Bed was horrible Only four flat pillows AC barely went below 66 Not traveler friendly Shower didn’t get hotter than slightly past lukewarm
Restaurant and bar menus, comfortable room, good elevator system, great outdoor bar space.
Very few spaces for small family gathering of 5 or 6 people in the common areas, We liked the bars but they closed too early.
Hotel seemed to be extremely understaffed. The property and rooms are very clean which is nice. I was apparently one of the few in my large group that had the unfortunate luck of a room with a shower curtain. Very few amenities in the room- no shower cap. Housekeeping was great and very responsive. No recognition of status and when tried to change to a king bed was fold it would be $50 a night extra. Restaurants and bars understaffed so service took quite awhile. Food was good but menus need to be expanded since there aren’t many options. Rooms are very dark but this is my 3rd Hyatt in 3 months and that seems to be pretty consistent. I don’t understand why!
Staff all friendly. Great location and room. Very comfortable and good food options Brilliant place to stay to recover from flight UK to Seattle.
Some noise from outside. Windows could have been cleaner on outside
We were dropping people off at Seattle airport late at night so we booked a hotel close to airport. What an unexpected wonderful surprise this hotel was. Beautiful location , great new hotel with lots of amenities and great walking paths We will stay again
Amazing waterfront experience and hotel. Would highly recommend for family or business stay! Was an amazing father son get away and the view from the outdoor deck and restaurant was amazing.
We recently attended a beautiful and memorable wedding at this venue. The location is lovely, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations. If you are considering hosting an event here, I would strongly recommend carefully considering the quality of service before making your decision. 1) Inspite asking there was no one to help with the bags 2) they claimed not to have staff for cleaning services 3) they charged me for valet parking when I did not have the car - they refunded it when I saw the receipt And this list can go on and on
Our go-to staycation in Seattle. Beautiful hotel. Wonderful pool, steam room, hot tub and even better service. Such a great area with lots to do. On site Spa is terrific. 10/10 book now.
Had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The resort-like atmosphere made it such a relaxing escape right by the water. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and scenic getaway. Looking forward to returning
August is a time of pleasant, cool, and peaceful weather. The long daylight hours are perfect for relaxation. I hope you will be just as impressed as I am.
Absolutely amazing hotel with a beautiful setting! Great food with beautiful bar. Room was stunning and clean! Couldn't have picked a better place for our Conference
Great venue for a wedding. The staff is amazing but the Restaurant market needs a lot of improvement beside that amazing place.
Excellent stay. Front desk, Gage, was incredibly helpful. Our room with terrace overlooking the water was spectacular. Will return!
Normally I check things like this but I was tired. I showered pulled sheets back and checked bedding and fell asleep and I woke up to 3 pillows that looked like this. My hair is blonde braids no red dyes so you can imagine why I was freaked out. I immediately call front desk and housekeeping and requested that they come and look at it. It was like 7am the housekeeping manager George/Jorge advised to come. Never showed up instead sent someone to come change out the pillow cases. I asked her (Tui) what was she there for she advised her manager sent her to change sheets and pillow cases. I said no they need to see it she took pictures with her phone and changed the pillow cases only and left. I didn't matter I was checking out today. It was around 9am still now housekeeping manager or front desk manager came to room. I took pictures and got dressed and went front desk to express concern. Spoke with Christopher that asked if housekeeping manager ever show up I advised no not for over 2 hours now. He then advised that they were sold out and understaffed. Not sure how this is a problem of mine when you just billed me $400 + dollars for one night stay and dinner (grilled prawns and salad) because everything else was sent back bread was a black I mean burnt sent back and return with rolls that were a brick as well. I tapped it on the plate for the waiter he apologized and the crab cake was grainy and I was advised they are gluten free but grainy as it they made with some batter. So couldn't go wrong with salad. Order breakfast to go. Charged 18% gratuity on receipt as service fee. Host kept coming back with gloves on from kitchen when he brought I my food. Check it and missing $14 fruit and also bagel that comes with food and to wait for this host went back in kitchen to get it. Understaff here host helping in kitchen preparing the food, seating table and manning front. Went back to front desk to get check out receipt and advised that they couldn't provide until after investigation of bedding and overall service. Christopher gave me a card to text with photos, I had to leave so I sent text photos. Received a response of advising as a gesture of good will 10,000 point this isn't enough point to accommodate the stat that was charge this doesn't event include the service. I inquire back and advised this and was told sorry it doesn't meet your standards or expectation. I just wanted to see what it would cost to book another not stay and the minimum point are 20,000. Horrible service and hotel could care less about experience and advised incident will be used for training.
