (ok il faisait chaud dehors, mais c’est coutume dans cette région). Le tarif est trop élevé pour la prestation globale.

Everything. Centrally located within the lovely town centre. My room was clean, well equipped and conformable. I had a great room with a nice balcony overlooking a wonderful church. The room was well equipped with some fantastic AC. The swimming pool area was just the icing on the cake.

We arrived after midnight since we missed a train connection, and with it being Sunday we honestly thought we were going to have to sleep in the park. We were able to get in touch with the manager who got us in and we were just over the moon. Comfortable stay, great service and a pleasant breakfast. 10/10

Chambre au second étage côté piscine, calme avec tout le confort nécessaire. Placard pas facile à trouver cependant (et je n'ai pas été la seule). Petit déjeuner très bien et emplacement au centre de Bergerac idéal.

Préciser que le parking est en supplément et non nécessaire le dimanche et pas très pratique (donc pas utilisé)

Prima en lekker ontbijt! Mooi zwembad met goede ligstoelen en andere zitjes. Handdoeken liggen klaar.

Kamer was toch wel klein, beetje gehorig. Ontbijt ruimte ook, je moet oppassen om niet ergens tegen aan te botsen. Badkamer op zich mooi opgeknapt maar douchen in een bad is voor oudere mensen niet echt comfortabel meer.

Second stay here, warm welcome . Lovely room with balcony , easy parking outside and free as it was the weekend . Great location being in the centre of Bergerac . Lovely pool with towels provided and comfortable sun beds . Good breakfast with plenty of choices ( although no hot food ).

Very helpful staff who accommodated our unusual requests about storing bike boxes while we were on a cycling trip in the region. We were greatful for the flexibility and enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet pool spot, and the location is excellent for getting into the main part of town quickly.

We forgot to take a photo of the door code number for the nighttime access and panicked that we couldn't get in for 1-2 mins, until one of the other guests who was on their balcony noticed us and helped. This was moreso our fault but still a minor inconvenience.

WiFi werkt slecht op de kamers.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen und das Personal ist super freundlich. Unser Zimmer hatte dann auch einen Balkon, nachdem ich nach Betreten des ersten Zimmers (ohne), darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich mit Balkon gebucht habe. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Highlight war der Pool, den wir bei über 35 Grad auch gerne nutzten. Es gab Liegen und zusätzliche Badehandtücher. Das Parken ist tricky. Es gibt in der Garage 3 Parkplätze hintereinander und man muß seinen Schlüssel abgeben. Das Personal rangiert dann, wenn man rausfahren möchte. Dies habe ich abgelehnt. Wir haben dann auf dem Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel geparkt, was kein Problem war und zudem auch nicht teuer.

Die Nespresso-Maschine funktionierte nicht, wurde aber auf Nachfrage umgetauscht. Leider war die Klimaanlage so schwach, dass sie kaum gekühlt hat, was bei diesen hohen Temperaturen nicht so angenehm war. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ruhige Lage, Pool, Frühstück.

Wir waren drei Nächte da, zugegeben in einer ungewöhnlichen Hitzeperiode. Die Klimaanlage lief gedrosselt, nicht auf der gewünschten Temperatur. Das Personal schaffte es in den drei Tagen nicht, das nicht kühlende Minibargerät auszutauschen. Etwas schmuddeliger Teppichboden.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It has a lovely pool area and is very clean. There is a good selection for breakfast.

There could have been complimentary water left in the fridge. There wasn't enough space to hang our clothes so we had to keep most of it in the suitcase. Cleaning staff smoking around the pool area wasn't pleasant for us whilst sitting there.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and nice room with a balcony and view of the cathedral. Good air con in our room and a lovely swimming pool in the courtyard. Brilliant location as you can walk to everywhere in the old town quite easily, as well as several lovely cafes less than 300m away. Good value, clean and convenient. Top in Bergerac for a reason.

Loved the location, so close to everything but in a quiet location. We had a balcony room to the front of the hotel. It was a great asset for viewing the area and a wee glass of wine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area is beautiful and quiet. We had the area to ourselves when we went. Breakfast was superb and plentiful with a great variety. We will be back!

The hotel is a fairly small hotel, that makes the very best of the space. Rooms are good, with the balcony a great addition. Garden area was spacious and pool temperature just right.

Only slight issue was lack of wardrobe space, but didn’t impact too much. Our main issue on our trip was Allocab taxi firm. Booked pick up from airport and return pick up. First one cancelled with 24 hours notice after booking 5 weeks in advance, return taxi never turned up and they refused refund. Use Abeille taxis, excellent.

Very friendly hotel staff, lovely continental breakfast, pool heated to 28 deg, nice sized room with powerful shower. Very convenient spot on town square so easy to walk to old town (few mins away) and down to river. Would def recommend to others and if in area happy to stay again.
