מתנצלת אבל המלון הכי פחות טוב בשהות שלנו במחיר הכי גבוה ששילמנו. חדרים ישנים, לא מוארים. הטלפון והמייבש שיער בכלל לא עבדו בחדר. מיקום לא המלון לא אטרקטיבי. מסעדת המלון יקרה עם מנות קטנות ולא טעימות, קידס קלאב קטן בלי שום עניין לילדים. לא מומלץ למשפחית עם ילדים

كانت تجربتي مع الفندق مخيبة للآمال، خصوصًا أن سعر الجناح كان مرتفعًا مقارنة بما حصلنا عليه فعليًا. حجزت جناحًا كبيرًا على أساس وجود مطبخ صغير، لكن المطبخ كان عبارة عن ثلاجة وميكروويف وحوض فقط، دون موقد أو أدوات طبخ. لذلك لا أنصح بهذا الفندق للعائلات التي ترغب في الطبخ وإعداد الطعام بأنفسها، لأن المطبخ غير مناسب فعليًا لإعداد الوجبات. كذلك، واجهنا مشكلة بخصوص المكواة، حيث لم يتم توفيرها لنا إلا بعد الترقية، رغم أننا كنا قد حجزنا أحد أكبر الأجنحة في المنتجع. أما وجبة الإفطار، فلم تكن مناسبة لنا كعائلة مسلمة. كانت خيارات الطعام التي استطعنا تناولها محدودة جدًا، واقتصرت تقريبًا على الأطعمة النباتية والبيض. لذلك أنصح العائلات المسلمة بالتأكد مسبقًا من خيارات الإفطار قبل الحجز. بشكل عام، كنت أتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير مقابل السعر الذي دفعته. للأسف، التجربة لم تكن بالمستوى الذي توقعتُه، ولذلك لا أنصح به للعائلات، خصوصًا لمن يبحث عن جناح مناسب للطبخ أو عن خيارات إفطار مناسبة للمسلمين. A disappointing experience for the price My experience at the hotel was disappointing, especially considering the high price we paid for the suite. I booked a large suite expecting a kitchenette, but the kitchen consisted only of a refrigerator, microwave, and sink, with no stove or cooking utensils. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel for families who want to cook and prepare their own meals, as the kitchenette is not actually suitable for cooking. We also had an issue with the iron. It was not provided unless we upgraded our booking, even though we had already booked one of the largest suites at the resort. As for breakfast, the options were not suitable for us as a Muslim family. The food we could actually eat was very limited and was mainly limited to vegetarian options and eggs. I would therefore recommend that Muslim families check the breakfast options carefully before booking. Overall, I expected a much better experience considering the price we paid.

We couldn’t really fault this place, had everything we needed and the Happy Baby room was absolutely perfect for us, they had practically thought of everything you need. The garden was lovely, our kids loved the pool and slide. Would highly recommend this hotel especially for families.

The main restaurant was more expensive than we expected, especially for breakfast so we ate outside of the hotel

We are returning Sunwing customers no acknowledgment. Too much work going on at resort. Eg.AC in reception, AC Block 4 level 3, Piaks Kitchen renovation. Block 3 even seemed empty & closed up. Noise from Block 5 level 4, made a complaint to reception on one night, this wasn’t lodged noise continued. I went to reception next morning they weren’t aware of complaint. Noise continues through holiday except for one night when I was contacted by reception staff(very pleasant staff member) that following morning & confirmed it was ok, unfortunately noise continued. Pool towel pick up has different hours to pool opening hours….why? You have 6 pools & a shorter pool towel pick up & drop off. Eg went out for the morning on a tour, came back & couldn’t get towels until 2:00?

Amenities were generally fantastic. Great pool area.

The gym, however I understand this is currently being renovated.

Le resort donne sur la mer, les piscines sont belles, le petit déjeuner est très bon, il y a beaucoup de transats autour des piscines et sur la plage, le club teen est sympa et avec des activités adaptées.

Notre chambre était extrêmement humide avec de la condensation sur les murs, toutes nos affaires étaient mouillées alors que nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours. J aurai du demander à changer de chambre. La localisation est un peu excentrée.

L'hôtel en bord de plage avec 2 très belles piscines. Bon petit déjeuner Lit double confortable, chambre spacieuse avec balcon, jolie salle de bain.

Des simple banquette pour le lit des enfants dans la chambre familiale pas très confortable pour eux. Le prix des consommations et de la restauration élevée par rapport au reste de la Thaïlande. Pas d'activités à faire autour.

