Would have liked a fridge in the room. Shower didn't drain very well. Some toiletries would have been nice too.

La stanza era molto piccola, tanto da non poter neanche aprire la valigia senza spostare il tavolinetto. L’apertura della valigia comportava l’impossibilità di muoversi liberamente all’interno della stanza. Vista muro di fronte e vi era un rumore costante che mi ha impedito di dormire, verosimilmente dovuto alle macchine dei condizionatori. Decisamente non da quattro stelle.

Le hall d'entrée directement dans la cafétéria, et l'accès aux chambres par des escaliers peu accueillant. La chambre se veut tout confort mais manque de chaleur et de charme (carrelage au sol sans tapis. Forte odeur d'humidité en entrant.

La No disponibilidad de aparcamiento conectado directo, pero había uno (Aparcamiento del Casino) muy cercano (3 minutos a pie).

La douche, petite, sans parois ni rideau, provoque de l’eau au large dans la salle de bain. Les portes des chambres voisines grince affreusement. Je pense qu’un tour général fait par le dirigeant ne ferait pas de mal. Car le global me donne plus l’impression d’un 3 étoiles (pour avoir fait plusieurs 3, 4 et 5 étoiles)

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Lovely hotel, very close to the beach and main town. Comfortable, air conditioned room and good breakfast and helpful staff. Beach towels provided- and almost direct access (Just across the road) to the beach.
There is only 1 lift, big enough for max 3 people, for the whole hotel- so you are often standing around waiting for a while. The drains smelled quite badly at times.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026El hotel está bien situado, pero no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación hasta las cuatro de la tarde por política del hotel. El baño olía mal. En nuestra planta se iba la luz continuamente. No l desayuno lo mejor , pero las estancias comunes ni de lejos para un cuatro estrellas

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Location is great if you want to be centrally located in Biarritz. The rooms are very small - barely room to walk around the bed, no nightstand on one side and not enough storage/hooks. Room was very dark with the window getting almost no daylight (facing a wall). I expected slightly more for the price. That said, the hotel is cute, breakfast is good, and the staff is nice.

La pieza era muy pequeña, a penas había espacio para las maletas, además se oían descargas de agua muy fuertes todo el tiempo y habrías la ventana y había un muro, no es como en las fotos por lo menos la habitación que nos dieron.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026I stayed for 2 nights in an ocean view room. View was great of the beach and ocean. Comfortable bed, best pillows I’ve had yet in Europe so that’s a bonus! Bathroom was pokey and a little difficult to manoeuvre around the toilet and shower but doable! There is a lift, it’s on old type that literally can’t fit more than 2 people at a squeeze and a little slow but definitely a bonus with luggage. The stairs are an easy way down but depending on what floor you’re on you may need the lift to go up. Breakfast was included with hot and cold options plus pastries, makes a great start to the day. My biggest issue - the WiFi! It barely works in your room. It’s great near the lift where you can see the extender and in the reception area, however go into your room and it drops out and you have to endlessly re login by going out into the hallway near the extender. Extremely frustrating for those trying to do some work in between holidaying and not really up to today’s standard. So if you rely on wifi being an international traveller, beware here. There is no bar fridge in the room, so if you buy your own wine, groceries etc. no way to keep them cool. There is also no complimentary water. The reception staff and all other staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s a great location and easy walk to the beach and around town.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Hotel is perfectly situated at Le Grand Plage for the beach and many fine restaurants nearby. Room on 6th floor very comfortable and great views. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked eggs, fresh fruit and pastries. Highly recommend.
