La piscina.

SUPER MAL. Estaba todo lleno de humedades, los muebles todos en mal estado, habia oxido y pedimos una cama doble y pusieron dos camas individuales. Habia en el baño un clip de pelo y no era nuestro así que imagina lo mal que esta todo.

We always use these apartments and have for the last 10 years or more, often 3 times a year.

The awful rude lady on reception. Absolutely no customer rapport or smile. We dread approaching reception when she is behind the desk. This is the only downside. The other staff clearly understand customer service and are always happy to assist. The cleaners do a lovely job and always greet you if you pass them or see them.

Loved the area the restaurant was good staff 10 out of ten good supermarket next door

Apartment was abit dated needs to be painted doors were bad we were lucky we got a good Apartment but friends were with us there apartmentos was up a very steep hill a lot of steps not suitable for any one with walking problems

Ho scelto questa struttura dopo essere stato al Villa las Flores ed essere venuto via dopo poche ore a causa del malfunzionamento wi-fi (mi serve per lavoro) e dell'assenza di aria condizionata, quindi ho cercato una struttura in zona che non costasse tanto ed ho trovato questa, praticamente il primo residence hotel costruito a tenerife 50 anni fa, ed in effetti li dimostra tutti. Fosse costato di più farei molte critiche, ma per il rapporto qualità prezzo va benissimo, la posizione è comoda e nel contempo silenziosa, unico grande neo la mancanza del kit sapone/shampoo che ti costringe ad andare nei minimarket vicini a fare acquisti se non sei partito organizzato, e anche l'assenza del phon non è piacevole. La cosa che ho gradito è il parcheggio privato, praticamente sempre vuoto, forse perchè costa 10€ al giorno ma io li ho spesi volentieri.

Mancano il phon e il kit shampoo/sapone e sarebbe stato piacevole oltre ad avere comode posate, piatti e bicchieri, magari un apribottiglie / cavatappi (ora c'è perchè l'ho acquistato e non potendolo portare in aereo è rimasto lì). Inoltre l'assenza del rifacimento camera non me lo aspettavo, ma non è un problema

Been coming to Tinerfe gardens for years and although dated with decor the apartments used to be very clean, but sadly this stay was horrible room filled with cockroaches, broken chairs and broken glass all over balcony, cobwebs filling all the doors and corners of rooms, got given a cot for our five month old which had holes in the netting and broken bits of wood for base. So had to have her sleep in bed with us for a week. Loud groups allowed to scream and shout until 6am waking our whole family up, there did used to be a security guard who patrolled and stopped this from happening but assuming that has stopped along with the high quality maid service. When brought up our issues at reception it was met with disregard, so stopped taking issues to them after a while. Such a shame to see after many years and happy memories holidaying here, but sadly would not book via Tinerfe gardens again as there is much nicer and higher quality hotels/apartments near by for similar/cheaper prices.

La cama no era incómoda, pero sí es verdad que la base del colchón sonaba demasiado cada que hacías un movimiento y en las noches, que te mueves, es cuando más se escuchan los muelle

La proximité des plages et des commerces. Le personnel qui exerce le ménage. La piscine et le snack. Le restaurant par contre est très bon. La petite boutique à coté .

L'appartement car il était à la limite de l'insalubrité / frigo qui tourne sans arrêt , la saleté des appareils ménagers , le stricte minimum sur la composition des articles a dispositions, les planches sous les matelas avec manque de confort de la literie, la hotte sale , le four a micro onde etc....les cafards!

La ubicación está bien y la zona de la piscina fue prácticamente lo único positivo de nuestra estancia. Después de llegar de trabajar podíamos estar un rato allí y las instalaciones de la piscina estaban bastante bien. La habitación, al menos, tenía aire acondicionado, aunque se notaba que llevaba bastante tiempo sin una limpieza o mantenimiento adecuado

