Need to upgrade their television and possibly add a bar fridge in case you want to store some items. But other than that the place is very exceptional for adventure. The route to the location is very bumpy and dark when travelling at night, you might be scared yet it was a great experience.

The bathroom needs an upgrade in the room, remove the bath and just have a shower.

My room had some spider web, however the room was clean, if the cleaners can also focus on dusting the corners in the rooms to ensure they get rid of any spider webs.

Just our TV it wasn't a smart TV. Could've been more nice for times when we wanted to be indoors to catch up on Netflix or stream some movies. And if our room had a mini bar fridge I'm not sure if it was the room we were given but if all rooms do not have mini fridges they should atleast consider.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Gorgeous setting! Amazing, spacious rooms and beautiful boho feel decor. The beds were amazing! Waking up to the views and beautiful giraffes in the mountains was a real treat! Awesome breakfast and the staff at the gate and the reception are beautiful, friendly people!
Me and my husband had terrible service at the restaurant. There was, however, one older man that served us...He was a real gem! The food was good and he was a great waiter, but by the rest of the staff, we were ignored. All other guests around us were asked constantly if they were okay etc. We were not asked once by the person that asked all the other tables if they were fine. And then...the awkward moment. Let's just say...I wish the walls were more sound proof! Hahaha ..oh well... That is something and some sounds that me and my husband did not really enjoy listening to...but hey... At least our next door neighbours enjoyed their romantic weekend by the sounds of it :-) All and all....great hotel!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Nice location, it feels like you are in the bush. We saw a lot of animals going in and out of the property. Comfortable, big bed and the rest of the hotel facilities like bar area and restaurant are beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I didn’t love the bathroom, but there was nice hot water and a big sink area.

Couldn’t not get enough of the buffet. Quadbike activity is totally totally worth it and will be something I wish to return to do. My fellow Suzuki Swift drivers, you will arrive nice and slow, my 4x4 road bullies, easily 😜
The room aesthetics could be better, it was giving guest house and not 4 star stay!
