La chambre était très bien. Nous étions proche de plusieurs restaurants et juste à côté du zoo que nous sommes d'ailleurs aller visiter. Chambre très propre. Déjeuner à volonté et très bon.

Nous étions au 2e étage et il y avait plusieurs marches à monter ce qui causait problème parce que ma conjointe à de la difficulté à se déplacer.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit-déjeuner chaud et complet. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Facile d’accès.

Wifi pas toujours stable.

The location. Breakfast was OK and the gentleman on the desk when we checked in was pleasant.

Our bed was uncomfortable. The toillet was making a horrible noise exactly every 2 minutes until I realized it was our toilet and not just noisy pipes and turned the supply off to the toilet. That cured the problem and we were finally able to sleep. When I asked the front desk in the morning if they would consider refunding some money, their only reply was we could have changed rooms. Would you want to pack up at 11:30 at night and change rooms?

The location was great. Cleanliness of the hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious,with a nice choice of foods. Plenty of parking spaces.

It was nice to see the coffee machine in the room,but perhaps a couple of small bottles of water would also be good,as not everyone likes coffee.Perhaps a couple of teabags so there is a choice instead of just coffee,especially for older guests.

C'est terrible je trouve qu'il n'a pas de porte entre la chambre et la vanité pour se laver. Il devrait avoir une porte la et non a la toilette pour que les 2 communique ensemble

It is not well insulated for noise. So it was very noisy. that's too bad because it's a nice place.

Renovated room and quiet frontage at the back.

The access to 226 was confusing, the floor level change within the room (main to bathroom) was a trip hazzard (we each stubbed toes); another trip hazard exists on the exterior walkway entrance to the main building - I tripped and fell forward hitting my head, hand, knee and shoulder against the wall. There has to be a better solution. I don't know when the upgrades took place but the interior stairway nuwell post has a shoddy paint job as does the interior of the big window valance in 226 - quality control. The b'fast was ok but unimpressive.

Outside our room there was a bunch of spiders! Looked like they were there for a while and I hate spiders

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The scent of a kind of perfume was overwhelming at first ( carpet cleaner maybe?) but went away after an hour or so . Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lit inconfortable et oreillers trop mous. Réception en anglais uniquement. Prix de 350$ pour la petite chambre avec un lit inconfortable , c’est innaceptable. Les serviettes pour la piscine étaient miniscules.

We came for Breakfast; They food was excellent; the staff gave us a table but by the time we got to go sit the table was taken by someone else and we had to go sit in the lobby to eat. Not staff fault at all. Beds was very comfortable. All staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was very small for what they charged, and added extra fees for the age of my kids. The pool was quite dated

Room was clean and comfortable, the staff that we dealt with were very cordial and helpful. When we got into our room we could not get the TV to work properly. I went to the front desk to let them know and the agent said let's go and see the issue. She new what the issue was right away when looking at the system and had the TV working in less than a minute. The full hot breakfast in the morning was also a very nice perk and enjoyable.

Location next to Magic Mountain and The Moncton Zoo. Pool is nice and clean. Mattresses not too bad but one night was enough.

Room is outdated and worn. Ground floor rooms are dark and small. We had no closet and very loud air conditioning. Rooms of others in our group have much larger rooms for less cost.

No Gym though it is advertised there is gym.Water and glasses were not in the room.The moring male person at checkout was unreasonably rude.

Les murs sont peu insonorisés, avec des voisins de chambre peu respectueux, c'est moins agréable... J'ai moins aimé le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de garde robe.

Room was well lit when we arrived, and air conditioning was on. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, which is included , was delicious.

Big difference in a year. Renovations were done and looks fantastic. The hot breakfast was great. Served everything that you would want for breakfast Kudos. 5 stars.

The breakfast was served 6:30 am until 9:30.. My preference would be until 10:30 am

Le bruit au dessus de notre tête. De plus les chiens sont acceptés et nous avions un chien, on a du faire changer notre chambre car les chiens ne sont pas admis dans l'hôtel, seulement dans la section des chambre par l'extérieur. Pour le déjeuner nous avons dû aller déjeuner séparément car le restaurant est dans l'hôtel.

It was close to a lot of the attractions

We asked for our room to be cleaned two different days and no one showed up to clean either days. We had no toilet paper for two days so we had to use Kleenex. There was also a very rude worker who was yelling at us for parking not in a proper parking spot. We were only there for about 30 minutes while we got our children in and settled after a very long day. We understand it wasn’t a proper parking spot but we were not blocking anyone in or out and it was the way he went about it. He told us he was getting a tow truck even if we moved our vehicle. ( we moved it within seconds). We have two small children in car seats and this was 10pm at night or later so we couldn’t go to sleep until we waited and waited to make sure we wouldn’t be towed. Very unsettling.

Comfortable motel room. Seems like everything has been updated recently although mostly for appearances. There were still some sloping floors and you could see older plaster lines under the wallpaper. Everything was clean, neat and tidy though. Free breakfast was decent and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

No bacon in the breakfast buffet. 😢

Il fait très clair ds les chambres la nuit , trop de lumière à l'extérieur et on ne peux pas les éteindre. Odeur de cigarette ds la chambre quand on fait fonctionner la climatiseur. Pas assez de chaises à l'extérieur. On aurais aimé avoir des table à pic nic et des emplacements pour passer du temps dehors.

