Sonesta Select Seattle Renton Suites

Breakfast on two mornings was very good, including hot eggs and sausage, waffle maker, etc... as good as any hotel we have been to. The hotel was clean and modern. Room was comfortable. EV charger on site was fast enough to charge our car overnight.

We were VERY disappointed that the indoor pool was closed, since that was the deciding factor for choosing this hotel. We were very surprised to be charged for parking, but this charge was eventually cancelled after complaining. It is a long hotel, so if you have mobility issues, request a room near the front desk elevator.

Staff was very nice and things were very clean. Our room was nice.

There was construction on the on the floor above us and they started very early at 7am. Which my family are not early risers. They key cards kept not working. The indoor pool wasnt open for use. We were going to get a discount but they couldn't give us one because we booked through booking and when I tried to connect with booking customers service they never got back to me.

Comfortable bed and nice room

Staff that lied about the availability of a shuttle, then lied again when I called back, then lied again on the third opportunity just before telling me I should call their shuttle driver directly (completely trying to take themselves out of the screw up)

Room was set up well. The listing makes it look like parking is available on site. Which then leads a person to believe it is free, like any other hotel of this style. No, it's not. No other parking option except their lot and they charge an additional $10 per night at check in. Crazy! Bait and Switch.

Charging $10 per night for a parking spot when the lot is the only option. Bait and Switch. No mention of this additional cost until you dig further into the facility offerings. Free wifi, free breakfast, free pool. But if you want to park the car that you had to use to get there, that will cost you!

Breakfast was very good! Need to put a sweetener and butter container near the oatmeal. Overall, very nice

The location was very convenient to my meeting.

The room is tired looking, not particularly clean and the lighting too dim.

It was good

Cleaning of room

Nice area and convenient for going to other places

My hotel room was too much of a walk

staff good. facilities clean

Room had obviously been smoked in. Air conditioner so noisy had to turn it off to sleep then room very warm. Poor sleep. $10/night parking charge is a bad policy for a basic hotel brand not in a downtown core. This is a cash grab.

Great beds and good locations

Was being renovated and clearly areas where unfinished

Staff was very friendly, location was good

There were ants in the bathroom.

I wanted somewhere clean and efficient with a reliable shuttle for a very early start. Perfect for my needs.

I initially booked the room for just myself, so I didn't pay much attention to the details on the sofa bed. I was surprised it was just a sofa big enough to sleep on instead of a pull-out hide-a-bed. But, it worked!

Location is central to everything. Shuttle to airport timely. Staff were wonderful. Nice variety at breakfast.

Maid service every 3 days, but had to hunt them down. Teeny-tiny pool.

All was good, especially appreciated the shuttle ride to the airport in order to reach the light rail station.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms and spaces, even during construction! Nice variety at breakfast. Airport shuttle easy to schedule, and is on time.

Maid service every 3 days, but I had to hunt them down. Teeny-tiny pool.

Comfy beds. Clean room. Friendly staff. Good location for heading to ONP.

I slipped in the shower because there was no non-skid mat in the tub. You need non-skid mats before someone gets hurt.

Construction was going on and was supposed to be done at 5pm but was still working at 6pm very loud from 4th floor.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and professional and welcoming to the hotel! Well done! We will return in the near future!

We are satisfied with our overall experience!

Room was nice, breakfast was ok but always the same. Location is good.

The sink was leaking (they fixed it) and there were some ants around kitchen, otherwise room was just fine.

Clean with breakfast and airport shuttle

Breakfast area is crowded

Free shuttle and close to airport

There are no restaurants or eateries close by. Sonesta only offers frozen dinner/lite snacks/protein bars. One has to take Uber to get some decent meal.

Very convenient for Seattle Tacoma and rainier

My room wasn’t in a good location, had to walk to the end or use stairs

Location good to get the bus into town, near parkrun :-)

Swimming pool wasn’t the warmest

Airconditioning in room. Breakfast.

Checkin time was too late. 4pm. Carpet in room was bit sticky.

À 10 minutes de l aéroport, spacieux, confortable, propre, bien équipé, silencieux

Breakfast was great!

Location for our purposes

Food at breakfast could be at hotter

Breakfast was nice. It seemed like there was a lot of little kids in the scramble area. I felt for the attendant.

