Lo que más me gustó fue el personal y la ubicación. El hotel está en la zona de la Laguna, tiene un shuttle Boat que te permite ir a otros hoteles y a la playa. Soy celiaca y para el desayuno me hicieron unas tortitas que no terminaban de convencerme, pero en cuanto se lo dije al chef se volcó completamente para encontrar una alternativa. Buscó otra receta que me preparó al día siguiente, con un resultado fantástico.

La decoración del hotel no me gustó nada, igual pensaba que al ser del grupo Bayan Tree iba a tener un estilo parecido, pero nada que ver...en las fotos el hotel parecía mejor.... No había aire acondicionado en los pasillos del hotel ni en el ascensor, hacía un calor horrible. Para subir las maletas te dejan un carro para que te las lleves tú, no te ayudan como en otros hoteles de Tailandia. La limpieza la hacen cada dos días.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way from start to finish. The pool areas were beautiful and well kept, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great, felt safe and we loved the boat over the lagoon to the beach. The staff were exceptional and made us feel so looked after.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, situated in a clean and upscale area with a lovely lake view. The hotel provides a convenient boat shuttle to the beach every 20 minutes. The apartment has a fully equipped and clean kitchen, making it very suitable for families. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for families.

What I didn’t like about the hotel is that the kids’ club is small, and the breakfast is not suitable for Muslims. The available options were mainly vegetarian food, eggs, and pastries.

We really liked the location of the hotel and the facilities available. The boat service to the beach was very convenient and a nice experience, and the free transport around the Laguna area made it very easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of options.

The room felt a little run down and could definitely use some maintenance and refreshing. The sofa and floor had noticeable stains, which affected the overall feel of the room. We were also disappointed that the room was only cleaned every second day. There were renovation works happening around the pool during our stay, which impacted the experience and atmosphere around that area. The kids’ area was also quite limited, with not many activities or play options available for children. With a few improvements, particularly to the rooms and kids’ facilities, the overall experience could be much better.

المكان جميل جدا موقعه استثنائي وكانت اقامة لاتنسى في المكان المنتجع لايقع على الشاطئ ولكن هناك رحلات ترددية كل 20 دقيقه للشاطئ

The hotel was okay. The lady who checked me in was incredible. My main reason for traveling was a wedding taking place at the hotel next door, and she helped me with the zippers on my outfit and organized all my transfers.

On the other hand, the gentleman who checked me out was rude. He didn't want to help with my transfer, saying it was too early. I explained that it was the wedding day and I needed to be there early. When I asked for a glass of water, he made an annoyed face and said, "Ma'am, you have to understand that nothing is open at this hour." So, why do you have a 24-hour reception then? If it's not to help guests?

Excellent location, nice pool and friendly staff. Great for family vacation and pretty affordable.

A lot of things in the room require maintenance, like closet doors, room doors don’t close properly, wall sockets not working properly, some bathroom fixtures need fixing.

I like how each area of the room is partitioned. The bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge room. 3 aircons in the unit which was good, given the hot and humid weather.

L’établissement est bien situé, à proximité des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage dans une zone tranquille. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le concept appart’hotel : la chambre familiale ( 2 chambres et 2 sdb) était parfaite et bien équipée, avec une très belle vue sur le lagon un salon et une petite cuisine. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. La piscine très sympa et le personnel serviable et chaleureux.

Nous avons commencé sur de très mauvaises bases . J'avais réservé cet hôtel car je pouvais emmener mon chat finalement après paiement on m 'annonce que je dois payer 13 euros par chat et par nuit ! Bien évidemment aucune annulation possible j 'ai du laisser mes animaux chez nous . Pour parler de l 'hotel de façon objective . Cela n'a rien d 'un cinq étoiles . Le lieu est bien placé si on compte faire les magasins chic . Le personnel est sympathique et serviable . Mais leur politique un désastre ainsi que la musique trop forte. Il manque clairement une âme et un peu plus de classe pour employer le termes 5 étoiles .

The room we had was great. One thing I would say is the lack of space for Big suitcases. There is under bed storage, but this was not big enough for a large suitcase. The 29 Baht Ice cream Cones were Amazing!! Really good value.

Breakfast was okay, felt repetative. Need a bigger selection of Fruits and fresh bread that does not feel stale. One thing to be aware of when looking at booking is the Shuttle service that this place offers is needing to be paid when using it. This was not something we were aware of when booking as It appeared that this was free. The beach shuttle is free, but all Tuk-tuk shuttle is paid and there was occasions were the driver ran out of petrol and would not pick us up.