Frühstück ist typisch kanadisches Buffet. Nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber irdentlich, lecker und es wird regelmäßig frisches Essen zubereitet. Die Lage direkt gegenüber von Magnetic Hill ist phenomenal, falls Magnetic Hill das Urlaubsziel ist. Das Hotel ist eine mischung aus Hotel und Motel. Das sollte man wissen, um nicht enttäuscht zu werden. Die Zimmer sind eher kleiner, haben aber alles was man braucht und sind smart ein gerichtet.

Clean, breakfast was excellent , very friendly and accommodating staff. Outdoor pool was nice on a hot day. Good value for the price we paid.

Very convenient location, however a little pricey, also not the cleanest hotel room, bedding and pillows not very comfortable. our room had a weird smell. Breakfast was ok. Alright stay but not my first choice

Breakfast was great staff are nice and in a good location except rooms arent very clean and mold all over the air conditioner.

Rooms were clean, The hotel is located right next to Magnetic hill & few restaurants are near by which is plus point of staying at this motel. Outdoor swimming pool is added advantage but my kids did not use due to time constraint. The breakfast was terrific, plenty of options especially if you are with kids. The staffs at restaurant were so polite and taking care customer needs. Staffs in the front desk was helpful

Booked three rooms with outside entrances, when we arrived we had to pay extra to have outside entrances. Had to go get fresh towels and toiletries every day. Rooms were never check to see if anything was needed . If you asked the ladies they weren’t very friendly.

Le boîtier du câble était difficile à faire fonctionner et parfois il s’éteignait sans raison.

Travelled to the Maritimes with our dog. Had a bit of hassle with getting a room when booking due to having a limited number of pet rooms (we ended up being the only people there with a dog). We were given a dated room with a shiny polyester bed covering, dirty avocado green couch, and worn, dirty floors. The bathroom was the only updated and clean part of the room. Decent sized grass area to take your pet out to relieve themselves, but you would never want to take them for a walk as the road is very busy. Breakfast had a decent selection of options, including cereals, breads with toasters, beans, hard boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, yogurt, potato’s and alternating between breakfast sausage and back bacon for the meat. The only fruit option was cut bananas, and they had sliced cucumbers both days. Non-pet rooms did look more updated and like they were cleaned more thoroughly, so may be alright to stay if you don’t have that restriction. But with the daily pet fee (and the room is not cleaned daily), we will not return as there are better more comfortable options.

The free breakfast - eggs, potatoes, meat, and the usual continental. It was appreciated. The price was affordable for the location. It included a refrigerator and microwave. It was practical. The front desk person was friendly enough.

Our keycards kept demagnetizing. We had to go at least three times to make news cards. The room was clean but they cut corners. Underneath the bed was filthy. It was never cleaned. The sound comes through the walls. Bring earplugs. Our sink was clogged or the stopper was stuck. It needed to be cleaned. The actual hotel inside wasn't clean. The carpets were filled with dust, dirt and animal hair. The mattress was hard and not super comfortable.

. I liked the lobby. And the look of the restaurant. This place has potential for sure.

The breakfast wasn't even edible. The eggs were tasteless and the sausage was like compressed sawdust. The room was very small and a spit out candy wrapped in toilet paper fell out of our bed spread. The bathroom drains were mostly clogged. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the upstairs floor creaking constantly above our heads until 2am. They do have ear plugs available at the front desk but they charge for them lol. This place has a good location and lots of potential. I love the classic look of the place but it needs the rooms and breakfast upgraded. I paid $300 tax included for a one night stay. Should have been less than $100 based on the experience we had.

Very long line at check in (only one person working the desk). The bathroom sink and towels are outside the tub area. Restaurant area is nice (but hot!), however food was not good.

It was clean and close to highway We got a bottom floor room for the dog the people upstairs never stopped running up and down until 2:30 am super annoying. Also the room had a very strong smoke smell that they tried to cover with highly perfume type Some people are allergic to perfumes ( myself included ) and I woke up next day with a wicked headache and stuffed nose. Breakfast was decent staff were nice. Stayed here 3 x so far price has gone way way up

What a surprise..rated 2 stars is not even close. It was clean and great value. I was impressed.

On ne pouvait garder l’eau dans le bain car le système de retenue de l’eau ne fonctionnait plus. Mauvaise insonorisation au 120 : on entendait les clients au deuxième étage!!

The Hotel Moncton has an excellent included breakfast with a wide range of foods available buffet style: scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, ham or sausage, home fried potatoes, baked beans, a variety of breads to toast plus croissants and cookies, sliced cucumbers, banana, yogurt, cold cereal and packaged hot cereal, a choice of fruit juices, and coffee or hot water/tea. The property has a large backyard pool that is sunny and very clean. The location is near Magnetic Hill and its attractions. Right across the street there is a butterfly attraction alongside go carting, bumper cars, bumper boats, a batting cage, and ice cream at a place called the Boardwalk. The Casino is 2 minutes drive away, as are many strip malls of major retailers.

The property is well maintained with tidy, attractive gardens and lawns. The finishes in the rooms are new and clean. The halls are fairly dark and showing their age. Overall the hotel and restaurant are in good shape, but this isn't a brand new or fully renovated property. It is, however, good value with safe, comfortable rooms and beds. The sheets and bathrooms are what you would get in the big name hotels. There are fewer room amenities--only two sets of towels and one small tube each of shampoo, shower gel, lotion, and one tiny bar of soap.

The room was partially renovated which was good, but there was only one bedside table and the fridge and microwave were dated . Where we stayed, the floors were very loud and creaky, and you could hear everything including speaking voices and footsteps.
