Breakfast was convenient
Dated
4 trips back to the front desk to rekey our door keys since they failed to open the room door. Every carpet we encounterd were filthy, worn and many had raised folds. Paint throughout was very worn. Had to go back to front desk to request bed sheets since bed without linens. Breakfast was very cheap packaged pastry, nothing else. No coffee, no juice. We walked away.
Quiet area. Staff was friendly. Clean. Bed was comfortable.
Painting the hallway to the elevator in the afternoon at check in. Hard to get luggage to elevator without touching walls/paint materials. Breakfast was lackluster. Just yogurt, oatmeal packets, pre packaged muffins.
Room was clean. The check in gal was very friendly and courteous. Room was close to outside to take dog out.
I was disappointed that the TV volume faded in and out and there was no hair dryer. The breakfast was poor - oranges, 2 flavors of cereal, small muffins, 2 types of juice and milk. The toaster was unplugged but no bread available anyhow. (This is a huge complex and one 2 slice toaster is ridiculous. Waited quite a while to use it in July,) I stayed there during the World Soccer event in Seattle, and the hotel was very crowded but there were more offerings. Add protein to your offerings, please. Shouldn't have to pay $15 for parking since it isn't in the city. That was new since July. .
I would recommend against staying in this hotel for a couple reasons. First the pros: The suite is very large, with a full living room, computer desk and kitchen, including fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. The separate bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom has two sinks, which is certainly convenient. The shuttle bus pilot was most friendly, and shared her entire biography with us. The cons: The room is wet, stuffy, and stinks of mould. The in-room amenities, e.g., shower gel, shampoo, Kleenex box, are all empty. The Internet is sketchy, and frequently drops. The advertised continental breakfast is not available. Staff told us u alternately the food delivery hadn’t arrived, or new management has cancelled the program. Take your pick. The property advertised as being close to services, but in fact is isolated, and so one must travel for shopping, dining, etc. While advertised as an airport hotel, it is in fact far from anything. Unfortunately, I booked and paid in full through Expedia, and I’m unable to obtain a refund. I also have air flights that will be complicated to change on short notice.
This hotel is in big trouble. Staff told us manager had left unexpectedly. Felt sorry for the staff as things were so bad. No breakfast available. Out of coffee cups. Elevators not recently inspected. Door electronic keys didn't work. We had reservations for 3 nights and left after 2, forfeiting our cost to get to a better place. Do not waste your money.
The 2nd time i have stayed here, just as good a few years ago good size room and clean and tidy good breakfast in the morning would stay again
There was a bed with clean sheets
Shuttle took 45 minutes and 2 phone calls. Driver was friendly. The hotel is dirty, old, needs upgrade much of the environment needs new carpet, paint and a good scrubbing. Not what was pictured. Next morning i was looking for the included breakfast. There was none. I asked for compensation, or to be given a frozen burrito from lobby store.. nope. New management. Here's her card IF she comes in today. I just left being grateful it wasnt worse.
I booked with breakfast and shuttle but they say we don’t have a stuff there was no breakfast and then I called them to come and pick us up. It says after 10 there will be no shuttle but they said it doesn’t say you knew when I booked this site shuttle service and I asked the girl what is your name? She was rude and she refused to give her name. I called Booking.com and they gave my reservation number and they say that is wrong which I have in my Booking.com that’s a reservation number confirmation number I had the worst experience with this Hotel and with Booking.com.
They should provide the when you are booking, but they didn’t they lied
Everything is gud
Tv was not properly working
The room was generous in size for the price.
Breakfast wasn’t available, towel bar fell off the bathroom wall, couldn’t adjust the heat/air easily.
The room is big with a separate bedroom big bathroom
No fan in the bathroom
Front desk lady lashed out when asked about no breakfast for 2 days in a row… we were told breakfast is included, we had it the first morning of our stay. We stayed 4 days they only served it once.
