Great location and nice room and lovely staff

The intermittent loud rattling noise which went on through the night waking us up then keeping us awake. Either plumbing or air conditioning needs sorting. Unbelievably loud and ruined our sleeping

We had a room on 10th floor with beautiful view overlooking the water. Easy walk to the fizzier section of town. Comfortable bed and very clean.

Realmente centrico, y la habitación muy tranquila, daba a un patio interior. El desayuno muy bueno y bien de precio para lo caro que es esa ciudad.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of hot and cold foods. Bacon, eggs, salmon, wide variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits. Juices, water, coffee and wide choice of teas. There was yogurt and lots of nuts, dried fruits and cereals.

Nothing. The location was perfect, close to Bryggen and less than a minute from airport bus stop at Torget.

It was close to everything. Many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The bedroom was ok and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was varied and filling.

Its a hotel with a high turnover. The staff didnt have enough time to welcome guests therefore became forgetful. We asked for the room to be cleaned but they forgot the second day. I ordered a breakfast to take away because the kitchen doesnt open at the weekend until 7.30. So if you are taking a boat at 8.00 it would be tight. The réception staff do not know what is in the breakfast bag so there was confusion. And the bag was very mediocore for two people. But in fact the kitchen was open at 7am... so stress for nothing. We could have had a normal breakfast and be in time for the boat.

Very good location, right across from the Fish Market, shops, and harbour.

Rom was very small. No closet and wrought iron rack and shelves to hang clothes and store luggage, but there was so little area to store luggage we had to place our luggage on the floor. The room was so small you could barely open the door. With luggage on tye ground there was no floor space at all. We were there two nights and asked to two extra towels but they were never brought to us. No phone to call the front desk.

We were upgraded to a suite! It was fantastic!

Die Aussicht in einen schmutzigen, überstellten und sehr lauten Innenhof war nicht berauschend. Es war sehr laut.

Everything was excellent overall, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the bed. The room had two single beds pushed together, even though I had booked a room with a king-size bed, as stated in my reservation. Apart from that, everything was good

The location is excellent and having a sea view was great. Close to all tourist spots, tram, railway station and tourist information.

Hotel entrance not very impressive. Small lounge area which serves as reception, bar and waiting area. Rooms should be cleaned daily as we had to request they sweep the room after three days. Breakfast the same for the five days spent. Variation in fruit and sweets as well as hots could make a remarkable difference.

Clean & Comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better—close to all the main tourist attractions and just a short walk from the station. The room was spotless, clean, and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. The staff were also friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

das war ein Frühstück der Superlative - einzigartig. Das Personal - eine bessere Schulung würde da schon reichen ,. ich meine damit, dass - mir war eigentlich nur eine Person aufgefallen, die ein bißchen tölpelhaft ihrer Arbeit nachging.

Room # 801 was up in the attic. The roof trusses were very low and caused a dangerous condition of hitting your head when moving around the room. Especially when going into the bathroom. The TV stand was too low.

The breakfast blew me away! Exceeded my expectations BY FAR! I have never had a paid buffet better than this, and this breakfast was included in our room rate. EXCEPTIONAL!

Honestly the room met our needs, stayed prior to boarding a cruise. The room was on the small side, no fridge or microwave (not sure if that’s standard) but for one night, the room was clean and perfectly located.

The location was great. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean.

The bedroom looked out onto an industrial courtyard with constant noise from the industrial air conditioning units so you couldn't open the windows as it made the noise louder. We asked to change rooms but were told none available. Also when we arrived the safe was in the locked open position. The reception staff said it needed a maintenance engineer to fix which she would arrange for the following day. However no one came. Luckily I asked another member of staff who gave me a code to sort it.

Location, confortable beds

The location is fantastic, only 100 metres from the Strandkaiterminalen, in the heart of the city and with excellent views from the front rooms.

My room at the rear was small, and had an enormous floor to ceiling window which gave the impression that everyone on the street could see me. There are transfers on the outside of some windows, but I don't know how effective these would be if the light was on in the room. It shouldn't be too difficult to put a screen inside the bottom of the window.

Couldn't get a better location in downtown Bergen. Clean, great shower. Comfy. One of the best breakfast buffets ive ever had at a hotel.

The trade off of a great location is it is in the centre of everything. Crowds, bear the cruise ships so cruise port prices. Meals are expensive!!

Excellent location, very central in Bergen, easy access to all main areas. Comfortable rooms (we had a disabled room). We had to miss breakfast due to leaving early, but they made a packed breakfast for us. Staff was super nice and kind.

Inner courtyard facing rooms were a bit noisy - we had to sleep with the windows closed and still could hear some. Nearest public parking isn't super close - be aware that the entrance to parking they have and agreement with isn't where the Google maps location is - we struggled to find it.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, w samym centrum turystycznym, bardzo blisko do tramwaju na lotnisko. Pokoje czyste, śniadanie pyszne w formie bufetu i miła obsługa. Można bez problemu przechować bagaż przed rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej i tak samo po wymeldowaniu.

Nie mam żadnych uwag.

Ideal location for all the main tourist spots in Bergen. Well run and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good and tables kept clean.

Grijanje nije radilo, nakon 3 prigovora dobili smo grijalicu. Osoblje se trudilo i bilo ljubazno ali dok je grijalicu ugrijala sobu već smo se smrzli. Jako neugodno jer amo došli mokri nakon hodanja po jakoj kiši.
