Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, wodurch es aufgewertet wird. Parkplatz vor der Tür, Preis etwas hoch. Das Frühstück war okay.

Wir hatten eine Suite reserviert und ein Zimmer erhalten. Das würde aber sehr positiv und problemlos gelöst.wir haben das Frühstück gratis erhalten, danke an das Hotel. Der Duschkopf ist schlecht, ansonsten war alles gut

personale scortese, avevo prenotato con il cane e ho dovuto pagare un supplemento non specificato. Parcheggio, all’aperto, pagato 75 EURO quando c’era scritto chiaramente che i 4 parcheggi esterni erano gratuiti. Colazione povera e non buona. Prezzo troppo alto.

Nice hotel and great that it has its own parking, although that is limited, but we were OK. The staff were helpful and the room was OK although we found the bed a little uncomfortable. We did get a number of insect bites overnight though . We stayed 2 nights and loved Biarritz and the hotel is ideally located.

Location in a quiet street 5 mins walk from beach and centre of town. Clean rooms good air con in room which we were thankful for in 30° heat. Staff were friendly and main reception area was colourful and welcoming.

Good location for the beach. Nice decor and good communal area. Very cleab and comfortable room for our one night stay. Parking available on site but pre booking advisable. We travelled by motorcycle and appreciated secure parking.

Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant

Had a very nice stay. Spent a lot of time at the beach, the kids loved it despite the big waves. Great weather, and not hard to buy food to eat at the beach too. We didn't do the breakfast buffet but there are several nice french bakeries nearby (try the gateau basque with cream!), if you walk away from the beach.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, kleine kamer maar wel goed ingedeeld en voorzien van voldoende kastruimte (ook kleerhangers), ruime douche, aparte wc en goede, stille airco. Kortom prima. Goed ontbijt, leuke atmosfeer, goede fietsen te huur. Zeker een aanrader.

Erg klein balkon. Maar genoeg om met één persoon te zitten of spullen te laten drogen

Reservamos el parking el día anterior de manera presencial y al llegar no dijeron que no estaba reservado, que la persona que lo había reservado no estaba y ellos no se podían hacer cargo. El desayuno es hasta las 10:30, pero si va a las 09:30 ya no queda mucho para elegir y la reposición es muy lenta. No había platos ni utensilios disponibles, los tenías que pedir

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare e dal centro che abbiamo visitato con la grande comodità di poter lasciare per un pò la macchina dopo il check out

Clean, nicely decorated, polite and helpful staff, excellent and hard working cleaners. Parking available, but with reservation only and limited. Fun looking and comfortable lobby. Aircon excellent - silent and efficient. Nice room layout, except the wardrobe (see below).

No fridge in the room. There was a small shelf unit with some hangers and two tv stands, but no actual wardrobe.

Situation à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la grande plage. Etablissement apparemment neuf ou refait à neuf, chambre très confortable, bien insonorisée (côté rue mais aucun bruit !) Accueil très agréable.

Difficoltà per parcheggiare

Saoussan de la recepción un año más espectacular en todo, el resto correctos, sin más. Hemos estado varios años ya y el hotel está bien, muy tranquilo, cercano a las playas, limpio y ordenado como siempre. Insisto en este asunto, Saoussan de la recepción es tu contacto clave para lo que te haga falta, hiperprofesional, fuera de lo común, trabajdora de empresa, de las que entiende bien lo que el cliente necesita en todo momento. Felicidades un año más.

Las camas de la habitación doble se hundían. Ambas. Este año ese apartado, mal. En el baño la ducha se nos inundaba a los 2 minutos y necesitábamos 5 minutos de espera para verla vaciada. El tercer día con un "invento" conseguimos desatascarla. La relación calidad/precio se ha desorbitado por completo por el motivo que sea. Mismas fechas del año aumentó un 30-40% entre el año 25 y el año 26 para los que no lo reservaran con una antelación de 8 meses. Considero que merece la pena si lo reservas con 8 meses de antelación, sino... el precio está por encima del hotel.

Forse il costo dell’albergo dipende dal fatto che era agosto pur avendo prenotato ad aprile ma non trovo giustificato comunque rapporto qualità/prezzo. La camera era piccolissima

Molto carino e colorato l’ androne di questo albergo appena si arriva.

L’ odore di muffa della moquette dei corridoi delle camere che di conseguenza entra nelle camere stesse.

L’hotel è carino e pulito ed è situato in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro della città (massimo 10 minuti a piedi). La colazione era davvero molto buona con prodotti freschi e locali. La camera non era nuova/rinnovata ma questo non è stato un problema per noi.

Come punto di miglioramento, suggerirei di non inviare più agli ospiti il questionario dove si chiedono eventuali necessità/esigenze perché crea false aspettative (ad esempio, è presente la domanda relativa alla necessità di parcheggio a cui ho risposto positivamente pensando di star prenotando un posto. Purtroppo all’arrivo mi è stato detto che il questionario non viene preso in considerazione e che il parcheggio non si poteva prenotare ed era full).

