The technical problems at the facility and how (poorly) the staff and management reacted to it. We encountered three issues during our stay: I) a room booked for 3 people only had towels for 2; had to go back down to reception because no one answered when we called house keeping about it II) there was a power outage on our floor which lasted for approx 1 hour. As this happened during the time slot just before dinner (and after returning from the beach) it was a meaningful inconvenience; hotel staff had no means and authority to deal with it, and could only contact a technician by WhatsApp III) the only available elevator broke down during the evening of our stay and was still not working the next morning when we checked out. As this was our departure morning, we had to shift our heavy luggage by hand, which was again a meaningful inconvenience. No form or apology, let alone any form of compensation gesture (e.g. free breakfast, or free car parkinsg) was offered. Not even the most mbasic customary “how was your stay?” question was asked. From a hotel in this price bracket I simply expect much more.

The housekeeping staff was rude and inattentive to basic details like not leaving a can of tea behind in the room. More importantly the door was not shut all the way and this unlocked THREE times and it even happened after we spoke to the staff.

Klimatyzacja, ok wygłuszenie w stosunku co do korytarza, trochę gorzej od ulicy ( ale i tak ok jak na okno wychodzące bezpośrednio na ulicę, 1 piętro). Kapsułki do kawy uzupełniane. Wygodne łóżko i poduszki
Brak miejsc parkingowych: niby są, ale gdy przyjechaliśmy ich nie było. Był to wyjątkowy dzień, 15.08, i całe miasto było zamknięte. Cudem po godzinie znaleźliśmy miejsce. Nie było to jednak przyjemne po 8h jazdy. Personel był bardzo życzliwy w tej sytuacji W łazience przydało by się miejsce do przechowywania: półka, cokolwiek gdzie można odłożyć rzeczy Szafa w ktorej znajduje się ekspres do kawy jest zupełnie niedoświetlona- musieliśmy świecić latarką aby nalać kawę

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nur 3 Gehminuten vom Grand Plage entfernt. Bei entsprechender Buchung hat man Meerblick. Dass Zimmer ist klein, aber angenehm klimatisiert, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, sehr frisch, und bietet eine grosse Auswahl auch an gesunden Sachen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr teuer, da stören mich dann halt auch Kleinigkeiten, die man bei einem solchen Preis erwarten dürfte: Die Kaffeebar im Zimmer war fast leer (es hatte noch eine einzige Espresso-Kapsel) und wurde während dem Aufenthalt auch nicht aufgefüllt. Die Handtücher waren allesamt abgewetzte, harte Lappen und der Kaffee war wie in allen Hotels schrecklich. Alle haben dieselbe Maschine, die ausschliesslich schreckliche Getränke zubereitet.

All staff very helpful, kind and attentive. On arrival we have been given a paper map and all recommended restaurants "hand written" and pointed. We have followed the guideline and none went wrong. Excellent fresh food and service. Well served breakfast with patient staff when you make your own fried eggs or omelette

Его главное достоинство — отличное расположение: буквально 2–3 минуты пешком до океана, а из номера открывался прекрасный боковой вид на океан. Также хочется отметить приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Завтраки вполне подходили для короткого пребывания: яйца, которые можно было приготовить самостоятельно (пожарить или отварить), нарезки, овощи, немного фруктов, выпечка, хлеб, джемы, гранола, чай, кофе и соки. В один из дней были свежие апельсины и ручная соковыжималка.
К сожалению, впечатление сильно испортил не сам номер, а запах. С момента заселения в номере стоял очень неприятный запах — смесь сырости и чего-то напоминающего запах вареного мяса. Проветривание не помогало, запах был постоянным. В номере была очень высокая влажность: вещи и постель становились сырыми, а внутри кондиционера была заметна плесень. На следующий день мы сообщили о проблеме на ресепшен. Сотрудники попытались помочь, но фактически лишь поставили освежитель воздуха или что-то вроде этого в кондиционер, что никак не решило проблему. Источник запаха так и не был устранен. Так как мы останавливались всего на две ночи, не стали просить поменять номер — приходили только переночевать и оставляли окна открытыми. Однако повторно останавливаться в таком номере мы бы не стали. Очень надеемся, что руководство отеля обратит внимание на эту проблему. Во всех остальных помещениях отеля — в холле, на ресепшен, в коридорах — никакого неприятного запаха не было. Мы не знаем, касается ли эта проблема только номера 210 или есть и в других номерах, но этот номер определенно стоит проверить и устранить причину запаха, чтобы у следующих гостей не осталось такого же неприятного впечатления.

Solo hay un sitio reservado para descargar el equipaje si llegas en coche al hotel, estaría bien que tuvieran al menos un sitio más o dar alguna opción ya que esta parte hace que el desembarco sea muy complicado.

Mi habitación no tenía aire acondicionado(estaba estropeada), la habitación estaba a 28 grados y solicite cambio de habitación, después de dos horas nos dieron una habitación en otro hotel de inferior categoría y nos cobraron lo mismo. Si es una persona mayor y está un poco enferma no le recomiendo este hotel

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservée. Dommage qu'ils ne l'aient pas dit eux et que ce soit nous qui ayons été obligés de leur faire remarqué. Nous avons été "surclassés" avec une chambre "vue océan" mais beaucoup plus petite. Un peu déçus. Déçus également par le petit déjeuner qui est super d'habitude : plus de croissant, plus de baguette au moment où nous sommes descendus à 9h15. Pour finir, panne de l'ascenseur : nous étions au 5ème...😭. Nous changerons d'hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour à Biarritz.

The air conditioning was not working and if switched on heated the room to 26 degrees. I was told that because it was set centrally and that it was not 'summer' it could not be turned down. Far too hot for sleeping. If we left the windows open it was a noisy street.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Estuvimos dos noches hospedados y nuestra experiencia fue magnífica, una habitación impecable con vista al mar muy bien equipada, el personal en recepción muy amables y educados, puedes comunicarte en español o inglés sin problema, lo mismo en el área del bar y desayuno donde nos atendió un chico mexicano encantador, muy agradable. El desayuno muy variado y bueno. El hotel tiene parking previa reserva si tienen disponibilidad y la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, enfrente de la Grand Plage, el casino y cerca de locales de hostelería, Les Halles y comercios incluyendo las Galerías Lafayette.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Die Lage zur Stadt und Meer,eigener Parkplatz,sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet.Bad mit Fenster,Zimmer war großräumig.Spiegeleier kann man sich selber zubereiten oder man fragt einer der netten Bedienungen. Zum Meer über die Strasse die Treppen runter gibt auch ein Weg für Leute die eine Gehhilfe haben.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Merkezde olması, her yere yürünerek ulaşım, odaların tasarımı,genişliği ve temizliği çok iyiydi. Kendine ait otoparkı mevcuttu, bundan dolayı park sıkıntısı yaşamadık.
Otel polis karakolunun karşısında olduğundan araçla geldiğimizde valizleri indirmek için problem yaşadık, otelden herhangi bir personel bu konuda yardımcı olmadı. İndi / bindi yapmak problem oldu. Kendi otoparkları ücretli, otelde konaklayan misafirler için otopark için ayrıca ücret alınmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit, bar juste en bas avec la musique et les gens qui cri toute la nuit. Beaucoup bruyant et c’est dommage de ne pas prévenir la clientèle avant. Pas de double vitrage. Petit déjeuner à 33€ en chambre par personne et le café est vraiment pas bon, pas de beurre de fourni, ne vaux pas le prix Pour un 4 étoiles c’est vraiment dommage !!!
