Shower leaked or something but water was all over the floor after a shower. Basin didn’t drain as quick as it should’ve as well as the toilet Food was not good. Seems like it’s not made fresh or prepared long before it’s finished and served or frozen.

I was in room 709, rooms style lacks class and they still using old aircon and the bathtub have rust where the soaps sit and there is crack between the wall bathtub and I didn’t like the quality of towels they can do with new towels

The dinner i had which was the fish tasted weird. Its like it was grilled while still frozen so it was soggy and cold on the inside and didn't taste like grilled fish.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were fairly friendly. Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the stay that fell short.
Check-in: We waited far too long to receive our keys. Drinks: While waiting, I ordered a cocktail and was told they don’t serve cocktails. Later that evening, I noticed cocktails listed on the menu, which was confusing. Room Service: There was no menu in the room, so we had to call reception first, who then contacted the restaurant to send someone with a menu. Noise: Our room was located close to the dining area, and the kitchen staff were extremely noisy early on Sunday morning (between 6 and 7), which disrupted our rest. Curtains: The small window let in a lot of light, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast: The buffet offered a wide selection, but unfortunately the food was served extremely cold. Overall, while the accommodation itself was pleasant, the service inconsistencies and lack of attention to detail made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

The service was below expectations: my food (dinner) order took over an hour to arrive, with no updates or communication in the meantime. Additionally, room service cleaned the room before my check-out time, during which my phone was taken to reception. This caused significant discomfort and inconvenience.
