Todo estaba muy deteriorado, el precio elevado para la falta de mantenimiento e todo terrazas , cuartos ,yakussi con mucho cloro . Terrazas con humedades , el todo de la terraza roto por completo la tela por todo el centro y un calor terrible no hay aire acondicionado , el peor citio donde me e quedado te lo venden como villa o apartamento de lujo y no vale ni 30 e la noche pésimo el ma tenimiento

Modern apartments with big balcony and sea view. Main pool was lovely , heated and always had beds . The smaller pools were right outside our door and perfect for cooling down at the end of the day.

A smell in the bathroom

Spacious, great facilities, location was great and staff were very friendly.

The smell from the toilers was revolting (like stagnant water). Only issue we had but there’s nothing worse than having a bad smell throughout gaff.

Logement propre, conforme aux photos, avec une agréable terrasse et une vue sur la mer au loin. Parking gratuit et facile à proximité, ainsi que commerces, pharmacie et quelques restaurants accessibles à pied.

La literie est à revoir : matelas très creusé et oreillers très durs. Le canapé-lit est cassé et s’est replié sur nous une fois (problème déjà connu, vu la trace noire présente au sol). Les indications pour trouver la résidence pourraient être plus précises, car Google Maps et Waze nous ont fait chercher près de 30 minutes. Le logement manque aussi de produits de base (sel et poivre au minimum). Enfin, malgré deux longues coupures d’eau (16h–21h puis 8h30–11h30) en moins de 24 heures liées à la Commune, aucune solution n’a été proposée par l’hôte.

Отель залишив дуже приємне враження! Номер був чистим і затишним, на кухні є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Особливо хочеться відзначити велику терасу з прекрасним видом на океан та гамаком — це було однією з головних переваг нашого номера. Прибирання проводилося регулярно та дуже якісно. Персонал уважний, доброзичливий і привітний, завжди готовий допомогти. Окрема подяка дівчатам на рецепції за їхню привітність, турботливе ставлення та готовність допомогти гостям.

Стан номеру вже не такий новий як на фото. Не завадило б оновити фарбування стін.

Very disappointing – would not recommend Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Be very careful when booking the “Extra Large Terrace” option. We specifically booked and paid for a Deluxe 2 Bedroom Apartment with Extra Large Terrace, but the terrace we were given was considerably smaller and very different from the terrace shown in the Booking.com advertisement. We raised this with Reception during our stay, but the issue was not resolved. Make sure you carefully check exactly what terrace you are going to receive before booking, as you may not get what is shown in the photographs. We also found mould in the bathroom and experienced a wastewater/sewage issue outside the apartment, which caused a very unpleasant smell. I have photographs and videos documenting these issues. The location is also worth considering. The property is situated up a very steep hill, which we found particularly inconvenient with children, and it is quite far from many main areas and amenities. I have been visiting Tenerife for over 10 years and have stayed in many different places, but this is by far the worst accommodation experience I have had in Tenerife. Overall, the accommodation did not meet the standard we expected from the description and photographs when booking. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend thinking carefully before booking this property, particularly families with children or anyone specifically paying extra for the “Extra Large Terrace”.

Very clean, everywhere. This is very important for me. The staff was very nice, understanding and helpful. Even if we caught a heat waive in Tenerife, we could sleep very well even without airco.

Sometimes finding a parking slot on the street is difficult.

Pocas hamacas en la piscina

Tiszta volt, minden volt benne amire szükségünk volt. A személyzet mindennap hozott tiszta törülközőt, és ha volt mosatlan edény, azt is rendbe tették. Nem volt hangoskodás, és a medence is tiszta volt. Összeségèben imádtuk

The rooms were clean and the view was good. The cleaning staff were very nice. Local taxis were a god send. Nice Italian across the road.

It's genuinely on a mountain, if you're old or physically impaired think again, no air conditioning just fans, theres no staff past 5 o clock which meant people swimming at all hours through the night even though the pool is supposed to close at 6. No security staff, we had a rowdy crowd at the pool one night that came to handbags with another group lots of shouting. Couch bed was well weathered, rooms could do with a remodeling. Sizeable gap underneath each external door, see point below. The rooms were clean but still had visitors (cockroaches, ants and Lizards). Not my complaint but a woman arrived after hours with her kids and followed the instructions for her key but the room was under someone else's name, need a night porter that can double as a security guard.

Nie podobało mi się to że na basenie pozwalają blokować leżaki ręcznikami. Rano goście rzucają swoje ręczniki na leżakach basenowych i idą robić inne rzeczy, zwiedzać itd. Nie korzystają w danym momencie z basenu. Kilka razy mi się zdarzyło że poszłam z synkiem popływać. Na basenie nie było nikogo lub 2,3 osoby a nie mieliśmy gdzie usiąść czy zostawić nasze rzeczy. Obsługa powinna zbierać te ręczniki.

