The hotel was perfect 👌 The staff are so friendly they make you feel so welcome 😀 My room was ideal, spotless, the bed was sooo comfortable i had an excellent sleep 😴 Breakfast had great options and was very tasty 😋 location excellent 🙌 I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again on my next trip... 🫶

Veldig små rom og lite bad Ikke veldig og skryte av frokosten.

L'aspetto più positivo di questa struttura è senza dubbio la sua posizione. La città vecchia, il caratteristico mercato del pesce, il porto, la stazione e persino la funicolare si trovano tutti a pochi metri di distanza. Poi va sottolineata la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale e la gradevole prima colazione, che dava l'impressione di essere genuina e casalinga, sia come qualità del cibo che come atmosfera.

L'arredo della camera, peraltro abbastanza ampia, è veramente ridotto all'essenziale. Sarebbe necessario aggiungere una sedia per la scrivania, uno spazio in più per appoggiare le valigie aperte, qualche presa in più, vicino ai letti, per ricaricare i telefoni. I letti erano comunque comodi e il bagno essenziale ma efficiente.

Utmärkt läge, men de rum som vi fick var i minsta laget. Rent och snyggt i övrigt och inget att anmärka på. Trevlig personal. Kaffe/te i puben som också var hotellets lobby.

Beställt två rum och de var inte stora. På ena sidan av sängarna fanns inte något utrymme att gå på. Allt fanns utom utrymme.

This place is filthy. Do not stay here. It is definitely not worth the money. Pros: Close to the city center, without too much of the noise. The entrance door is very beautiful. The stairs spiral in an elegant way. They have a semi "pub" for quite drinking in the evening. They don't serve any food, but they do have cider, beer and wine. It is cute. Staff are willing to help, albeit grudgingly. Staff are somewhat rude sometimes, but they are definitely helpful. There is actually something about the staff that I like a lot. Cons: IT IS DIRTY!!! Street is somewhat clean, but it is still a city street that looks like a city street. The hotel manager or staff must be used to the dirt outside because they do not clean the trash directly outside the hotel entrance. You have to step over it to reach the door, and the same trash is there for days. This doesn't make sense since the door is so pretty. Also, they don't like to clean the rooms. The receptionist said that they clean every three days. Therefore, they have a small door hanger on the wall, stating that your room will not be cleaned unless you hang the sign on the door. I saw this sign the first night, and I hung it on my door each day. My room was still not cleaned. Our group of four had three separate rooms, and none of the rooms were cleaned, and when cleaned, were not properly cleaned. They give you new towels and additional toilet paper. But they absolutely WILL NOT change your sheets, sweep the floor or wipe anything. If you have crumbs or hair on the bed before they clean, you will still have hair and crumbs on the bed after they clean. If you left your breakfast tray on the table before they clean, your breakfast tray will still be on the table after they clean. (So if you leave your breakfast tray in your room at 7am, hang the green sign to alert them that you want your room cleaned, the breakfast tray will still be on the table in your room when you return from your tour at 4pm). If you have dirt on the floor from your hiking shoes before they clean, you will still have dirt on the floor from your hiking shoes after they clean. I only had a completely clean room once after I sent an email to management. It went back to being poorly cleaning the next day. This gets very annoying because you leave early in the morning for a tour or shopping. You put the green sign on the door. You come back to relax, and the room is just dirty. You might as well get an Airbnb for half the price. This place is definitely not worth a consideration. I attached some pictures, but I really wish I thought about taking pictures earlier. Do not stay here.

The location is amazing (especially the view from our room). The size is just right. The breakfast selection was plenty full without getting the feeling half of it is getting thrown away every day.

The room was extremly small (11sqm) which is fine when it is optimized. But the bathroom missed any shelfspace and the shower was very splashy so the whole bathroom was wet after showering. (Both would not be that much of an issue, when the room is larger.) The mini fridge was broken and even though we notified the reception right away it was not fixed during our 3 night stay. Also the room was never cleaned, which is fine, but the bin was also never emptied and we did not get fresh towels (which would also be fine, if they are not soaking wet due to the splashy shower and don't have a proper plase to hang them to dry).