The check in process what a bit of a shamble. We had emailed asking for early check in via booking.com and got a reply saying that they would do their best to accommodate. When we arrived at 11.30 the reception staff looked surprised with our request and said they would message as soon as the room was ready which is great. Unfortunately the room was not ready at normal check in time because of some renovation on the balcony of the room above. What annoyed us is that had everyone been honest from the off it would have made everything a lot nicer. We would have preferred to be told no to an early check in rather than being led to believe we could have our room early.

خيارات الإفطار والطعام محدودة نوعًا ما للمسلمين وتوفر الأطعمة الحلال محدود لذلك قد يجد البعض صعوبة في تنوع الخيارات الغذائية. كذلك الفندق بعيد نسبيًا عن منطقة باتونغ ووسط المناطق الحيوية؛ ويستغرق الوصول إلى باتونغ حوالي 45 دقيقة تقريبًا، لذلك الموقع قد لا يكون مناسبًا لمن يرغب في التنقل يوميًا إلى المناطق المركزية..

Beautiful location on the property, beautiful pools and nice buffet breakfast. Staff called us to check if any issues had been resolved and were attentive

The rooms were struggling with some dampness, they did provide a dehumidifier which helped a lot. Room service was not as good as Sunwing Kamala

Lovely pools and location. Property is close to other restaurants and a 7 eleven which is convenient. Lovely beach and restaurant over looking it . Kids slide is particularly fun for smaller children

There are some Maintenence issues that need to be addressed . Our room had a broken door, broken air con and really uncomfortable beds ! Housekeeping also don’t knock and just walk in so beware! Management don’t care when you ask for something to be fixed we waited two weeks for the door to be fixed and the air con was never fixed. Shame as the property has lots of potential but the lack of customer care is a downside. Breakfast is also disappointing and the same every day. Not fresh and flies all over it . Again, small things that would be easy to fix but staff are not responsive to requests sadly. I had asked in advance if renovations were happening and was told no on an email. However, whilst there they were renovating. This meant no space in the restaurant at breakfast and it was chaotic. When I asked the manager he just said “renovation has to happen” but no apology for what I’d been told. Again an example of poor management and customer care. Sadly, despite lovely pools and location we would choose an alternative next time

The swim up bar was great, the slide into the large pool was fun for the kids, and the access to the beach was phenomenal. Lots of beach chairs available and the food options were quite good and competitive with local diners. Also having a supermarket and a 7-11 within a two minute walk is a huge plus as well.

Because they were still undergoing renovations and maintenance, the gym facilities were displaced to a different (conference) room, which wasn't as effective as a dedicated gym space with more effective cooling. But it was certainly good enough and the overall experience of the place was hard to beat!

Beautiful location right on Bang Tao Beach, very friendly and welcoming staff, and good food with plenty of variety.

It was the low season, so some renovation work was taking place and the entertainment team was smaller than usual. This meant there were fewer activities available.

facilities dated. bottom of pool had some chipped tiles which left small cuts. pool ladder was wobbly and one step came off. apart from sugar cane, 7-11 and pharmacy, not much else within walking distance unless you're comfortable walking alongisde vegetation and construction sites.

The hotel itself was excellent. There were several separate pools and relaxing areas, which made it easy to find a quiet spot. It also has a gym, which was a big advantage for me. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. One of the highlights was the beautiful sunset view, which can be enjoyed either from the pools or directly from the beach, or their restaurant. The hotel also seems like a fantastic choice for families with children, as the facilities are very family-friendly.

There were jet skis operating close to the hotel's beach, which created quite a lot of noise at times. This may be subjective, but there were many Russian guests, and some visitors may not appreciate the behaviour of certain groups. The hotel's location is quite isolated. There isn't much to do within walking distance outside the resort, so you'll likely need to take a taxi if you want to explore restaurants, shops, or local attractions.

The kids clubs were poor; the staff at the younger children’s club did not greet or make any interaction with my daughter, instead they sat on the table chatting for the duration of our time there. They could not have seemed less interested in children. The older kids clubs was only for children from 8 years of age whilst the younger club was for children upto around 5, this meant that my 6 year old felt too young for the one club and wasn’t allowed in the other. The gym was old and dated and didn’t even contain exercise mats.