Clean and great area. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was fantastic. We booked through Costco and will definitely book it again
Wonderful location with the best views and friendly staff — makes traveling for work fun! Spa services are always a delight, too.
Beautiful resort, breakfast at waters table overlooking the lake was great. Housekeeping was spotty and didnt empty the trash. I was hopeful for some upgrade having used a guest of honor award, but was initially given a downgrade to a regular room with a lakeview before being moved back into the regular suite i reserved. I checked online and there looked to atleast be one lakeview suite available.
Beautiful layout. The dock has a fantastic view. Just far enough from downtown Seattle to enjoy both worlds. We opted to forego Seattle just to stay at the hotel.
Fun amenities outside the hotel and had a nice pool and hot tub, and beautiful Lake Washington surroundings but unfortunately the level of noise level at the hotel was a major negative. This hotel needs soundproofing being next to the Boeing factory, we heard banging, clanging and forklifts all night long. Noisiest hotel I've ever been to, and when it comes to getting a good night rest, we did not get it. The rooms are quite expensive as well and TV options are bleak. The souless rooms were not dirty exactly, but a bit shabby, with no homey or comfy touches nor artwork/decor, and the sheets had a little holes all over in them. The family rooms however are great, worked well with our family of five.
Beautiful location and views, amazing modern hotel, gorgeous rooms, friendly employees, great amenities and gym, awesome restaurant.
This hotel was the perfect final stop on our 9-day vacation! It was spacious, well laid out, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had views to the garden, and some to the lake. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We also enjoyed the amenities and dining along the lakeside. Great stay!
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The check-in and check-out process was quick, easy, and hassle-free, making our trip even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself was spotless. Our room was exceptionally clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. The amenities were amazing, and there was something for everyone in our family. Our kids absolutely loved the hotel and had so much fun throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the complimentary perks and activities offered to guests—it really made us feel appreciated. One of our favorite memories was gathering around the fire to make s’mores, which was such a fun experience for the whole family. Beyond the hotel, there was so much to see and do in the surrounding area, so we were never short on activities. The lake offered breathtaking views and provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the outstanding amenities, beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and family-friendly atmosphere, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!
Love the location and how close to the water front
I booked lake view room, but when I checked in the room my room was behind 2 buildings on each side and only partial lake view. If I knew that was the case I would just book a different room it would been much cheaper.
Great location, views, service. Highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Affordable rates, clean rooms, and location and amenities were top-notch
This is a beautiful hotel with a horrible corporate culture and environment. The hotel was loud with many drunken conference attendees. The staff were rude and dismissive and service was slow even by millennial standards.
Spectacular hotel, view and amenities!! Great food. The outdoor area is a total vibe, although you can't have drinks outside the restaurant on their amazing deck. Other than that, it's fantastic.
Parking was so easy considering the surroundings. The area was just beautiful.
Great property on Washington Lake. The room was a good size and had a modern look. Beautiful location on the lake. We enjoyed the gym and indoor pool during our one night stay. There is a Peloton bike in the gym, so I received 100 World of Hyatt points for my work out. For guests with small kids there was a great park adjacent to the hotel. Our son also liked the view of the planes at the Boeing factory next door. We appreciated the free parking and complimentary coffee in the Market in the morning. Only negative was that we weren’t on property from 6 to 8pm to receive the complimentary s’mores kit or the happy hour drink at the bar.
I have been a fan of this hotel since it opened and I am always pleased when I have the opportunity to stay there. The staff is always gracious and welcoming. The hotel location is fabulous and is in great condition.
This hotel is gorgeous. Rooms were brand new. Right on the water. Amazing gym. Reasonable location near SEA. Friendly staff. had booked it just to use an award night near the airport but I would welcome any opportunity to return.
Staff are above and beyond accommodating and the "free" activities provided with the tourist tax were great (smores, free drink). The playground is also huge and really nice.
Wonderful experience. Great hotel and great people. Right by the lake can ask for a better spot. Siti at the front desk was amazing and took great care of us.
Hyatt Regency on Lake Washington is a beautiful hotel! Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the lake. It was convenient to have a Starbucks in the lobby, the dinner at Water's Table was delicious, and the vibe on the outside patio (Dock and Drink) was upbeat and fun. The hotel being in Renton kept us away from the craziness of the World Cup going on in the city, and was only a 25 minute drive into Seattle.