I booked a King size room. It was large and clean, complete with a comfy couch, large flat screen tv, desk/work area and small fridge. The bathroom was large and clean. We appreciated the free airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Good breakfast! The staff was super friendly and responded quickly if there were any issues. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

We thought the indoor pool could have been a bit warmer. We would have gone swimming, but it was just too chilly for us. It’s too bad you don’t have a few more restaurants in the area.

It is clean, location is perfect. Breakfast was good.

We booked for 3 adults on a king suite room. We were expecting that the sofa was ready. We had to convert the sofa into another bed. There were extra fitted sheets and blankets in the room but didnot fit. The front desk gave us a king fitted sheet. It was also not mentioned on the booking the additional 10$ per night parking fee.

The breakfast was very good, with many choices. The room was clean and roomy, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was in the middle of an industrial area away from all restaurants and anything entertaining. We had to walk to different areas before we could get to a bus stop. There was not a restaurant in the hotel which made it difficult to get food. The swimming pool was very narrow and not very long and only 3 ft deep. We could not swim because there were children in the pool.

Hotel room was a good size and clean.

Pool was small and water was cold.

It was clean and nice. The front desk attendant was amazing

It was expensive

It was clean and spacious. The front desk lady (I think I heard someone call her Stacy?) was so kind, warm and full of joy. She was so pleasant when typically most people act like they hate their jobs. It was refreshing. She even got us checked in early so we didn’t have to sit in the lobby for 4 hours until check in.

Nothing

The property was clean, reasonably priced and the room was spacious.

Cleaning the room was only done if you request it 24 hours in advance.

La posizione perfetta per raggiungere Seattle Tacoma.

Great value, bathroom was roomy and clean and, most important to me, the bed was comfortable (not soft and lumpy)!

My room had a slight musty odor to it and the carpet in the little kitchen area felt damp (room 306).

Great location, quiet even next to the highway. Amazing breakfast spread. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

You have to request for your room to be serviced, they do not check unless asked.

Gute logistische Anbindung an Freeways. Gleichwohl ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksamer Frühstückservice.

Breakfast was excellent, especially with no additional charge. There was lots of variety and the quality was above average and there were different items daily.

Shuttle to the Cruise ports would have been nice, even if there was an additional charge. The shuttles also don't pick up there. I had to take the free shuttle back to the airport and get a shuttle to the Cruise terminal from there. The free airport shuttle was a nice perk though and that affected my choice of this hotel.

The staff were amazing! Extremely helpful. Transportation from the airport was great. Great breakfast!

Ok where the location was waited the day before to book it and actually got a better deal

Too many kids running around late at night

The room was quiet, comfortable & clean. It definitely was a good value. We had to leave at 3 am to return the rental car and get to the airport. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast or the exercise equipment although the facilities looked like it would be a nice experience. The hotel was close to the freeway, so we could get to the rental car return and the airport with very little fuss.

The 4 pm check-in time was a little inconvenient and I was surprised to have to pay for parking. I only travel to the West coast once a year to see my family, so new things sometimes pop up. We fueled up the rental car and took a nap until we could check into the room. The fact that we were at the end of our week-long visit to Washington probably had something to do with the inconvenience on our part.

Very clean

Great shower, nice large room. Staff was great and breakfast was nice

Sehr großes Zimmer

Was clean, nice quiet hotel.

Not alot of restaurants close

Noisy guest upstairs

The staff is really nice. They have a free shuttle is reliable. You can them after you arrive the ride share area.

It doesn't seem like there's anything around to pick up dinner or lunch close by.

Wonderful breakfast...And being able to leave our car during our trip

Nothing at all

Great staff! Really helpful before arrival, with quick replies via booking messaging when asked about airport shuttle. Great value - big room with sofa, office table, office chair, microwave. Didn't use the gym or pool. Breakfast also included!

Property was clean and close to the airport. Shuttle bus service was available back and forth to get to mass transit Daily breakfast was available. A lot of choices

space of the room, hot breakfast, and cleanliness. Free parking and 25 minutes from downtown

configuration of room need to fix for the 2 bed toom. Some front desk employess dont care about get coffe and hot water availble even is part of the ameenities offe, Some said " dont time for that"

Good breakfast, parking

None