I've been using this establishment since 2012 and have probably stayed at this particular location 100's of times now. It has always been a convenient tucked away safe location. With large bedroom style layouts, very clean, knowledgeable friendly staff and great pricing for the service. It's not a marriot but it's not a motel. Well none of this is the case anymore. The guy at the front desk should probably learn some hospitality etiquette as you interrogating your guests for why they’re staying here after providing my ID and seeing where I live is quite condescending. I just got back from staying at lovely hotels for WC and literally it was, how can we help you, checking in? Would you like any recommendations while you’re staying with us? Talk about the amenities on site, and thank me for choosing to stay with their establishment. Not why you here today? Well let’s see your a hotel and I paid that’s why I’m here. They are now being stingy with parking and charging $15 a night-this isn't seattle, this isn't DT, this isn't Bellevue (had I known of the change I'd much rather stay at the eastgate location) it's a massive flat parking lot. Then upon checkin it took the front desk attendant 15mins and mind you I'm the only person in line. She couldn't figure out how to place the deposit on my card. Then I finally get up to the room with my food I picked up to go that's now getting cold and ruined. I get smacked in the face with cigarette smoke! I put my stuff down and call back down, is this a smoking room???? She says no come back down, with my stuff or without??? Just you. I come back down and she gives me another room but now I gotta go back up and get my stuff to move it all down into this new room. Literally took me 30mins from the time I walked through their door to get to my room. That's ridiculous when I'm the only person in the lobby the entire time. Theirs 3x as many workers as there is me to check 1 person in. Then I get to my new room. I finally sit down my food is ruined and I don't even want to stay here anymore. Pretty sad when the Hilton across the parking lot has free parking and same pricing. So note to self I'll never stay here again. On top of all of this I go to use the bathroom and it doesn't even looked like it was cleaned! Straight up bare minimum below par experience. I will never stay here at this location ever again. Mind you it did get bad in here during Covid but then it got better again. Well idk if it's new ownership or what cause they also asked for my number and email like what you need that info for I already paid with hotels.com! If you're considering I would go across the parking lot to the Hilton. They also used to have fresh baked cookies upon check in and those are gone too.
I stayed here for a few nights in July. There is much about this place that is very positive. The staff is great. The beds are comfortable. Everything was comfortable. The kitchens in the suites are really nice. The AC works well. The location is pretty good. The shuttle service to the airport is great (my driver was super cool). The furniture is a bit dated but really, really well made. The televisions are nice, big LG digital ones and they work really well. You get a lot of nice, fluffy towels. They are only a short distance from a Walmart so you can stock up for your stay. The area felt safe even at night. The rooms are really spacious too with plenty of closet space. Now some things they should work on; The kitchen in my suite was nice, but for some reason there was almost no flatware. There were absolutely no cooking utensils. I also wish their kitchens had toasters. There was also a shortage of wooden hangers. The WIFI worked great on the first day/night and then it had trouble for the remainder of my stay. The carpeting in the second floor hallway needs to be stretched. It is not loose enough to be a tripping hazard, but it does look bad. The shower items are unmarked so I wasn't really sure what products they used. The breakfast was sad. It consisted of yogurt, bagels, cold cereal and milk. Some bananas on one day. Some little muffins on another day. One day, they ran out of cream cheese for the bagels because someone stole a container of cream cheese. The next morning they only had flavored cream cheese. If you want a good, hot breakfast, go out to eat. Despite these things, I would recommend Larkspur Landing to anyone staying in Renton. It needs a little bit of love, but the great staff makes up for that.
La atención en el hotel, el servicio de traslado y la habitación
No limpiaron en 7 días ninguna vez
Decent value. Balanced breakfast
All sweets only. No good choice if you’re a senior, and not fund of sugar
The guy I checked in with. Not good customer service at all
Breakfast.
none
The room was quiet. The hide a bed was comfortable for our daughter.
