الفندق في منطقة هادئة وقريب منها سوبر ماركت 7/11 والموظفين جدا متعاونين ومحترمين وكانت رحلتي للعودة متاخرة وطلبت منهم يمددوا لي فترة الاقامة والفطور جيد ومتنوع والغرف نظيفة وواسعة والفندق مرقعه على البحر مباشرة

صراحة كل شي كان ممتاز ورائع

المنطقه هاديه والبحر فيها حلو وترابي وليس صخري قريبه منها سوبر ماركت وصيدليه واجهزه صرافه تقدر تروح لها مشي تبعد اقل من دقيقه عن الفندق الفندق مناسب للعوائل والي يحب يبعد عن الازعاج الافطار حلو ومناسب للمسلمين

Great location on the beach

استغرب تقييمه المنخفض نوعا ما .. مرافق رائعه على شاطىء بانغ تاو مباشرة .. ومسابح الفندق روعه اكل المطعم مميز وفطوره مانوع وموظفين خدومين

هو ليس عيب او شي لكن سلبيه خفيفه بعده عن الباتونغ لكنه فندق مميز جدا وفيه مل ما يطلبه السائح

Everything excellent

Great resort with direct access to the beach. Rooms are spacious and breakfast has a great selection. If you are going with kids, there is a kids club which my son really enjoyed. Sunsets are beautiful, however waves can be a bit strong in the area.

Water slides are a bit outdated; some rooms were going through renovations so make sure you get a room not next to the construction.

Good breakfast

Managers of the property did not really go out of their way to assist. Even to get room cleaned would have to ask multiple times. Big groups get preferential treatment so good if your going in a big group. Kids club 2 hour max at a time, kids club is also very small. Construction basically happening most of the trip.

Very nice hotel only problem bedsheets pillows etc too thick and lights in room too dim and when light is switched of the console is not light up so difficult to find the switches. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Loved the easy access to the beach and convenient stores

Wouldnt come back here. 1. The customer service in the restaurant was very poor, the staff was rude, scolded us and was annoyed by simple requests. 2. The toilet in the room was clogged throughout our stay. 3. Food was expensive and wasnt good, street food tasted much better. 4. The doors can open despite being locked from the inside. Unsafe for kids as they can simply open the door and we would be unaware if we were sleeping or in the washroom. The change of locks were being done throughout our stay which cause sound and other disruptions. 5. The front desk were not really welcoming and the check in and out took abit of time.

A lot of space, swimming pools and direct access to the beach. Restaurant was good with many choices on the menu. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location and right on a beautiful beach

The mattress was rock hard. Unbearably hard. I sleep a firm mattress at home but this was like sleeping on wood. They put a comforter on top of the mattress for me that softened it, but it was still extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I booked a room with a king bed and they had pushed the beds together and it was noticeable that they had done so with a reach in the middle and the mattresses felt different too

لايوجد اصنصير او مصعد لخدمه النزلاء لم يتفهم الاستقبال وضعي عندما وضحت له انه يتم خدمة الغرف بشحن وقدره 500 بات مجانا وتم خصمها من قيمة مبلغ التأمين لديهم كيف يتم خصم مبلغ الشحن المجاني من قيمة التأمين حاولت توضيح ذلك ولكن دون جدوى وذهبت وتركتهم كما ان موظفه الاستقبال لم تكن تعلم انه يوجد شحن مجاني للنزلاء بقيمة 500 بات لكل غرفه وطالبت بمبلغ اكثر وعند توضيح ذلك قامت بالتشييك على الحجز وذكرت نعم وهو كذلك لماذا لم تنتبه لهذا المتطلب

No elevator

Staff was really nice. Even though their breakfast did not have warm vegetarian food, they were able to make it separately for us on all days. The pool, room space and customer service were all good. Overall 4.25 star hotel not 5 star as advertised.

breakast offerings were limited espcially for vegetarians. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortble, but not premium as I originally expected.

The property has good connectivity and close to beach and markets.

The garden view room didn’t have any view of the garden and was facing a construction site next to the property.

Lovely property attached to the beach. Breakfast was adequate although it was the same option every other day.