Camere rinnovate ma vecchia concezione piccolissime non si gira attorno al letto. Terrazzo inesistente e con una fioriera contenente piante secche trasandate pulizie fatte in modo poco accurato ogni giorno mancavano o asciugamani o tappetini bagno mai cambiato lenzuola in 1 settimana se non dopo mia specifica richiesta. Mancanza frigo bar ! Se vuoi acqua fresca devi pagare ben 4.50 per una bottiglia da 50 cc. Nessun servizio offerto ombrellini spiaggia a 10 euro giorno! Ne costa 15 della gran plage grandi e già sistemati. Canali tv italia solo Rai 3 e Senato! Parcheggio non hanno neanche lo spazio per carico e scarico bagagli. Personale in reception parla solo francese e male inglese. Prezzo alto per servizi resi.

Las chicas de la Recepción no muy bien,me hice daño en una Caída por la noche y le pedí a la Chica del turno de noche el Botiquín y no sabía dónde estaba!como puede ser esa falta de información?me dijo que hacía poco que había empezado y que no sabía dónde estaba…para mí,una falta de formación si es así y no estuvo muy amable en sus argumentos me dijo que iba a apuntar la habitación que estábamos para que sus compañeros al día siguiente me lo dieran pero lo necesitaba en ese momento para mi Herida!!!

An incredibly cool hotel with a stylish, laid-back design - you feel at home the moment you arrive. Great breakfast and a quiet location.

On the positive side, the breakfast was good, with a decent selection and good quality food. Lobby looks nice.

This hotel feels like a 3-star property, yet the price is far too high for what it offers. The biggest issues were the room itself. There was only one power outlet, which is simply not enough nowadays. There were also USB-A ports, but who still uses USB-A in 2026? Charging multiple devices was very inconvenient. The room was also very small, with barely enough space to fully open a suitcase. Another problem was the lack of a heated towel rail. Towels never dried properly, which made the room feel damp, and even our clothes became slightly humid. The windows were noticeably dirty, which spoiled the overall impression. Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for money.

Bij aankomst een beetje onvriendelijke ontvangst omdat de dame niet wist dat we een parkeerplaats ‘‘s ochtends nog gereserveerd hadden. Later bij check-in andere dame die wel vriendelijk was.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers comfortable bedrooms.

Staff at the front desk are rude and very incompetent. Especially a lady called Valery who at first said there were no parking available and then charged us twice for 1 night knowing that it was prepaid through booking and unfortunately after 2 days the refund is still pending.

Chambre très très très petite, avec une seule prise de courant dans la chambre Au petit déjeuner, à 9h, aucune table de débarrassée, plus de boisson, et l'impression de déranger les 2 employées de l'accueil qui n'avait, m'a t il semblé, pas envie de bouger de leurs sièges respectifs.

Not being able to choose if the room has balcony or not. Because we were travelling with a pet, we needed a room with balcony. We did not have one for a night. Thankfully, the staff was amazing and organised one for the rest of our stay, which solved the challenge.

Kleines Zimmer

I loved the separate toilet to shower, and the kitchen facilities in the lobby. Hot/cold water.. tea and gummy snacks. The room was spotless, the AC was amazing, the beds were so so comfy with comfy pillows (2 per person) and we loved that they offered separate beds. Staff were available at seemingly all hours which was so appreciated and made us feel taken care of and safe. The lobby was gorgeous too. We would definitely stay again.

We requested converter plugs for our devices, as was in their options but there were none in our room on arrival. We just made do with what we had, because there was only one outlet in the room.

Tout ! J’ai tout aimé ! La salle de bain est nickel avec la mise à disposition de produits rituals qu’on a beaucoup aimé ! La chambre, honnêtement est vraiment très très bien ! Ainsi que l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est juste à côté de la grande plage (5min à pied) et à 5min du bus qui mène à Bayonne. Un accueil très chaleureux d’une jeune femme très gentille !!

Helpful staff, private parking, good continental breakfast with a variety of options. Room was spacious and clean, felt comfortable for a family of 3. Small balcony with a street view. Great location, short and lovely walk to the beach.

Cool renoviertes Hotel im 60‘s Surfstil. Zu Fuß ist man in guten fünf Minuten am Grand Plage. Man kann Bikes, Sonnenschirme oder Surfboards leihen. Parken unweit vom Hotel ist kostenlos möglich. Für jeden Tag ohne Zimmerservice erhält man ein Getränk aufs Haus ;D

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, beim Frühstück wäre Gemüse wünschenswert.

Rooms were pretty basic. We agreed to a corner room not realising one side of the bed was against the wall. As it was for only one night we didn’t request a change.

Everything was great. AC worked perfectly as we stayed during the heatwave.

A mini bar fridge would be a nice addition and coffee with cafeine as only decaf was provided in the room

( Alter) Lärm (Hochsaison) Richtung Strasse ziemlich laut. Alarm ging um 09.00 los- keine Infos erhalten- im Ernstfall ..?

A lovely little hotel with added coolness. Staff were very welcoming. The hotel had everything you needed, it was clean and vibrant. The beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel was excellent. Close to many facilities.
