Room: It is a home away from home. Very comfortable. Awesome that both rooms were en suite. Loved the cleanliness and the very accommodating staff. High -five to Deliah and the team for setting up a lovely surprise birthday package for my daughter. Activities: easily accessible, like pools, jacuzzi, tennis, hiking, horse riding, hot air balloons, putt-putt, and a games room, which caters to both adults and kids. Loved walking around the grounds, especially sitting and enjoying the waterfall area. So calming and peaceful. Spa on the premises; game drives available.

Rooms are comfortable and everything is in the rooms that a person require. Spa was great with staff that is friendly and know how to treat a person. Cleaning crew was very friendly. Waiters was great with their service, food was delicious

Our room was next to the river but there is a smell of sewage early in the morning and at night from about 18h30, this caused us to close the door. With breakfast there was only one person to make omelets and any other eggs, I would suggest that scrambled eggs and fried eggs be made ahead of time and placed in a warm tray

Clean rooms and friendly staff. They have nice conference facilities and they go out of their way to make everything comfortable - venue arranged per requirements. They provide as part of the package soup, popcorn, tea, coffee juices etc

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and very nice. Property is very nice and well situated.

The bar restaurant's food was not up to standard in relation with the value. Certain items on the Spa menu was also slightly overpriced for the treatments received.

This was our second time staying at Glenburn. Great location and comfortable rooms.

Our room was in front of rock pool and close to the wedding venue, so if you going there for peace and nature it’s not the ideal room, very noisy with loud / drunk people

A lot of activities especially for the little ones .its just so peaceful being surrounded by nature.

One of the rooms was smelling cigarette smoke when we checked in and they changed us into another room.We had to wait for our food for a long time .

The rooms were outdated. The shower wasn’t draining properly and the tissue box in the bathroom was broken.

What I loved about Glenburn it how safe , clean and peaceful it is.The garden and space are beautiful and it really feels like a home away from home.

What i felt could be improved is having Doom/ or some kind of Wasp spray available in the rooms.

It was my first time at Glenburn and I loved everything about it😍 From arrival to departure it was exceptional. The room (Garden Suite), food, Spa, the beautiful surroundings and amazing staff and the fact that I felt safe made it a weekend to remember. Thank you Glenburn, I will definitely be back🤗

The general grounds could use some tidying up, especially where there is obvious litter. The parkings are very narrow.

The towels in the bathroom were rather hard or rough on the skin.

Breakfast was good but the buffet dinner not great. It had all the meats etc but lacked flavour. The malva pudding was really not good and the custard was also bland.

I felt the accommodation definitely needed some TLC.

The staff is amazing very professional and efficient. Amazing service though out. We loved the activities that are within the lodge and close by activities. The garden is amazing, really loved the open space.

In our chalet there are a few small maintenance and housekeeping details that would make a big difference, such as replacing worn curtains, deep-cleaning some stains, and refreshing a few areas that are starting to show signs of wear.

We went to celebrate our anniversary, the staff was very helpful and friendly and made an effort to make our anniversary day special. The food was delicious and they have a good variety. We enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi in the evening. Everything was clean. The game drive was also very enjoyable.

The lace curtains in our family room were torn.

The hiking trail was terrible no directions or markings and had a red tape closing it off , didn’t seem safe to hike Restaurant food bar was not good had the pizza, garlic prawns and chicken wings were dry and and room out dated

The place looks a bit old and can there be a variety of things to eat for breakfast. Be careful also there are monkeys and they stole some of my items. They could also put carports for the parking because if anything happens the vehicles might get damaged. I was so disappointed with the WIFI We were in room 402 and it was just not connecting, it only connected where we had breakfast.

Unit and property is tired, needs some TLC. Why was my breakfast not included?

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The massage at the spa was relaxing. The room and dinning area were warm. It was the break we needed.

I love this place I've been here many times over the oast few years and we have seen the big upgrades with the facilities and rooms. The electric blanket was good though, just the roo. Was cold and the blanket saved the day. Maybe gas heaters for the garden rooms always 10 out of 10 for everything else. We will be back soon family, thanks 😊

The aircon didn't heat the room up properly in room 24 so made it abit uncomfortable

The area was lovely the Spa was great except for loud music coming from the pool side. Breakfast was good. The bed was very confirtable.

Was looking forward to staying in the newly furbished rooms but was quite disappointing. thought it's very, very basic or cheaply done, could have done a lot more, didn't like the colours used. Beige and creams are more in than the grey. Can't say it's a lot better than before.😔

It is an extra cost to include breakfast and dinner but this was extremely good value for money. Insanely delicious food served by incredibly sweet and helpful servers. Honestly there are no words. It was incredible and the grounds were beautiful - we saw giraffes!