Travelling with kids and elderly parents we picked the best room available i.e. the Andaman Suite however was very disappointed to learn that it was on the 2nd floor with NO ELEVATOR to travel up and down. This was a big challenge with 2 little ones and older parents. Moving to other alternatives would have meant downgrading with no compensation and with the amount we paid for the room; the other options didn't seem worth it. This should be noted on the website somewhere for families to consider before booking their stay. For the price paid for a 2 Bedroom Suite with "snack kitchen" there was minimal kitchen, kitchenette facilities. They could not provide a microwave in the room which we required for baby bottle sterilization but they did offer the option to use the restaurant microwave. No heating or hot plate devices could be provided. The jacuzzi in the room was not working. The water was leaking from the tap so the tub wouldn't fill up properly. There was also a small leak from the toilet which was kind of gross. No smart TV so couldn't connect to Netflix or Disney.

One of the best places to stay amazing environment for families ,friends or business purposes very respectful personnel and great place to visit at least one's in a life time if you go to thailand phuket you have to check it out

When we arrived we were greeted warmly and had a wonderful staff member Milk. She was professional, efficient and extremely helpful. The resort is very lucky to have her, as she is amazing in offering customer service, definitely retain her and value her contribution to your resorts reputation.

that your free shuttle bus only goes at 2pm to boat avenue and no other times. Our shower head was leaking, but no other dislikes.

Beds are just made and not sheets changed had to call the desk to get bed changed on check in .. stains on the bed from previous customer .. didnt notice until 10pm but they came right away and changed everything.. Just think upon checkout beds should be changed before next people arrive

The hotel has a great location directly on the beach. The beach staff were very kind and helpful, and there were always enough sunbeds available. They also did their best to keep the beach clean, especially after storms.

For a five-star hotel, the rooms did not feel as clean as expected. The air conditioning was very strong and difficult to regulate, so the room was often extremely cold. We also had several lizards in the room. Another issue was the humidity — the room felt very damp, and we could barely open the balcony door because the entire room would immediately fog up and water would start forming on the walls due to the moisture. The pool area also had very limited sunbeds, and the pool itself did not always seem very clean. Breakfast had a good variety overall, but some of the food did not seem completely fresh and many items were cold.

I love the location, the facilities and every member of staff is so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet, lots of options. Food in the Isla restaurant and Nora beach club was amazing every time we ate there

This is my second year staying in Amora and I will be going back again next year. There were a few things this year however that I wasn’t happy about. We had a day of dirty water and a day of no electricity. The water is unforeseen but the power outage was planned but we were not informed about it until we enquired what was going on. If we were told beforehand we could of planned a trip out that day. We had wasps coming in through the vent in the bathroom if it wasn’t left turned on. As a result we had to leave the bathroom light on all night and there’s a glass wall into the bedroom.

Issues with our room

The location of the resort close to shops,pharmacy and beach bar restaurnts. Great pools and friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast selection much the same daily and the restaurant was not of adequate size for seating occasionally.

Communication via English was very problematic. We turned up with no booking for some of our guest despite numerous phone calls and emails confirming the bookings. I would advise you to make your reservations and requests as straight forward as possible as their English understanding is very limited.

Overall a great hotel, facilities, location and staff. Couldn't have asked for anything more. The room was a lovely size, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. All the staff were always smiling and cheerful.

This is a very busy, large hotel on the beach with good facilities. Rooms very nice with complimentary water provided

The best sunbeds are in the Nora Beach Club which require additional payment.

Our stay at this resort was great. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The staff even brought me a mini cake and plate with Happy Birthday on it for my birthday. You can always message the front desk any time and they respond very promptly. Everything was great. Beach was right there, pool was great and food was good.

The only negative the rooms smelled of a little mildew but that is expected with humidity levels that high.

The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was 10/10

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The beach was really nice with several facilities and a beach club.

Requested a Kate checkout which was denied. Food was average but beverages were good. No elevator for the upper floor..

My go to place in Phuket. Nice spacious facility. Great pools and grounds. Stayed there many times.

Not an issue but room seem to lack some furniture.