Amazing tranquil location in Laguna. You can walk around the amazing lakes and enjoy the views and silence. However still so close to Bang Tao / Boat Avenue and all the restaurants and cafes. I would definitely come back and recommend to those who want to enjoy Phuket not the typical busy way, yet very close also these places. It is definitely the upscale area of Phuket. Great value for money. Breakfast was completely fine.

Excellent location within Banyan Laguna. So beautiful beach and free shuttles by boat or trolly within Laguna. Staff was very friendly and rooms were great. Cassia is the most affordable property in Laguna.

Personalen hälsar knappt. De flesta låtsas inte ha sett dig. Men det finns några få personal som är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Fåglarna flyger runt i frukosthallen och de kan landa på eller äta donuts, bröd och frukt. Ingen personal verkar bry sig om hygienproblemet som skapades av fåglarna. Vissa gäster har märkt problem för ett par år sedan och skrev kommentarer på andra webbsidor. Ägaren svarade där att de skulle ta åtgärder, men inget har förändrats. Rummet städades varannan dag om man inte betalar extra.

Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable : on peut presque tout trouver dans ce buffet continental mais qui propose aussi quelques plats locaux. Il y a un service de navettes gratuites pour rejoindre la plage située de l'autre côté de la lagune avec une possibilité de se faire masser sur la plage. Il y a également des navettes gratuites pour rejoindre les autres hôtels de la lagune...

Peut-être le côté un peu impersonnel : c'est un hôtel très grand avec beaucoup de touristes européens, cela manque un peu charme.

Персонал улыбается и старается помочь. Номер комфортный и удобный. По лагуне плаваешь на пляж очень красиво. На пляже хорошие шезлонги , душ , охрана. Рядом много магазинов, кафе. Комфортно гулять в этом районе.

Само море на Банг Тао Аля Анапа,видимо, поэтому так много людей с малышами.

Очень красивое место, локация удоьна для отдыха, много активностей, что нравится детям.

Удобная локация в прекрасном месте, хороший пляж, на котором всегда можно найти свободные лежаки. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда был рад помочь, подсказать. На первом этаже есть круглосуточный магазин.

Мало мест хранения в номере. Отдыхали 2 взрослых и ребенок и еле разложили все.

Персонал грубый, в номере грязно, что бы убрались надо было по несколько раз упрашивать, мебель старая, половина выключателей не работает, холодильник то грел то морозил до льда, кондиционер течет, завтраки отвратительные, соль так и не нашли, вилки ложки все в одной куче, противно было прикасаться...можно и дальше продолжать. Больше ни ногой в данный отель, отдых испорчен, выехали на неделю раньше выкупленного номера. Однозначно - НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

Отель очень хороший, удобные номера со своей кухней и балконом. Если номер выходит на лагуну, то очень красивые виды, в том числе на закат. В номере удобная планировка, все есть. Когда выбирала отель, прочитала много негативных отзывов, в общем и целом не могу их подтвердить. Отель очень удобен для отдыха на прекрасном пляже Бангтао, собственный тенистый пляж с соснами, лежаков всегда достаточно, хотя отель был полностью загружен. На пляже душ, туалет, кафе, все есть. Чудесный трансфер на лодочке по лагуне, атмосферно. 3 приятных бассейна, много тени. С детками очень рекомендую здесь остановиться. Я бы вернулась

Расположение выше всяких похвал!!! Удобно как до пляж, так и до магазинов, ресторанов и тд!!! Пляж думаю лучший на всем побережье, отдыхали в Angsane, и там на пляже ни единого дерева, а здесь весь день можно отдыхать в тени деревьев и не обгореть!) на пляже две маленькие кафешки с фрешами и другими тайскими радостями!) у отеля хороший бассейн, номера в целом тоже неплохие, оснащение на 5ку!

Очень некачественная уборка, еще и через день😏. завтраки прям скудные… сыр странно нарезанный кубиками, одна и та же единственная каша каждый день. Жаренный рис, который уж есть во всех наверно отелях на завтрак был изредка и совсем не вкусный… ну и отношение персонала на ресепшн не порадовало, очень не дружелюбно вели себя переодически. Ни по одной просьбе, где нужен был какой то индивидуальный подход, не пошли на встречу…