My wedding day was ruined because they didn’t let the designer in prior to our arrival on a prepaid room! Spa day was canceled same day. Just unreal
Unfortunately had random charges added to my stay without request post my check out, please do keep an eye and check if anything was charged before check out.
beautiful hotel with amazing views. stayed here prior to my flight out of seattle and i love the free parking, free wine/beer, and complimentary smores kit. the pool and hot tub was exactly what i needed to unwind prior to my flight
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and because we love Hyatt. This ended up to be an amazing retreat even though we had to work remotely while there. We had a lake view suite and WOW-the view was incredible. The proximity to a walking path was so easy to use with the short time we had there. We'll be back!
High light of the hotel is the amazing staff, their service and presence of mind helps forget minor mistakes that may happen.
We had a great stay at the Hyatt in Renton. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the waterfront views were amazing. There was plenty of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the scenery. One of the fun surprises was the floating pickleball court. It was entertaining to watch throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the wings at The Dock, which were excellent. I appreciated being able to order food and drinks from The Market by scanning the QR code in the room. It was a convenient option after a long day. The location was great as well. There is a nice park right next door, and it is within walking distance of Topgolf, restaurants, and stores. Overall, it was a relaxing stay in a beautiful location. We would definitely come back.
The food was delicious, though a bit overpriced in the bar. Banquet catering for the meeting had variety and was really good! Banquet staff were pleasant, professional and very efficient. The suite was spacious with a comfortable bed. I was disappointed that the blackout shade in the bedroom was stuck before I got there, and not fixed during my three-day stay. Nearly all staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, and all of the spaces I encountered - sleeping room, meeting spaces and restaurants - were very clean.
Great rooms. Great views. Room was super clean. Lakeview suite was amazing. Staff is very attentive. The area is beautiful.
One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. The best customer service I have ever had, rooms were clean, food was great and the service was outstanding.
Beautiful hotel with great location on the lake. Spacious, clean, friendly staff, only good things to report. Recommend for both busines and leasure
Wonderful location. Excellent customer service. The rooms were very clean and organized.
The beds and pillows are very hard.
As Seattle residents, we love visiting this hotel because it feels like an escape even though it's only a short drive away. The lake view is so peaceful and now visiting with kids it's awesome having the Gene Coulon a short walk away with play structures for kids of all ages. The rooms are beautiful, functional and the service excellent.
They didn’t schedule us properly for our spa treatments so we didn’t end up getting them. No way to rebook before we had to leave. The whole trip was for that purpose so it was kind of a waste. No one around in the spa to interact with and get help. They do have a nice big hot tub in the pool area so that’s the only plus.
incredible place, the views and the staff are the best of the best. I almost feel like im visiting home each time I stay, I love it!
View, s’mores, bicycles. Ease of the parking garage.
More blankets and towels
Location, view, parking, staff, proximity to food and entertainment
The view from the hotel room overlooking the lake.
Resort fee was doubly charged. The room was not ready even after the checkin time. Accessiblity info was incorrect. Checkin staff was not customer friendly.
Jasmine at the front desk, along with several other staff members, was exceptionally professional, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. Jasmine in particular went above and beyond, including giving my disabled brother a small toy that he loved. That kindness meant a great deal to us, and she is a tremendous asset to your organization. The only negative part of the stay was the young woman with long dark hair working the loyalty program check-in area. She was extremely rude, condescending, unhelpful, and at times almost hostile, which stood in sharp contrast to the rest of the staff. Overall, Jasmine and the broader team made the stay a very positive one, and I’m grateful for the care and professionalism they showed.
Beautiful location!!! Close to airport. The room was comfortable and quiet. Good food. Great venue for wedding or ? I can't wait to go back.
I think you already know that the menu and food are not as spectacular as the hotel and amenities. Service was excellent, but the execution of the food and menu choices could use a refresh. I will be back soon for work, and if it's the same, I would probably eat somewhere else.
Beautiful hotel and location. Nice walking trail around the lake. Lots of eagles and other birds to watch. Hope to visit again with my husband.
What a surprising nice hotel located in Renton and just minutes away from SeaTac. The food at Water’s Table is actually delicious! We started coming here as a stopover for flights out of SeaTac but now we actually look forward to visiting and consider it the start of our vacation.
Great location, amazing property, very clean rooms and friendly staff. We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. You can see amazing sunsets and there are lots of great restaurants nearby.
This hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms felt fresh and spotless, the interiors are beautifully designed, and the views of Lake Washington are truly breathtaking. Every team member I encountered was gracious, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The location is another major plus—less than a 15‑minute drive from the airport. I was visiting on a business trip, and the short commute was welcome after a six‑hour flight. Photos on the website don’t do this property justice; it’s even more pristine and beautiful in person.
Wonderful hospitality. "Chris Amnan" is a wonderful guest host. Thank you Chris for the surprise welcome drinks and snacks. and with helping with the room change.
Excellent
Everything
Beautiful hotel and setting on Lake Washington. Very clean and modern hotel Would stay here again. Bed was very comfy, walk in shower.
Beautiful location overlooking the lake, right across from the Landing which has several restaurants and retail stores for easy walkable access. At least 20-30 mins away from the city which was perfect for us. And we lucked out because it was sunny.
Great hotel with nice resturant and coffee shop..
One of my favorite hotels. I rate very high on Service and Resort Quality. Service always holds very high standard. The property is top tier in location and room quality.
this is a beautiful hotel and the staff is so friendly and accommodating I will definitely return. Beautiful accomodations and friendly staff
Great location, right on the water. looking at the lake and landscape is so relaxing. Still a very modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Very good food and beverage options.
I didn't expect this hotel to have so many activities and a great lake front experience. The pool was great. Front desk and bartender also provided excellent service. Lovely hotel. Comfortable bed.
I booked the hotel which includes 2 people breakfast but they charge me! Sad!
A hidden gem on Lake Washington! Five star service, beautiful hotel property, lake views and excellent food. Here for business conference but would go back for vacation.
Beautiful location on the lake with walking trail along the shore. There is a Ivars on the lake shore a 10 minute walk away also Southport deli with wonderful banh mi sandwiches less then a minute walk away. The parking garage was easy to use and navigate. Had the best dungeness crab benedict and my granddaughter had a wonderful steak and eggs at the Hyatt's Water Table restaurant with a window view of the lake.
Fabulous hotel, gorgeous location and just feels elevated when you walk into the lobby, this was our 2nd time visiting. The valet was on it as soon as we arrived and our car was easy to retrieve. Front desk was welcoming and took great care of us, storing our luggage until our room was ready and sharing all the little things about the hotel (they have free wine tasting). The corner waterfront room with an amazing view was perfect, we definitely splurged but it was comfortable, clean and had the extra feel (spacious bathroom with a deep tub) - except for robes, that would have been nice to have. The fitness room is above average with a view of the water from the treadmills and bonus steam rooms in the changing rooms, so fantastic. The location has a lot to offer with a cinema, top golf and great food all within walking distance or a quick drive around the corner. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back again to enjoy it, we felt spoiled.
One of my very favorite places to stay in Seattle. Set in a calm area. Although there are often huge events, you don’t hear the crowd from the room.
This hotel never disappoints! We've been staying at this hotel a few times a year for the past couple of year and never once disappointed at all. Rooms are huge, staff are all friendly (especially Gage at front desk!) and the facilities are very well maintained. Parking is complimentary on the weekends so that is a big plus!
Perfect
Perfect
We've visited this hotel several times over the past few years and it's become our home away from home while visiting family in the area. The location is absolutely perfect, with the park next door and the lake out the back door. It's also within walking distance of a great shopping area, bars, and restaurants. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and ready to assist you at all times. Rooms are well appointed, with plenty of space to get comfortable and the restaurants are definitely worth visiting. Highly recommend staying here.
Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport is a very high end and welcoming place. The hotel is located right on the lake. It is super nice and clean. All the team members were very friendly and helpful. The lake view from the room was beautiful. The food was super delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.
They charged my incidentals twice and I’m still waiting for the refund 8 days later.
The location is beautiful.
The furniture inside the hotel all had stains on them and they were very dirty. The members room was closed and it’s our favorite part about the stay. The some of the front desk employees were so rude.
This is a beautiful hotel on Lake Washington. My room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was attentive. Excellent food and drinks in the restaurant with a gorgeous view over the lake.
The room was quite big enough with excellent view of the lake
Extra hidden charges like destination fee, which should be included in the room price.
Hyatt Southport is a gorgeous property for business or personal travel. impeccable condition, great rooms, fantastic hotel gym, and good location for this area of Seattle. Plethora of things to do within walking distance, and the property itself is a gem.
