La situación y el personal muy agradable

El piso temblaba probablemente por el tránsito en la calle o por problemas de estructura. Sensación desagradable. Internet era inestable y en algunas partes del departamento no había wifi, en el departamento había Lavavajilla pero ni una tableta, no había un repasador para secar la vajilla, ni una rejilla para limpiar la mesa o un rollo de papel. Tampoco un sobre de té. Había ascensor pero varios escalones para subir. El departamento no se encontraba en el hotel sino en otra dirección en frente. Para una pareja que llega tarde a la noche es decepcionante no contar con un mínimo de detalles de cortesía.

Es war soweit schon okay. Beim Frühstück war alles da und das Personal dort oben war sehr nett und bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Besonders ein Mann, der zwar nicht alle Sprachen spricht, aber genau erratet, was der Kunde gerade braucht und gerne behilflich ist.

Unser Zimmer war zwar nicht klein, aber sehr eng. Derjenige, der im hinteren Bett geschlafen hat, musste beim Rausgehen sehr gut aufpassen, um nicht am Fernseher oder dann am Spiegel anzustoßen. Sehr schade fanden wir, dass obwohl schon bei der Buchung, dann bei jedem Kontakt und selbst nochmal beim Einchecken nicht auf unsere Zimmerwünsche eingegangen wurde. Wir wollten ein Zimmer, das auf den Innenhof rausgeht. Wir haben mehrere solche Zimmer gesehen, die uns sehr gut gefallen haben, nur leider haben wir keines davon bekommen. Uns wurde nur geantwortet, das Hotel liegt halt an der Straße. Allerdings war die Geräuschdämmung sehr gut und wegen der Klimaanlage musste man das Fenster über Nacht auch nicht zwangsläufig öffnen.

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Empfang. Gute Lage, nahe Parksilo und im Zentrum.

Man kann mit dem pkw nur schlecht vor dem Hotel halten. Der Frühstückskaffee.

Parking, you need to use the car park by the bus station, 10 min walk, I found out there were 2 spaces allocated to the hotel where you could drop off and pick up luggage

Nedostaje parking. Morali smo da se parkiramo u garaži kod autobuske stanice (14 evra po danu) i vuč̣emo kofere i stvari. Nije bilo strašno ali nije ni idealno.

O café na recepção não tem a indicação de que é pago já que não tem nada sobre preços. No check out um empregado antipatico abordou-me como se eu pretendesse não pagar o café, que como digo nada sugeria que era pago

Sehr geräumige, schöne saubere Zimmer in zentraler Lage.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, da wir zu viert unterwegs waren und als beliebte Ausstattung eine Bar in den Ausstattungen angeführt ist, und es geplant war als Ausklang am Abend diese gemeinsam zu besuchen. Die Bar ist ein Minikühlschrank im Empfangsbereich und hat uns somit nicht gefallen.

Great location close to train station and 10 minutes walk to Grande Canal. Room was quite large. Good breakfast, comfy beds, late check out. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful when we locked ourselves out!

There is a lot of stairs and the lift landing is between floors so you have to either go down a flight or up a flight of stairs. Lugging bags up and down stairs is not fun!

Washing machines a little noisy in our room, and tea or coffee, kettle etc would have been appreciated. Drinks fridge was for us to keep cool anything that we bought rather than being stocked with a few drinks.

Location was excellent, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom in my room was a bit of a squeeze.

Great location, a big room and while clean was a tad shabby. The hot water took ages to kick in for a shower. Clean, bright breakfast room with friendly hard working staff. Lovely choice of food and reasonably priced foo.

When you walk into a hotel and are polite and cheerful you expect the same, whether English is the staff's first language or not. The person was terse, unfriendly and examined our passports like a former East German guard. No excuse for this. Clearly a smile costs extra. It is what it is, a somewhat overpriced hotel in a brilliant location.

Excellent location short walk from train station & close to main square with plenty restaurants, bars & shops. Basic hotel , double room confortable & clean with no frills. Staff pleasant.

Optimale Lage mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Sehr gutes Frühstück, blitzsauber, nette Atmosphäre. Ich kann das Hotel Roma sehr empfehlen! Auch wegen des hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses.

Die Zimmer nach vorn sind etwas vom Straßenlärm beeinträchtigt. Meines lag ruhig nach hinten raus, war aber recht dunkel.

Very close to train and bus station. Comfortable bed, nice bedroom interiors. The bedroom feels sufficiently sized.

Just a very minor comment. The reception is not too welcoming, it feels like being at the Post Office. Lack of amenities in the surroundings, but the city centre is at walking distance.

Vicinanza alla stazione permette di visitare la città senzatetto auto, arrivando con il treno. Letto comodo. Buona insonorizzazione.

Un bollitore in camera ormai lo si trova ovunque, suggerisco di metterlo a disposizione nelle camere, spesa minima per massima resa.