The hide a bed had no bedding. Our room had hand towels or wash cloths for only two people. It was like housekeeping did not prepare the room correctly. The telephone had so much static I had to call down several times to complete my call.
Two ladies driving shuttle bus Rebecca and June
To far from anything,no close shops, not clean, asked reception guy to fix few things (water didn’t work in kitchen sink,no electricity in power points in bathroom) totally ignored. The only good thing is shuttle bus but last day we had male driver who didn’t know where to go.In the end we were waiting hour and half and had to take uber though we rang them three times.
Generally very helpful staff. It’s quiet, fairly clean, and very convenient.
After telling the staff upon check in that I wanted to use a different card and being told it would not be a problem, they proceeded to charge the wrong card and when I called to rectify the issue the staff did not put it on hold and I listened to their manager say “just tell him you’re not authorized and we won’t be able to do it until tomorrow” when I said I heard that whole conversation and asked if the person who is authorized who I just heard speak is able to look into it today or if they were going to blatantly stonewall me. I was met with the ladder. This is not a delivery of service as outlined in the contract and I will never stay with this chain again.
It was very dirty. Sofa had stains in it as well as the carpet. Pull out sleeper pretty much was like lying on springs. I demanded a refund and left. The person at the front counter was very nice about it all. It needs to have a complete makeover!
Their breakfast selections were pretty good. We liked the location a lot. It was really quite and super green around.
I don't think the guy working the desk when we got there knew anything about the property. He asked what floor I wanted to be on. I said top floor. He then said "Ok, 4th floor. Wait we don't have a 4th floor." Gave us a 3rd floor room. Got into the elevator and there was a 4th floor. The carpets were all bubbling up, the hallways smelled like a cross between weed and grandmas potpourri. Got to the room and the keys didn't work. Went back to the desk and had them reissue us a key. While down there we asked if there was a pool. The guy says "I'm not sure". What?! How do you not know if your building has a pool or not? Finally go into the room and the room smells horrendous. Pretty sure they have some type of auto smell sprayer in the room. We reserved an Executive Suite so that our daughter could have her own room and Mom and Dad could stay up late. The pull out bed in the living room was a 2 inch thick mattress that had springs poking out of it. So had to change that idea and sleep on the king with her. There is no AC in the bedroom, so can't close the room door if you want to stay cool. In the morning, tried to take a shower but the drain was clogged.
El personal muy atento especialmente Jeseme.
Algunos elementos de la cocina deteriorados
I like the room it has a kitchen and separate bedroom.
If possible , need to remodel the floor.
Sometimes the breakfast food was over before we took it.only 1 or two things remaining
Staff was extent
Bed making also cleaning
Location close to our son’s apartment for family visit.
Strong, unpleasant odor in 3rd floor hallway. Lots of deferred maintenance: buckled carpet, loose floor tiles in bath, peeling wallpaper in shower, chipped paint throughout room. Also, new $15 a night parking fee. This is our 4th time staying in about a year and the parking fee might be what causes us to look elsewhere for our next visit.
Lots of good selection for a continental breakfast that you could grab quickly. Staff incredibly accommodating and friendly. Free shuttle, even willing to take us to go get something to eat on their way to pick somebody else up from the airport!
Furniture in room pretty shabby. Clear that a big dog had been there and had torn the upholstery.
I loved everything about my stay. They fixed a little problem for me, that I made when, I booked the room. The suite my family got was very clean, ( i used to work at a hotel, and i also used to clean very big homes so I know what I'm talking about, lol). They had a very nice , very big variety of breakfast items. Beautiful lounge area. I didnt get to scope the rest of it out because I was literally only there to sleep. But the little time we spent there was awesome. Aside from the alarm that woke us up at 3 am , which I dont blame them, everything was excellent. My family loved the stay and I really appreciate how affordable it is. I have a huge family and I usually go for the bigger rooms but this was one of the most affordable and best stays ever. I chose it because I have already had a great experience with them another night when I got stuck because of weather. I chose it for how affordable it was and was so surprised at how big and clean the place was, when we walked in. Will always choose that place.