The hotel facilities are fine not outstanding and the location is great. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant is extremely subpar. Slow and definitely understaffed- One waiter Zach running around getting things done while a white haired waiter stood around - not hosting and not waiting just ‘existing’. If you see guests waiting for a table or your colleagues running around the least you can do is offer to help! Definitely not a place to stay and eat if you have places to go. Hotel was definitely nicer when they had the lounge and people could get their own breakfast. Overall quantity of food at breakfast is good but quality lacking- the lounge allowed for an easy quick breakfast - and quality Of what you could get was 100% better. Hyatt Regency Bellevue definitely a better overall choice -
Beautiful new hotel on the lake.
The rooms are clean as usual. Front desk staff always willing to help. Overall a great experience. We will come back again!
Really lovely hotel, great service and exceeded expectations - close to work (Boeing) and many eateries and shopping.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt for a business retreat with the NAACP, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service was professional, attentive, and seamless which is exactly what you need when hosting or attending high-level convenings. The space was well-suited for focused work and meaningful connection, with comfortable accommodations and a calm, elevated atmosphere that supported both productivity and restoration. Staff were responsive and respectful of our needs, which made a real difference for a mission-driven retreat. Hyatt continues to be my go-to for business travel and retreats. Consistent quality, thoughtful service, and an environment that honors both the work and the people doing it.
This stay included my colleagues and everyone was very pleased with their rooms and the exceptional service. We all enjoyed our spaces and the views. You anticipated my need for clean extra towels! The meeting room, restaurant service and ambience were all excellent. Thank you for your customer obsession!
Always a seamless easy process staying at this location. Great service, great facilities, and great location. I will airways stay here when visiting Seattle.
The Hyatt Lake Washington is a beautiful hotel with a perfect location. It is on the water, Coulon Park is a great place to walk and enjoy nature as well as food options. It is also a short walk to The Landing mall, with shops and a movie theater. It is an all inclusive destination hotel.
Great place but one area on concern around pool area. Pool room has an issue: Ventilation: Few kids were opening door since fume in the air was not leaving fast enough. I saw one kid collapsed after opening door to hall way to parking. My family had throat issue after staying there for about 2 hours. Better Ventilation or capable of opening windows needed. Pool Temp should be 3-5 degrees higher to be considered heated for kids. It is shallow side compare to other pools and family friendly. Please increase 3 -5 degree higher instead of bare minimum like YMCA temperature. YMCA or little colder but heated pools typically expected to have regular swim laps but It shouldn't be at hotel's shallow pool.
Really nice hotel and friendly service. Hotel is in good reach of Renton Landing and 737 Factories. Overlooking lake Washington
Fantastic property! Great location with beautiful views of Seattle and Lake Washington. Staff was incredibly helpful and attentive.
First time staying in Seattle area and I am glad I chose this hotel. Wanted a 5 star experience and got it. The location with the views and relaxing atmosphere was just what I wanted, a relaxing getaway with my fiancee. Early November is an ideal time to come to see the fall foliage, and the 2 mile long interpretative trail along the Lake Washington provided magnificent views. Hotel looks impeccable and staff is highly accommodating and courteous. Will stay again!
Very nice, clean and great service. The rooms are comfortable and the view on the Lake is beautiful. The location is great near restaurants and stores.
Amazing get away by Lake Washington, close to Seattle downtown and with the balance of tranquility. I took my wife for a weekend surprise to celebrate our anniversary. Great vibe at the bar and restaurant with amazing view by lake washington
Beautiful hotel on the lake not far from the airport. We ran into some issues in our travels but they were helpful and attentive to us despite some changes. Breakfast at The Water's Table was very nice!
We stayed here for our anniversary and ended up very disappointed. We got a lake-facing corner king room. When booking I requested and “quiet room”, something they offer as an option when booking. All we wanted on this stay was a long sleep in the next morning as that is a luxury for us. But we were woken up at 6am on a Saturday morning by very loud banging as a team was putting together an event tent on the property below. We complained, and we were comped brunch, but it didn't make up for the lost sleep, and the fact we paid someone to to watch our dog so we could pay an expensive hotel to wake us up early on a Saturday. We felt like we should have just stayed home and been able to sleep in longer and saved a ton of money.
Everything was great except the prices of the food at the Market Place. We felt gougedthere paying $16 for a grilled cheese and $17 for a Reuben and neither came with fries, chips or even a pickle.
Beautiful location. Felt super fancy. The staff was absolutely amazing.
Pool was filthy. Hotel had some dirty walls. The pillows were horrible.