Nice location with everything you need in close distance

Apartamentul este extrem de spatios, cu o terasa foarte mare si o vedere laterala frumoasa catre mare. Bucataria este bine dotata cu tot ce este necesar pentru o vacanta, iar masina de spalat a fost foarte utila dupa zilele petrecute la plaja. Locatia este buna, aproape de supermarketuri si restaurante. Recomand in mod special pizzeria Calabria Mia. Aqualand se afla la doar cativa pasi, iar pana la Siam Park se ajunge in aproximativ 20 de minute de mers pe jos. Cea mai apropiata plaja este Torviscas, o plaja foarte frumoasa, aflata la aproximativ 20 de minute de mers pe jos. Drumul de intoarcere este ceva mai dificil din cauza pantei, insa se poate lua usor un taxi, care costa aproximativ 5 euro de la plaja Torviscas. Apartamentul nu are aer conditionat, dar, daca aveti probleme cu caldura, se poate inchiria un aparat de aer conditionat mobil. Proprietatea recomanda un furnizor extern, iar noi am platit 120 de euro pentru 13 nopti. Ca puncte mai putin placute, ar fi necesare reguli mai clare privind linistea. In apartamentele mai mici si mai ieftine, situate deasupra celor cu terasa mare, au fost cazati uneori turisti foarte galagiosi. Din cele 14 nopti, in aproximativ patru nopti am avut probleme cu zgomotul. La inceput au fost cativa tineri care ascultau muzica tare, iar in ultimele doua nopti o familie foarte zgomotoasa, care tipa si se certa. Intr-una dintre nopti am fost treziti in jurul orei 2:00 din cauza unei situatii legate de pierderea cheilor. Cred ca aceasta problema este legata si de faptul ca receptia si paza se inchid la ora 17:30, astfel incat seara si noaptea nu exista personal care sa intervina atunci cand apar astfel de situatii. Apartamentul ar avea nevoie si de o renovare minima. Unele usi erau deteriorate, iar peretii din dormitor si de pe terasa erau murdari.

Am scris mai sus de ce nu am dat scor maxim - turisti galagiosi fara interventie in anumite apartamente.

We had a 2 bedroom bungalow and it was so peaceful and quiet. Bonus it came with a hot tub which was great. It was clean and spacious. Had plenty of towels both for use after the shower and the hot tub which was great. All the amenities you would need were in the room.

There were no negatives about the property.

Great location, very clean everywhere, well equipped, beds comfortable - great value for money

We stayed here as a group of friends and had the best time. The ocean views are spectacular, there’s a few pools to enjoy also, more of them than not you can claim one for yourself. The apartment is very big, there’s no AC which is worth noting, but there are fans and it actually doesn’t get that hot inside. The terrace was a lovely addition and the location is also superb. It’s also so close to Siam park and Las Americas. Will definitely be back.

Everything location was literally 15-20 minutes walk down road from everything in Costa Adeje and about 40 minutes walk to las Americas the property was super clean and just like the photo we were right next to the pool added bonus but the views from this place was amazing the sunsets were beautiful we loved everything about this property! Plus the staff were amazing constantly kept in contact when we were having problems landing but Fátima was amazing and was super friendly and helpful! Thank you for an amazing holiday! :)

Cockroach’s but it’s not the properties fault they are practically all around the island plus the property give you spray to get rid of them which works amazingly we also couldn’t find a main bin to put the rubbish from our room but that was our fault for not asking but we really did love everything would definitely come back! :)

No es de recibo que en un complejo vacacional a las 6 d la mañana se ponga en funcionamiento una cascada que lo único que hace a esas horas es dar por saco. Si no descansas bien ... Sólo por esto mi puntuación general no es buena.

We had a fabulous stay at Haciendas Village from day one, till our departure. Our apartment for 6 people was nice, bright and spacious, with large terrace and sea view, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and morning breakfasts alfresco. Kitchen is very well equipped, and during our 7 days stay got our towels and bed sheets changed a few times. In the evenings, after the beach, we enjoyed cool dips in one of 3 swimming pools, the main one is with heated water, which was divine after all day in the sun. There is a few grocery shops 5 minutes walk down the road, and about 15 minutes stroll to Fañabe beach. We would like to thank Haciendas Village super friendly staff, for their warm welcome on our first day, and for kindly extending our stay on our last day, which we were very grateful for, as our flight back home was at 20.00. Five stars for all hardworking staff at Haciendas, for making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommending this place for anyone looking for great quality stay at affordable prices and with amazing views of Adeje.

Massive balcony

Everything about the place was Great. Only 10/15 mins walk to the nightlife and plenty of restaurants nearby, quiet enough to get a good sleep yet not far from the hustle and bustle. Clean and warm pool and accommodation was spotless and modern. Loads of space on the to sit outside too and always able to get a sun lounger.