But it did not have the facility of a 4 star hotel. I have been to several hotels even 3 stars, and were much better that this hotel.

Dimensione della camera

Ho trovato a terra un paio di calzini degli ospiti precedenti....pulizia assolutamente da migliorare. Il personale potrebbe essere più accogliente e sorridente quando arrivano ospiti. Manca un garage per le moto, o un posto comunque custodito dove parcheggiare il proprio mezzo all'interno della struttura. Esperienza di cercare un parcheggio vicino alla struttura, scaricare i bagagli e ritornare in hotel, purchè sono 5 minuti a piedi con tutti i bagagli, assolitamente da non ripetere. Hotel centrale ma da evitare per i motociclisti.

L'ascensore ferma solo a metà dei piani quindi occorre salire/scendere ogni volta di mezzo piano. E quando si hanno bagagli da portare oppure se si è stanchi non è il massimo. Noi avevamo una camera abbastanza comoda ma... chiusa dalla porta di sicurezza (per intenderci, quelle usate per le fughe, che andava chiusa da fuori)

No handicapped accessible rooms available, and the accessibility lift out of order. Many stairs to reach the elevator and elevator only stops between floors. Awful.

La chambre était spacieuse (grande). La salle de bain était correcte et très propre. Le hall d’accueil charmant et spacieux. Petit déjeuner avec un choix varié et copieux.

L’acoustique car on entendait la machine à café le matin… très dérangeant !! La salle du petit déjeuner trop petit par rapport au nombre de personnes.

L'ascensore ferma ai piani intermedi, quindi bisogna fare alcuni scalini con le valige. Il bagno non era ottimo, quando facevi la doccia (disponibile la vasca) l'acqua usciva allagando lo spazio davanti

Der Frühstücksraum war verschachtelt und klein. Das Frühstück selber nicht erwähnenswert.

Frühstück. Dosenobst. Eier zu Tode gekocht. Den Kaffee hatten wir dann im Cafe über die Straße. Alles in allem keine Freude.

Ho scelto questa struttura per le vacanze per la posizione molto comoda sia dal centro e sia dalla stazione. La reception è sempre aperta e ci lavorano persone cordiali e gentili. Colazione buona e varia. La camera era molto ampia,letti comodi e con tutto l'occorrente.

Unica nota non positiva la doccia..troppo piccola( noi siamo di statura e corporatura normale)

The fact that the lift stopped between floors rather than on the same floor as the rooms making it difficult for guests with mobility issues when pulling cases up and downstairs. Not the friendliest staff.

Les 2 appartements finalement mis à disposition en remplacement des chambres réservées, en raison de l'impossibilité d'accès à la chambre "accessible" réservée

Le monte-escaliers électrique, indispensable pour notre fauteuil roulant, en panne à notre arrivée à la mi-journée, toujours en panne à notre retour le soir. Peu d'efforts du réceptionniste de jour pour résoudre le problème, avant l'arrivée d'un collaborateur qui a finalement trouvé la solution de nous loger ailleurs.

La posizione strategica perché vicino alla stazione e al centro città. Nonostante cio' le camera erano silenziose. Struttura pulita e colazione varia. Un'ottima scelta per chi è di passaggio a Trieste.

I had to check in at one building while my room was located in another, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, no breakfast was offered. I expected a better value for money.

Parcheggio auto un po distante e costoso, per un giorno e mezzo ritirando la macchina 2 volte ho pagato 50 euro, ovviamente con l'hotel non c'entra nulla ma va segnalato, per il resto tutto perfetto

Stanze eccellenti, pulite, staff efficientissimo ed accogliente. Posizione ottima in virtù della vicinanza alla stazione e al Viale XX Settembre. Unica pecca l’aria condizionata centralizzata, ma a tutti gli effetti estremamente marginale ai fini del fantastico soggiorno.

Tiszta, rendezett, nagyon kedves személyzet. Felszereltség elegendő, reggelző helyiség kicsi de minden van benne és felkészültek voltak a gluténérzékenységre is. Elhelyezkedése nekünk tökéletes volt, közelben olcsó fedett parkolóház (igaz nem a hotelhez tartozik), vasútállomás, a belváros pedig néhány perc alatt gyalogosan elérhető volt. Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek.

Der Empfangsportier hat uns nicht gesagt dass wir den Schlüssel beim verlassen des Hauses abgeben müssen Der Nachtportier hat uns dann ziemlich unwirsch darauf hingewiesen Das Frühstück war mager.....warmer Käse und warmer Schinken....nicht gekühlt Das meiste verpackt. .hab schon lange nicht mehr so viel Mist am Frühstückstisch gehabt War zwar alles da.. Obst Gemüse Joghurt.....halt sehr lieblos dargeboten. Das Gebäck....eher hart
