The location and the view of the old harbour were exceptional. Perfect for a short stay (before a cruise in our case). Staff at the reception were very nice. The bed comfortable, the room spacious, modern design and decor, good shower.

Nothing comes to mind really.

Im Zimmer war ständig ein Zug. Im Bett lesen war kaum möglich. Meine Frau hatte einen Schal um. Im Hotel bekam ich die Auskunft das dass nicht abgestellt werden kann. Die Zimmer sehen zunächst steillisch aus jedoch waren die Sessel unbequem, Steckdosen indiotisch angebracht, beim duschen musste man achtgeben das dass Wasser nicht ins Zimmer läuft.

Great location, easy to get to from the airport and in walking distance to the Hurtigruten terminal.

The rooms were small, storage could have been better thought through, especially in the bathroom, but overall good.

Excellent location and restaurant was very good. Really liked decor of the public areas but afraid the bedroom vibe was awful- cycadelic walls, floor and curtains were extremely off putting and the bizarre theme continued into the ensuite shower room. The room size was extremely generous but furnished with cheap nasty plastic furniture in what we assumed was intended as a minimalist look. Sorry was not what we expected from a Radisson hotel. Finally our room at nearly £200 a night had unpleasant view of the central fire escape and commercial air con units that were super noisy. No view of the harbour for us although the restaurant was a different story with lovely views and very elegant furniture and decor.

The nasty tacky bedroom decor and cheap furniture. Almost felt like you were trapped in a kaleidoscope tube!!

We had a room with a view over the harbour. The House Manager/Concierge was extremely helpful when we were leaving. Although it was very busy, he booked our taxi and assisted us with ALL our luggage from the foyer to the taxi. Certainly went the extra mile!

The hotel’s location was excellent. It was especially convenient on arrival - just a two-minute walk from the wharf where we disembarked. It is also right in the heart of the city center, within easy walking distance of numerous coffee shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, and all kinds of stores. The fish market is only one block away, which was a real bonus. The pillows were very comfortable as well, making for a great night’s sleep.

Føltes som om vi hadde natt hele tiden. Rommet vendte inn mot restauranten og baren, det var mørkt og trist!

No parking, no closets, no clothes iron

Excellent location for exploring Bergen. We had an early morning boat to catch and it was a 2min walk to the quay. Very convenient and comfortable. Our train arrived early and they allowed us to keep our bags securely in the storeroom. The common toilets were also spacious and clean for a quick clean up before exploring the city. It is a short walk from the train station, and you can catch a fresh and yummy bun from Kardemomme on the way.

We stayed in the apartment. Very good for a small family like us with two kids. The kitchen and the little dining area, and a separate bedroom with a double bed.

Bathroom is a bit small but is OK for short stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable and the sofa was a bonus. The provision of free tea, coffee in reception was good albeit the items were not always filled up.

There was nothing we disliked.

Estuvimos 5 días en el hotel y la smart TV no funcionaba bien. El chromecast no funcionaba, ni tampoco intentaron buscar una solución. Solo pudimos ver la TC noruega.

Tross tidlig bestilling fikk vi et dobbeltrom som er noe av det minste jeg har vært på. Spesielt når man er 2 stykker og skal være hele helgen. Tv skrudde seg av hele tiden. Kongen døde så litt oppdatert info via tv hadde vært fint. Hvor skal man ha toalettsaker på badet ? og hvor skulle 2 personer henge fra seg klær på rommet.

La posizione centrale, a pochi metri da Bryggen, dal fish market e dalla funicolare. La camera, una superior al quinto piano, è molto spaziosa. La vista dalla camera è incantevole: si vede l’approdo delle barche e le casette di Bryggen. Il pavimento del bagno è riscaldato. La ragazza della reception che la notte di sabato mi ha procurato una stufa per riscaldare la camera e il ragazzo della reception che la notte di domenica mi ha procurato dell’acqua: sono stati entrambi davvero accoglienti e gentilissimi.