Fantastic location. There is no better location in Phuket. Resort and the restaurants, including the breakfast buffet, sitting, looking straight at the beach. Absolutely stunning. Pools are great. Very family friendly Resort, and would recommend for couples as well. In Phuket, I would not recommend staying in Patong. Patong is an overcrowded cess-pit. However, Bangtao Beach, the slightly quieter not so well known of Phukets beaches, is the premier location in Phuket. Nowhere else has restaurants right on the beach. There is nothing better than sitting with your toes in the sand, while sipping a cold, Chang beer and enjoying "birdsnest prawns" from The Golden Fish restaurant. Bangtao also has the premier quality night-life bars and restaurants on the beach. Highly recommend MAYA beach day and night club bar, The Golden Fish restaurant and Nomad Beach club, with its nightly free Fireshows. Do not miss them at least once. 5 stars out of 5 for Bangtao. Also, back to Sunwing Bangtao, reception staff Nina is lovely and very helpful.

Location, Beach Front, Restaurant, 6 X Pools, Staff, Family friendly, Pool Bar, Decent prices for a 4 star resort. The room was nice, decent size, and we had a pool access room. Smart TV, has some app access not all, Beds are comfy, Plenty of activities, Gaming room, Small stage for Jazz or kids shows Overall 8 day stay and our second time would highly recommend

The front bar area needs fans, and good tunes to go with the pool tables at the front bar, Main pool slide needs a major upgrade. Bathrooms need upgrading more modern touch

We stayed at Sunwing in May for the second time. Everything here is just as welcoming, cozy, and convenient. You want to come back here because everything about this place draws you in: a great beach, and an incredibly responsive and friendly staff. Housekeeping is every day, with clean, fragrant, snow-white towels, and the bed linen smells fresh. Since our last visit two years ago, there have been some nice changes: a 7*12 store has opened just two steps away. Tops is still there. As for the entertainment program at the hotel, I would like to say a special thank you to the hotel management: a very strong and excellent program led by Oksana. Literally everyone joins in for aqua aerobics. Oksana is very positive and pleasant — she sets a wonderful mood from the very morning! Two years ago, there was also a poolside program, but someone else was leading it, and we didn't attend nor did it leave an impression. What they have now is truly memorable and vibrant. We always joined Oksana's sessions; unfortunately, we couldn't make it to Zumba. We were very happy to meet her! And the night saxophone on Wednesdays and Fridays is a special treat. Our family loves live music. We went as a family with our children. Our son absolutely adores the saxophone. It's just amazing to listen to live music with the sound of the waves in the background. The kids' animation is also excellent: our son spent time in the teen room, played darts and ping-pong with other boys, and even made keychains! Our daughter also really enjoyed the kids' club for younger children — the program is quite packed: face painting, making bracelets, and some beautiful paper crafts. Everything is great! We are absolutely delighted!!! And the children said that if they could, they would give this hotel 100 stars.

As for the downsides. The atmosphere and the location of our room more than made up for them, but since there is a section for this, I'll say a few words. Although I think the hotel management already knows about the drawbacks of Block 7, where we stayed. They are currently renovating it, for which we were warned in advance and offered to move to another block by the sea with an upgrade, but we declined as we liked the location of our room a lot. In our room the water drained poorly from the sink, the balcony door kept sliding off its track, and the plumbing is already very old and in need of renovation. But I have no doubt that all of this will be fixed, because the hotel is well maintained and that's obvious. As for the bathroom: personally, I missed having hooks in the wet area and a shelf for personal toiletries. But these are all small things. Just thinking out loud.

Множество вкусных блюд и напитков. Можно найти для детей, диетических и острых блюд. Бассейн очень украшает жизнь. Всегда можно окунуться после пляжа. На пляже очень тенисто, много лежаков. Всегда можно найти место. Полотенца на пляже удобные, легко поменять. В номере всегда чисто. Каждый день меняют белье, полотенца, убирают, дают воду в номер.

Номер жаркий. Кондиционер работает нормально, но плохо регулируется. Либо слишком холодно, либо жарко. Рядом с пляжем втекает речка. Возможно, из-за нее вода в апреле "цветет", становится зеленой и мутной. Пляж убирают, но из моря выносится много мусора. Рядом находятся множество кафе с очень громкой музыкой.

В этом отеле третий раз. Держат хороший уровень. Все понравилось. С ребенком очень хорошо. Уборка в номерах на хорошем уровне.

При наличии свободных номеров заселение пришлось ждать до 15 часов.

У нас была большая светлая комната с выходом в бассейн. Убирали хорошо, завтраки до 10:30, что очень удобно, еда на любой вкус. В отеле 4 больших бассейна разной глубины, в одном из них есть пулбар, в другом сетка для игры с мячом и кольца, в третьем детская горка. Есть выход к пляжу с великолепным закатом

Вода в бассейне теплая, хотелось прохлады. В пулбаре заказали сок, а получили ужасное пойло, которое невозможно пить

Nothing specific tbh. The main buffee / breakfast area maybe feels a bit basic and dated but the breakfast was good and much options so worked well for us. Perfect for a family!