早餐还需要更丰富一些
The lobby was clean
My reservation was for a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed confirmed it with booking before the trip. Upon arrival after a day of traveling and my teenager tournament we arrived. The employee behind the counter was professional however told and showed me that the reservation on their end says queen bed and no sofa. After having a lengthy conversation with him while trying to contact booking and not use the stupid AI he slipped and told me that other guest have had this problem recently. He did offer a room that still was not what I reserved but provided enough beds for my family for a higher price. Getting close to dinner time and having reservations for dinner with my sons teammates I was left with no other option but to take the room. After we moved everything into the room I finally got through to a person with booking. He tried to resolve the issue and was unsuccessful. He couldn't reach anyone that had the power to right the wrong. I was unable to get reimbursed the difference from what I was originally supposed to pay and what I actually had to pay. Monday morning I will be calling extended stay and booking to get paid back the difference The icing on the cake was the a guest that stays at the hotel often by the choice of her employer told me where to park to prevent my windows from being broken by thieves.
Disability friendly
Almost everything else
The staff was exceptional! Very friendly and attentive. Location is great especially if you're on foot. Plus they even have an on demand shuttle service to anywhere within a 5 mile radius. A lot of variety for breakfast, furnished kitchenette, surprisingly quiet for being next to a freeway. All the stars, 10 out of 10. Thank you!
The room only had decaf coffee, which Im sure was just a small oversight. 24 hr coffee in the lobby made up for this tiny imperfection.
Its location
People smoking cigarettes in the hallway with windows wide open and it’s 28* outside.
Kitchen nette well furnished, large table very adequate bathroom , lounge area very well furnished & breakfast very generous
The air conditioner was difficult to turn off. Couldn’t get a paper receipt because they ran out of paper, still waiting for it as an email
The breakfast was less than appealing. Just some prepackaged items, very limited selection, not an actual breakfast, just something to hopefully get you by until you could get some real food.
We found roaches in our room, live in the kitchen and a dead one in the bathroom. My wife woke up with some bites on her legs. When I reported it to the front desk staff, they were unable to help, saying they would let the Mgr know. We were told the Mgr couldn't issue a refund as it was booked through a third party. I contacted Booking and he initially said I should have resolved it with the hotel. I had to follow up with the hotel, twice, to make sure it was getting taken care of. It was then that I was told the hotel Mgr could issue the refund as we paid at the hotel. But not before implying that it was odd that both we and our travel friends both had problems with our rooms. I didn't respond to this, but it was very insulting.
Had not stayed in an extended stay facility previously and I was only there for one night. Plenty of room and a full kitchen, far more than I needed for a one-night stay.
Booking.com did not make it very clear that there was a $15 parking fee; I wasn't expecting that it at all, or maybe I missed that. Does not seem justifiable. Room seemed cold no matter what I sent the thermostat to. "Good breakfast" in a place with no hot food or dining area is a considerable overstatement and a real disappointment, and not close to any restaurants. No easily accessible power outlet for a CPAP machine. No USB outlets at all that I could see.
Room 202 got a busted tv that sounds like it’s gonna short circuit and blow up.
Hotel is old and run down,Weed smell along corridors, carpet worn out, sofa bed mattress springs are showing, sofa bed dirty, stains on mattresses, urine stains on toilet seat, hair underneath tissue box, cockroach crawling in living room and dead bug on toilet countertop, no dishwashing liquid or dishwasher powder provided, no hangers, vacation was a nightmare
room was great for the price. Bed was comfortable. People honored our room request and found a cart for us.
This is a suite with a kitchen. We stay at these kind of places due to food allergies. We have to cook our own food. The room contained 1 spoon, no spatula, no working fan or light above sink. Bathtub drain needs work. Bathtub faucet slips down to super hot on it's own; it needs to be tightened.