Only issue was no Aircon. But a fan was provided.

Excellent stay all amenities in the apartment, very clean and well presented.we stopped in 221B which is located near a pool they is 3 to choose from in different locations,The apartment was an excellent stay few minutes to the supermarkets, restaurants and bar/coffee shops.10 to 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. If you take a taxi 4 to 5 euros which takes 2/minutes. We will be booking again.

We liked everything about it.

Rendkívül tiszta, jól felszerelt apartmant kaptunk, pont ahogy a leirasban szerepelt. Érkezéskor asvanyviz, kv, tea bekeszitessel kedveskedtek 3 naponta kaptunk teljes takarítást, ágyneműhuzat es törölköző cserével, pedig előzetesen arról tájékoztattak, hogy a 8 napos itt tartózkodás alatt nem lesz takarítás. Kellemes kis teraszunk volt, ahonnan gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a környező hegyoldalra, a komplexumhoz tartozó medencére es az óceánra. Remek, hogy nagy hűtőszekrény (4 főre bevasaroltunk rendesen és elfért minden), 4 lapos tűzhely, mikró és kávéfőző is van a konyhában. Osszessegeben nagyon elgedetten tavozunk, szívesen visszatérünk maskor is, sőt ajanlani is fogjuk!

Rendkívül rossz elozetes tajekoztatast kaptunk a Hacienda pontos címéről es hogy a 3 közül melyik kapun kell megközelíteni a mi apartmanunkat. Konkrétan 40 perc volt bejutni es atvenni a sajatunkat, olyan messzi parkolót küldött a host. A TV-n csak a helyi kábeltévé fut, nincs osszehangolva a wifivel. Pedig ha ezt megtennék, barki hasznalhatna a tévére telepített YouTube és Netflix csatornákat is. Ennyi főre es ennyi napra keves WC papír bekeszites volt, venni kellett. A kapuk nincsenek folyamatosan zárva, bárki bejöhet és többször lattunk idegeneket a medenceben fürdőzni, a Hacienda recepció zárása után. Az ágyak matraca nagyon puha es ki van fekudve.

Ciche spokojne miejsce, domek obok domku ale nikt nikomu w okna nie zagląda. Z tarasu piękny widok na ocean i palmy. Dużo miejsc parkingowych przy drodze. Pralka i ekspres przelewowy do kawy na wyposażeniu ;) dwie łazienki - jedna ogromna i piękna. Na terenie obiektu są 3 baseny. Komfortowo i pięknie. Polecam :)

Wszystko super, choć jak ktoś ma duży bagaż to trzeba uwzględnić, że wnosi się po schodach samemu (schodów jest sporo w zależności, który domek się wylosuje). Obiekt nie jest dostosowany do osób poruszających się na wózkach - dużo schodów.

The property exceeded expectations in every way. From arrival and throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The service was fantastic from start to finish. The property itself was amazing. The terrace felt like a private paradise, spacious, peaceful, and beautifully set up. The hot tub was much larger than the ones you usually find in Airbnbs or holiday homes, which was a great surprise. The BBQ was very easy to use and lasted the whole week, and the day bed, hammock, and outdoor shower were all fantastic additions that made the space even more special. Halfway through our stay, the cleaners came in and did a wonderful job. We were also given plenty of extra towels, which was a great touch and really appreciated. Inside, the property was just as impressive. It was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and everything worked perfectly. We had an incredible stay and will definitely be looking to come back in the future.

If you don’t mind steep hills and longer walks, then there’s honestly very little to complain about. The area is quite hilly, so it may not suit everyone, but taxis are very affordable and make getting around easy. I would avoid using Uber as it was noticeably more expensive during our stay. We did have one unfortunate experience with a taxi driver, so just be a little cautious when choosing taxis. Other than that, I genuinely can’t think of anything that could have been better. The property itself exceeded expectations in every way.

I have to say that I was so thrilled and happy with our accommodation which had everything we been looking for. Very clean, spacious, big bathroom, washing machine, lovely balcony with king size sunbed, jacuzzi, big table, barbecue and outside shower and most important lots of sunshine. I also have to say that I booked our stay in the wrong month I mean I've booked in March instead of February but lovely and so kind reception staff worked very hard to find us new accommodation for which I am so thankful for and would like to give them 100 points.

So many steps to get your suitcases up, the taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong gate. Lacked a pool bar.

Terrace is a great size and with fantastic view.

Walls of the room are extremely thin and none of the days we could sleep normally, because of the noise from neighbors. Bed needs changing mattress as a hole forms in the mattress.

Clean apartment. Lovely big balcony to sunbathe on. Views are amazing. To get those views you have to be prepared for steep hills or lots of steps. Our 4th stay so we knew this anyway. Plenty of eating places, supermarkets and Aqualand water park in walking distance. Friendly pub close by.Nice quiet area.