Суперский отель. 1. Зеленая территория. Буквально утопает в зелени 2. Все очень удобно расположено и организовано. Много бассейнов. Можно выбрать любой. Все, кто с детьми, в основном сидят вокруг бассейна с горкой (она закрывается днем с 13-14). На территории 2 ресторана (fino и основной , где проходит завтрак), есть хорошая детская территория (там можно оставить детей) с песочницей и детской площадкой, также есть комната для детей 8+ (там проходят мастер-классы , есть PS), классный спортивный зал, также есть зал для групповых программ, площадка для футбола/место длля настольного тенниса. Понравилось, что выделена зона для курения, она около ресепшена, на остальной территории курить нельзя. Повсюду стоят контейнеры для раздельного сбора мусора. Также рядом с детской комнатой есть много туалетов. 3. Номер Номер очень понравился. Большой, удобный, мебель очень комфортная. Вечно в отелях мебели как-то не очень - типа 1 стул на всех или еще что. Здесь же все супер. Есть мини-кухня и даже мочалку и средство для мытья посуды поставили, есть тостер, СВЧ, необходимая для разогрева еды посуда. Комфортные кровати и удобный диван. У нас на нем спал сын. Кондей шумноват, но, кажется, это почти везде так. При въезде положили приветственную корзину фруктов - приятная мелочь. 4. Отличное расположение, хотя за территорией отеля нет рядом массажных салонов. Рядом есть Tops, ресторан быстрого питания (брали там еду, очень вкусно), рестораны местной кухни, такси, обменник, магазины с различными товарами. Цены +- как везде. 5. Приветливый и приятный персонал Есть русскоязычные сотрудники 6. Пляж Кто-то писал, что пляж рядом не очень, а нам понравилось, чистая вода, песок тоже. При выходе на пляж есть огромная емкость, где лежат принадлежности для песка. Отель рекомендую для семьей с детьми. Для отдыха с детьми любого возраста есть просто всё.

Показалось, что около бассейна с горкой шезлонги стоят очень тесно, даже иногда думаешь, как бы подойти к бассейну. Но это мелочи.

The breakfast is ok (quantity over quality), and too much Westernized (bottles of Tabasco, and Lipton tea ..). The cost of our stay was slightly overpriced.

Good facilities, plenty of Sunbeds, right on the beach and some restaurants and a nice juice hut nearby. Easy to get taxis to other places. Kids are free at breakfast and lunch if they were under 12!

Nothing, the only thing was the breakfast was expensive but luckily the kids ate free!

Второй раз отдыхаем в SunWing на Банг Тао и считаем это лучшим отелем по соотношению цена/качества из=за его уникального расположения прямо на пляже, очень удачной архитектуры и прекрасной территории. Здесь очень уютно и комфортно

Мы отказались от завтраков, попробовав один раз в первый приезд, для нас он был слишком европейским, а мы фанаты местной кухни и рядом так много и магазинов, и ресторанов. Но для гостей с детьми, наверное, это отличный вариант.

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Gegenüber ist direkt ein Supermarkt. Das Zimmer ist top ausgestattet mit großzügigem Sofa und Bett. Alles sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und man findet immer etwas. Durch den direkten Strandzugang kann man entscheiden, ob man an den Pool oder direkt ins Meer will. Insgesamt gibt es mehrere Pools, wovon einer perfekt für Kinder mit Rutsche etc ist. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Pool, der sehr ruhig ist, in dem zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts keine Kinder gespielt haben, weswegen es sehr ruhig dort war.

L’emplacement le long de la plage, le petit-dejeuner en bord de mer, le personnel adorable, la vegetation dans l’hotel, le lit double immense et tres confortable.

Le petit-dejeuner pourrait etre meilleur. Il n’y a pas de pate a tartiner au chocolat, les croissants ressemblent plus a des pains au lait qu’a un croissant. Le jambon n’a pas de gout. Le lit de mes filles etait un divan-lit de coin. Elles ont mal dormi. Cet hotel reste cependant un rapport qualite-prix correct.

Probably best hotel on this quiet beach. Nice clean beach in ftont of hotel, not stuffed with plastick sun beds. Four large swimming pools with warm watter and water slide Main restaurant has free kids menu with adults portion. Rooms were nice size and clean. Accross the hotel you can find 24h store with few restaurants. Pretty good value for the money.

Bed mattress should be replaced already. It was mentioned in previous reviews also.