Hotelli oli aivan liian ylihintainen tasoonsa nähden! Ei pelkkä sijainti ja ajankohta voi hintaa määrittää, sillä lähistöllä ja muualla kaupungissa oli vielä kalliimpia hotelleja. Henkilökunta olisi voinut olla paljon ystävällisempää. Epäsiistit käytävät. Sisäänkirjautuminen pubissa. Varsinainen vastaanottotiski auki vain muutaman tunnin, muutoin tiski pubissa. Hotellihuone kesti kauan lämmetä.

La ubicación era inmejorable, el hotel estuvo muy bien, el personal muy amable, limpio y bien mantenido

Los dormitorios son muy pequeños.

Ubicación excelente. Desayuno bueno excepto el cafe, pero hay un starbucks muy cerca.

Habitación justita, sólo hay un ascensor. No hay un lobby cómodo. No tiene gimnasio ni piscina. No tiene un restaurante. Todas estas cosas las espero de un hotel de 4 estrellas. No hay ni dónde guardar maletas para el dia que te vas.

This hotel if you not inform they no clean the room and if you inform by hang the notice before 9:30 am and they can choose to clean or not clean according to their mood. and if they not clean they just say sorry and tomorrow you will check out also. room very tiny. l strongly doubt staff is cheating the boss by claim more cleaning fee from supplier but actually no clean. This hotel called harbour but from window you can see no any water. very small room like 10 square meter with 350 USD er night in early august. price is for good service but they even no clean my room when l hang out notice at 7:30am and back 22:00 and shocked all no clean. and reception at August 8th the day. reception girl just say sorry and clearly she not care and not sorry at all. pls avoid this hotel since you deserve better.

Excellent location.

I stayed in a compact single room. Well, it was very, very cramped. The size of the room was enough to even to fit one check-in and hand-carry luggage. The bathroom was very squished up. The vanity was a mini version of it. The breakfast spread was very shallow. Better to have breakfast outside the restaurants and cafeterias. Not worth booking with the breakfast option.

This hotel is simply amazing! The location is great, just one street away from Bryggen. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Our room had a motorized bed which can be raised to the ceiling in order to make more space in the room. Floor area is increased drastically giving more living space. Try to book a room with such a bed! The staff is so friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home. Breakfast was nice, everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended and would definitely be our choice if we're ever back in Bergen.

Localización estupenda, todo se hace a pie, muy cerca del puerto y del mercado del pescado. personal encantador y muy acogedor. Muy cerca del funicular (principal atracción de la cuidad) habitación con nevera, lo cual se agradece.

Habitación muy pequeña, tanto que no cabe ni una mesita de noche. Pagamos el desayuno pero el 1er dia teníamos excursión y era mas temprano de lo habitual y nos dieron el desayuno en el bar. Solo croissants, ni pan, ni mantequilla....podía haber sido mas variado ( que bien que se paga)

An amazing location, just minutes from everything. A lovely bathroom and fairly good breakfast.

Our room was very tiny, I slept on the side of the roof gable. Had to edge along the bed to get in and out, not to bump my head.

Le personnel toujours discret est très attentif aux besoins de sa clientèle , chambre prête avant l heure du check in habituelle , suite spacieuse , propre et confortable , douche et baignoire dans la salle de bain , petit déjeuner gourmand et copieux de bonne qualité. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Frühstück ist gut. Es gibt freie Tee und Kaffee für die Gäste. Die Personal sind freundlich.

Das Bett ist zu weich. Es gibt zu wenige Möbel im Badezimmer. Die Badetücher und Handtücher sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer ist nicht so geräumig und schön wie auf Fotos in Booking.

I really liked the location and my room with a a view! It was also nice that they have blind curtains in windows because its otherwise much sun light at nigt in June. Complimentary coffee and little croisants at the bar is also a nice idea.

There was little bit noice (from the restaurants and bars and people outside) at night when happens to be a sunny evening and lots of people at the harbour.

El personal excelente, el desayuno muy abundante y variado tenían café de cortesía con bollos limpiaban la habitación diariamente que no suele ser habitual en los hoteles escandinavos.

The location of the hotel and comfortable and clean room. You can walk out the door after enjoying their delicious breakfast and either take a few steps to the funicular and visit Mount Floyen or enjoy the harbour.

The staff! The location! Did I say location!!!!! Clean, large room with great view of city center and the harbor. American breakfast selections. Great attached quiet pub. If I get to go back to Bergen, I’m not even gonna look for another place to stay. It’s definitely the Harbour Hotel for me.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. Everything was perfect!