Il primo approccio non è stato dei migliori. Appena arrivato, sabato nel tardo pomeriggio, mi è stato chiesto il pagamento anticipato, ho pertanto chiesto di pagare con bonifico istantaneo o contanti e di ricevere fattura a fine soggiorno: le mie richieste sono state tutte respinte dal ragazzo in reception; ho quindi chiesto di poter parlare con un manager e mi è stato risposto che durante il weekend i manager non lavorano in Norvegia. La stanza dell’hotel è spaziosa, ma nel design, seppur divertente, risulta un po’ obsoleta. Il letto è un matrimoniale molto piccolo, con materasso a molla piuttosto scomodo. La moquette in tutta la stanza non è una scelta igienica. Manca del tutto il frigobar, impossibile mantenere acqua o bevande fresche. Non ci sono armadi, ma solo un appendiabiti, insufficiente anche solo per una persona e un soggiorno breve. Solo da un lato del letto sono presenti prese elettriche. Una considerazione sul bagno: è praticamente in camera: c’è solo una porta di vetro che lo divide dalla camera. Anche la doccia ha un vetro satinato che affaccia sul letto. Il risultato è una totale mancanza di privacy quando si usa il bagno e di notte accendere la luce in bagno sicuramente infastidisce chi sta dormendo in camera. La doccia (di tipo walk-in) non aveva uno scarico correttamente funzionante: si allagava regolarmente facendo fuoriuscire acqua nel bagno e sulla moquette della camera. La pulizia è insufficiente: Appena entrato in camera questa era in ordine, ma c’era un leggero strato di polvere su tutte le superfici. Anche la finestra era sporca. Il piano terra con la hall, il bar e la reception dell’hotel sono pervasi dall’odore delle cucine. Anche per raggiungere gli ascensori si passa nell’area self service della colazione: oltre a non sembrare propriamente igienico, l’impatto non è piacevole. La temperatura della camera non è regolabile autonomamente. Era un po fredda, la receptionist tuttavia mi ha fornito una stufa.

A szalloda enterio kialakitasaban oriasi otletek vannak, nem veletlen a hires belso epitesz zsenialitasa. Fantasztikus a szalloda helye, minden 5 -10 perc tavolsagban. A szemelyzet-recepciok, catering kedvesek, segitoek ugy, hogy senki nem tolakodo.

Az agyban, reggeli kave nelkul nem tudok a sajat ritualem szerint felkelni. Nem mindig volt bekeszites a forralohoz.

Très bon accueil. Très bon petit déjeuner.

A szoba ablakát nem lehetett bezárni egész éjjel hallgattuk az eső kopogását. Jeleztük a hibát, de ottlétünk alatt nem javították meg. Az ablak egy belső tetőre nyílott, ami tiszta madárszar volt.

Liked: Great location. Wonderful B-fast. Good price (I booked in advance). Great shower. question of tase: room is 'plasticy' - floor is rubber not carpet, walls are plastic material, unique color choices (see pictures). Spouse liked it, I did not.

Did not like: room is very small, no safe, no working desk (they have a sort of a triangle plastic thing in the corner but laptop did not fit), not enough room for 2 persons with luggage (see pictures). We asked to be moved got a no. Our 2nd room (we booked two) was 'internal', i.e. window is into the common area so not really a window.

The staff were friendly and accepted my requests. The view from the room was unbeatable! The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection. It was the perfect choice for exploring Bergen, located close to the train station and the airport train. Although the window overlooked the fish market and the harbor, it was quiet on the 4th floor, so we could sleep soundly. Most tours depart right from in front of the hotel, so there was no need to get up early or search for a meeting point. The hotel made our stay in Bergen truly wonderful!

Die Lage des Hotel ist super und der Blick aus unserem Zimmer war auch toll. Das Bett war super bequem. Das Frühstück war auch gut und ausreichend. Nettes Personal 😄
