Accueil

Accueil, personnel très sympathique

Séjour non effectué car hôtel absolument non conforme à mes critères de recherche impossible de garer notre véhicule toilettes défectueux emplacement sans aucun intérêt l'accueil cela dit était très sympathique

The location was brilliant the parking was secure, the breakfast was lovely, staff were so friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Nothing to not like

Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück für 10 Euro pro Person

Ich kann nichts kritisieren

Sehr nettes & hilfsbereites Personal, bequeme Betten, einladender Pool, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gedeckte und abgeschlossene Parkmöglichkeit

Staff friendly and helpfulln/a

Spotlessly clean

No lift

The staff were really helpful , loved the pool after a very hot day and air con in the room. Quiet area. Walking distance to restaurants .

Nothing

Friendly staff, and very clean. Parking available. Quiet

The distance from centre-ville, which proved a challenge for a couple of my group who were carrying an injury. Having said that, it is walkable

Ontbijt was goed, locatie als verwacht. Hygiëne Uitstekend. Vriendelijke mensen.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Schön das es einen Pool gibt. Gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Ruhig und nicht zu zentral.

Sehr kleine Zimmer.

An excellent hotel, with lovely facilities. An ideal location with secure parking. The staff are wonderful and provide a warm, family welcome.

Excellent.

The friendly staff

The bathroom as I'm disabled and was unable to use the shower and the bath as the plug didn't appear to work.

Personnel a l'écoute, bon petit déjeuner, situation

Rien

RAS

Great hotel in a very convenient location- Free parking on the street right outside or €6 a night in the secure hotel carpark. Fantastic swimming pool and very helpful friendly staff.

Nothing

Rien

Warm welcome. Helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Lots of options for breakfast. Room was spotless and well equipped.

Not a problem for us, but there is no lift for access to upper floors. Other than noting that, nothing to criticise.

On y dort bien

Rien. Belle surprise

Basic hotel in a great location with parking & a nice swimming pool. Staff very friendly & helpful. We found it very clean & great value for money.

Bed slightly uncomfortable & our room was right next to the stairs so could be quite noisy especially at breakfast in the morning.

Central and convenient.

Easy access good parking bit tight for large car. Staff very nice. Comfortable place.

Situation easy to center of bergerac

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! Plusnetter pool!

The hotel staff were the best bit, so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The pool was great, rooms clean and good air-conditioning

Nothing much, the area outside the hotel isn't the most scenic but in a really short walk you reach Bergerac centre which is outstanding.

On reviendra.

Rien

Small scale great location and very welcoming staff

Standing and moving in bath when showering too dangerous ☹️

All was fine.

Friendly welcome from staff. Comfortable bed in air conditioned room. Pleasant pool area. Short walk in to the old town. Simple breakfast for a small additional fee

The only is only a few minutes walk away from the centre. Rooms are clean and staff very helpful.AC in the room was so appreciated this summer.

The bathroom is a little small for a family of 4.

Eigenlijk niets

Great welcome, free car parking, close by, good pool only downside for my old body no lift but hey everything else was good for the price 😀

No lift minor problem

Posizione disponibilità parcheggio accoglienza e disponibilità del personale piscina e servizi a disposizione

Niente

Very friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. The pool was lovely especially in the 40deg heat :-)

Room was very nice, modern inside, clean, pool was so lovely, town very close. We could not fault.

Nothing

Lovely hotel just a short walk from town centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and a good size, a/c fantastic in the hot weather. Enjoyed breakfast, decent variety. Pool really nice and appreciate the towels provided. Free car parking right next door in public car park.

Nothing.

I have just returned from a stay with my child. We had a great time. The swimming pool was lovely. It was quiet and set in a pretty garden. Room was also lovely , overlooking a traditional street .Very clean. Staff very kind, always checking all was well. Loved the location.Close to centre yet having a local feel.Supermarket and train station nearby.

Accueil

Breakfast was a excellent continental

Great staff! Parking facilities are good and secure. Breakfast room is very welcoming and a good choice of food; decaffeinated coffee would be appreciated.

No problems. A lift would be good, especially disabled access and for ease of portage : large suitcases, families with prams, etc.

Friendly, cleanand hospitable. All you need for a good hitel

Nothibg to dislike

Great location only a 10 minute walk to the town center. Minor problem with the rooms not being as I expected for our needs but resolved very easily. The person I dealt with was very helpful and understanding. Lovely communal areas / breakfast room. Rooms are a bit dated but still very clean and presentable. On site covered private parking.

Nothing. All good at this price point.

L accueil très chaleureux. Une équipe au top !!

R.A.S.

All the staff were welcoming and very friendly. The room was pleasant, comfortable, the aircon did a good good at keeping us cool in the heat. The pool and surrounding area were lovey, such a treat to use the pool in the hot weather. The breakfast was delightful and plentiful and very reasonably priced. Location is excellent, a short walk into the main town, felt very safe.

Not a huge deal, but as with a lot of hotels, nowhere to properly hang and dry towels! But appreciate the room space is limited.

Freundliches Personal, Swimmingpool, Parkplatz, ruhige Lage

Lovely welcome with good explanations of short walk into town, parking facilities, how to operate the night access code, free WiFi and water fountain in bar area. The air conditioning unit ran silently. Our room had tea making facilities which were replenished daily. There was a safety deposit box and the room and bathroom were spotless. The pool area was well maintained. Pool towels were available on request. There was plenty of parking available, either secure behind the property or free nearby. The continental breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from. All the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and well-organized.

Lovely hosts, breakfast very varied & plenty of it. Safe car park. Lovely pool after a day of sightseeing.

We couldn’t carry our suitcases up the stairs so for 1 night we left them in the car. Two flights up with no lift & cases was challenging when you are old.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious - I loved the pancakes! Lovely pool, which was a great way to cool down in the heat. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Great location - short walk from the stunning old town. I'm a big bird fan so I loved the wallpaper in the room!

The staff were wonderful. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the pool area relaxing and a real bonus in the heat. Really good value and easy to walk into town.

The staff were wonderful and the breakfast surpassed our expectations. The pool was also very welcome in the searing heat.

Nothing really, other than there is no lift for those who find stairs difficult - but the hotel does make that clear.

Very clean hotel with a swimming pool, near to the train station and not far from the historic centre.

A lift would have been beneficial

Location, facilities, cleanliness and friendly staff

Good value for money and unpretentious hotel with great staff - Fabienne was GREAT !

No diving board at the swimming pool and no yoga mats for early morning asanas.

Für Motorrad bestens geeignet. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz.