Location was only a mile from my early morning (7:30 AM) medical appointment at Rayus Imaging. We live over two hours away from Renton so driving the day before and staying overnight was less stressful for us. Bed was very comfortable and clean.
We needed a full kitchen because we are Vegans and don’t eat out due to food sensitivities. The stove top in our Suite did not work but we were prepared and had a plug-in hot plate with us! Also, we would prefer no carpet due to cleanliness but that wasn’t a deal breaker either.
One of my very favorite hotels, and luckily convenient to my daughter and grandchild when I visit. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and an exceptional good deal.

The room
The breakfast. No orange juice.
Parking in rear is crowded.
Location and comfortability. Soooooo good for the price and I would stay here everything for the value and the access. Thanks
Parking was rough
Fantastic value. Almost a small condo. Quiet.
Loved the location, Quiet spacious, comfortable. My Friends also loved the location and now they want to use the location.
I was bummed had so much fun the night before, that I missed breakfast.
Free parking
Breakfast
Kitchen Free Laundromat
Some repairs in room needed
Larkspur Landing offers comfortable rooms. I booked a suite with separate bedroom and small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. They also offered a To Go breakfast which was much appreciated.
It is a bit away from shopping and as far as I could tell no public transport available.
Yes
Very friendly staff
We used to come here a lot...it's showing its age. The poor desk clerk had her checkin system go down so delayed checkin but she handled it well. Their shuttle cutoff was too early at 10pm but they did take us early next AM. Need healthier/keto options in AM for breakfast please...it was mostly sugar and carbs. Good coffee 24/7 in lobby
Don't be misled by the property pics. The place seems to be a living residence place with empty rooms that are described as hotel rooms. It seems to be an added way for the property owner to fill rooms. Don't expect your typical hotel amenities, such as daily turn-down, hot made-to-order breakfast, etc.; however, if you're on a budget, this is the place. In terms of location, it's basically in an industrial park area with a strip club literally across the street. I would not stay in this location again.
Friendly front desk staff and the room is clean and comfortable. Only issue is the housekeeping staff only gave me decaf coffee and the front desk did not have any to give me.
I feel robbed. Everything from photos and reviews made this seem like a decent place to stay, and I am ok with older buildings... but this was one of the worst experiences. I have never writen a bad review, but this was absurd. The bedroom was sealed with no windows that open, and no climate control. It was like a sauna. Bed was not comfortable, and some of the bedding stained. The bathroom door wouldn't even shut. Breakfast had yogurt (actually good) and some Tillamook cheddar, but there was nothing really else. Bagels but no toaster or toppings, cereal but no milk. This wasnt last call or at a weird time. I think it was 8:30am on a Sunday . It felt like I was getting punkd. What is this place? Property is cool and has so much potential but this seems like a management that doesn't give a flying monkey. Staff who checked us in was really sweet, but nobody was to be found in the morning. What a waste of money
It’s fine
I liked the property for the price. I don't think any better place can be found with their affordable price.
Timely pick up.
Rooms are big however we had cockroaches in the room I was staying at.
Staff is great!
Location
Ran out of milk. Old property. Room smelled like Bug spray. No pool or exercise room
breakfast was from 7-10. At 8o clock they were out of several items and said they didn't have anymore to restock. No coffee refilled as well. Nobody answered the phone when we tried to arrange a ride back from drop off point so we ubered instead. No Room service on our first nights stay, not even taking the garbage away.
Staff was very kind and helpful; however, the room had a broken fridge handle, broken stove, no regular coffee and no ice bucket.
It was convenient for me as they have airport shuttle and breakfast included (which was really good). I definitely recommend it and would go back anytime.
Should not be listed as a property. Dirty smelly and gross
I will definitely stay here again! Staff was amazing and free transportation to and from the airport! Breakfast was amazing!
Breakfast was minimal. Would have enjoy more variety but what was there was good.
