Breakfast was excellent. The lawns, the nature, access to the jetty for lake views, peacock & birds. The alfresco terrace with the restaurant was beautiful.

The shower & in general bathroom fittings are a little dated

The smiley friendly staff really made this place. The service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were a good size, good nice and the pool area lovely.

The size of the room was a little small

The hotel's concept is simply perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The peaceful, calm, and clean atmosphere within the hotel grounds is truly relaxing, especially when visiting during good weather. There is a vast green area and the sound of birdsong... The service provided was excellent, and the staff were very polite and attentive.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. If I had to make just one suggestion, however, I would have liked to see more non-vegetarian options included in the dinner buffet menu to cater to international guests. While all the dishes were delicious, there was limited variety in terms of global recipes.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the friendly staff exceeded my expectations. The beautiful architecture created a wonderful atmosphere, and we received such a warm and welcoming reception. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez trident. L'équipe a été merveilleuse, toujours aux petits soins, surtout avec notre fille. Gros coup de cœur aux 2 membres du personnel, Kajal et Madhavi. Les chambres étaient très propres et les environs aussi. Une ville si belle. Nous aurions aimé rester un peu plus.

We had a very comfortable stay as the rooms were clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities are excellent - we enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. The staff were attentive. The breakfast buffet is fantastic - I enjoyed my eggs florentine every morning!

The bar prices were too high. At double/triple the price of other places for beer and gin etc it put you off having a drink in the hotel bar.

The property was clean, and all round beautiful. From the well manicured gardens, to the peacocks strolling around to the beautiful dining area. At breakfast there is a young man playing beautiful music whilst you eat.

We had an excellent stay at Trident Udaipur. There were a few issues with our room allocation when we initially checked in, but the way the team handled everything completely turned the experience around. A special thank you to Aatish, who personally stepped in and resolved our concerns, and Aayushi at the front desk, who made sure everything was smooth and comfortable for our family throughout the stay. The service across the hotel was exceptional. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The breakfast was excellent as well, with a great selection and fantastic service. We were visiting for a family birthday celebration, and by the end of the trip, the team had made it a truly memorable experience. I've stayed at many hotels, but in terms of hospitality and service, this was genuinely one of the best stays I've ever had. Thank you to Aatish, Aayushi, and the entire Trident Udaipur team. We would absolutely love to come back.

Superb experience with the Oberoi brand of hospitality. The staff, amenities, food and all other aspects are top notch. You also get access to Udaivillas is a big plus.

This was our first stay in a Trident property, and it was absolutely awesome. The hotel is stunning, to say the least. The staff was most helpful and courteous. Overall, the stay was memorable, and it made our trip to Udaipur something to remember for a long time.

The people who were using the pool, had no discourse or practice of using the pool. Dived in while wearing Tshirt and shorts. Also, size of rooms are standard across Trident but they are small. Please make a small balcony with the room. Will help. Everything else was great.

We wanted our travel special because of first time but our request was not met by the staff

Beautiful location right by Lake Pichala with lovely gardens. Very warm welcome by all the staff, from reception to bar to restaurant to gym to housekeeping. I had a wonderful few days and felt right at home. Only a short tuk tuk ride to the old city.

Wifi reception in my room was sometimes Patchwork

From the time I stepped into the reception, the elegance of the reception, the paintings on the pillars and the landscaping gives the statement of luxury and an eye for details. Jaswinder n Harshwardhan at reception, Kajol and Chetan at the breakfast restaurant and security staff Deepak helped us with every detail. We had no issues with either the rooms or the property. So no room for complaints. Loved the landscaping around the hotel giving so much breathing space. The evening lights were perfectly aligned. The rooms were cosy. The beds were very comfortable.

We were picked up from the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace via a beautiful boat ride by Gopal Ji, who is a truly wonderful soul. He took incredible care of us and made the transfer feel incredibly special. Upon arrival at the resort, we were greeted with a refreshing lemon, mint, and cucumber welcome drink, followed by a remarkably smooth and quick check-in process by the fantastic reception staff. ​A few highlights of our stay: ​Family-Friendly Accommodation: We got interconnecting family rooms, which were perfectly set up, spacious, and very comfortable for the whole family. ​Outstanding Dining: The buffet spread was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious dishes that everyone enjoyed. ​Superb Staff & Service: The entire staff is incredibly humble and helpful. The room service was prompt and always ready to assist with a smile. Everything - hospitality, people, food, cleanliness, architecture, the outdoors, pool experience, eagerness to please guests and child-friendliness. We are repeat guests - our tenth time at Trident Udaipur. This time we, a family of 6, stayed four nights.

Exceptional property at exceptional location. Beautiful pool area, amazing restaurant for breakfast and dinner, great service. Territory is useful also for walks and play with kids.

All great, just could be a better (more) use of the territory (some empty spaces and not so manicured) and also better access to sister property Oberoi (like they have in Gurgaon).

Everything - place, people, food, hospitality, colonial architecture, property landscape, pool experience (many pools), staff’s eagerness to please, and child friendliness.

Amazing hospitality, the staff were kind and made us feel special. They even got us special Rajasthani thali, walked us to the sunset point and was there to see everything we need is met with precision and care.

Rooms could have been slightly bigger

The cleanliness, beautiful swimming pool, overall property ambiance, folk music performances, and delicious food made the experience unforgettable.Most importantly, we enjoyed every moment with our family and created wonderful memories together.