Not enough variety
No one answered the phone to get the shuttle from the airport. After 10 rings, it was answered and I was put on hold. Took over an hour to finally get the shuttle ride to the hotel. Unprofessional screeching when the phone was answered. I would never stay here again.
I’ve been staying at LarkSpur Landing Renton and Bellevue for the last 10yrs. First time I’ve been disappointed. Dirty, moldy smell, run down
The TV News stations and some of the tv shows seemed tailored more for the right wing type people. Had copies of EPOCH Times in the lobby too, which is labeled right wing. When asked why they only showed those news stations and tv shows, I was told it was their corporate office that determined the stations provided. Just seemed very weird to me that a hotel will promote something so tailored to a specific group of people only and not for everyone.
The staff was super nice and I was very surprised for the price and how nice the room was, it is an older hotel but it was a very clean hotel. My only complaint I have is that it’s also a place where people live longer than a one night stay and right next to the door was a little seating area, where they all sat and smoked. That was rough to walk past, but that was my only complaint.
there was roaches in the room
Hotel needs updated. Other than that it was nice.
Air conditioners didnt work and rooms smelled
Our first stay in April, we checked in and our door key didn’t work. So they moved us to a small room due to no availability. I ended up getting charged for the original room and the one with a working door, BOTH rooms. The desk clerk said they couldn’t do anything about it because I booked with a 3rd party. I was too exhausted to fight it, having twin seniors in high school and a senior at UW graduating… a busy time. I payed the double charge and gave them a 2nd chance in June for my daughter’s graduation from UW, for which there was 60k in Seattle for that event and for a World Cup event which booked all hotels within a large radius of the city. I made 2 reservations. One of my kids stayed with her friend so my son and I had a smaller room and I got a bigger room with my 2nd reservation to accommodate my daughter. I called the hotel directly to make sure I wouldn’t get double charged again for 3rd party booking. Called 1st time for rates, 2nd time to book and 3rd time because I forgot to give my C.Card #. 3rd call, the lady was annoyed with me and in a rude way said, “I already emailed you your confirmations ma’am.” Checked in Thurs - Friday nite, no problem. Saturday we braved all the people, traffic dinners and traveling around UW, we picked up my daughter up north. After making it back to Renton and picking up some items at the landing and Fred Meyer it was 10:30 pm before we got back to the hotel. Exhausted, I started bawling when they told me and my family that they cancelled our 2nd reservation!! There were no other places… after the manager stopped blaming me, saying I didn’t leave a card on file (their reason for canceling me) she told me there was a room 4 miles away and I better call and leave quick before it gets snatched up due to all the events in Seattle. The clerk says, “well since you have that prior issue too, I won’t CHARGE YOU FOR TONIGHT.” I thought what the heck? You DID have my card on file. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THEM CANCELLING MY RESERVATION without my knowledge!!! I asked why they didn’t call and let me know they un-did my reservation they made with me and confirmed…. I began to pull up my email confirmation. Right then she said “you should have known we sent you an email.” Like I am checking my email during my vacation and my daughter’s graduation and spending time with family I haven’t seen in 20 years. Plus I already had a confirmed reservation. So basically they made the reservation and then un-made it, and gave my room to someone else. Homeless in Seattle and tired, we contemplated driving home over 2 mountain passes in the middle of the night. We ended up all piling into my daughter and son in laws room and slept on the floor. I was floored that they were mad at me for Larkspur canceling my reservation that I had secured. And they were still going to charge me for the room and they double charged me (and didn’t downgrade the price to the downgraded room) for THEIR room door lock being broken My advice if you HAVE to stay here is to call the front desk for your reservations. Then if you stay more than 1 night, make sure every morning that they aren’t going to charge you for your reservation that they unmade. Larkspur must make a killing cancelling people, charging them anyway and giving the room to someone else and THEY charge them too!! We stay across the lot at Hilton now because this place gave me hotel PTSD. Seriously!! And I am an easy customer!! Tip housekeeping clean my own room don’t ask for anything extra…