El apartamento que nos encontramos no tenía prácticamente nada que ver con lo que esperábamos por las fotografías del anuncio. Reservamos pensando que tendríamos un apartamento luminoso, ventilado y con cocina, y terminamos en una habitación situada debajo de la zona de la piscina, con muchísima humedad y prácticamente sin ventilación. El estado general de la habitación dejaba muchísimo que desear. La nevera estaba oxidada y parecía que habían pintado por encima para disimularlo; la goma de cierre estaba deteriorada y tenía moho. El edredón tenía un agujero y algunas sábanas también estaban deterioradas. El espejo del baño estaba en un estado lamentable, con los bordes completamente deteriorados, al igual que el mueble, hasta el punto de que daba reparo guardar cosas en los cajones. También encontramos suciedad en diferentes zonas, desperfectos en paredes y mobiliario e incluso algo que parecía un insecto muerto dentro de la luz del techo. La limpieza fue otro de los principales problemas. Vinieron a hacer la habitación al tercer día, pero básicamente hicieron las camas con las mismas sábanas y vaciaron las papeleras sin cambiar las bolsas. El suelo seguía sucio y daba la sensación de que ni siquiera habían pasado una fregona. Además, las paredes son extremadamente finas y se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones de al lado. Todos los días nos despertaban ruidos de muebles o cosas arrastrándose, tanto de otras habitaciones como de la zona superior, donde está la piscina. También tuvimos vecinos de fiesta y se escuchaba prácticamente todo. Para nosotros fue especialmente problemático porque estábamos en Tenerife por trabajo y dentro de la habitación teníamos prácticamente cero cobertura. La solución que nos ofrecieron fue WiFi para un dispositivo por persona, pero tampoco funcionaba correctamente. En general, una experiencia muy mala y, sobre todo, muy diferente de lo que esperábamos viendo las fotografías al realizar la reserva.

The beds were very uncomfortable due to MDF boards instead of slats on the beds, it was supposed to be free wifi throughout the complex we were given Internet codes which didn't work we asked several times, however when you have children who chat with their friends

My review is for the restaurant - we've never stayed in the accommodation. We've been coming to tenerife for years and have had some of the best meals here. Friendly staff (special mention to Janet and Jiro) who make you feel so welcome whether you come for a 3 course meal, a drink or a coffee and cake.

NO HABIA DESAYUNO. EL APARTAMENTO TIENE MURBLES DE HACE 70 AÑOS. NO HAY JABON PARA EL BAÑO NI LABAVAJILLAS. EL APARCAMIENTO ES PEQUEÑO EN SU ZONA DE CARGA Y DESCARGA.

FALTA DE LIMPIEZA EXTERIOR, MUCHAS ZONAS DE OBRAS. EL BAR DE LA PISCINA CON POCAS VARIEDADES.

La habitación tenía suciedad debajo de la nevera que está en alto y se ve el piso,y el baño estaba encharcado de agua no lo habían fregado bien después de limpiar,la verdad que estuvimos el año pasado y bien,pero este año por esa parte no estuvo tan bien

Estancia perfecta en Tinerfe GARDEN. Los apartamentos están muy bien, todo limpio y cuidado, y además nos hicieron el cambio de sábanas al segundo día, algo que se agradece muchísimo. En general, todo de 10. Mención especial, y muy merecida, para la recepcionista de la mañana del día 5, rubia y con gafitas. Súper servicial, simpática, amable y con una atención de esas que realmente marcan la diferencia. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así, porque hacen que la estancia sea todavía mejor. 👏🏼 La única nota un poco discordante fue el bar, donde tuvimos una experiencia algo… peculiar. Intentamos desayunar allí, pero parece que ese día el desayuno era más bien una actividad opcional, porque no conseguimos que nos atendieran. Y el chico del bar tampoco nos dio los buenos días. Quizás estaba siguiendo una política de ahorro extremo de palabras. 😂 Por lo demás, todo perfecto y totalmente recomendable. Si consiguen que el bar esté a la altura del resto del alojamiento y, sobre todo, de la atención de recepción, sería difícil pedir más.

Very disappointed I have stayed at these Apts 6x this last trip was a health catastrophe I paid £100 for upgrade being a disabled 70yr old I was given keys to 90a at the very top of the complex 5 lots of steps to climb 4 ramps when I got to the room I nearly collapsed exhausted chest pains a fellow holiday maker ran to his own room to get me fresh water. I gave him key for my case to get my medication out and GTN. Spray because of chest pains he wanted to phone for ambulance I asked him to put luggage in room for me I made a black coffee and 2x over nex hours 23.30 and 00.45 he came to check on me. In the meantime because I was not given internet password and safe key I was worried about phoning relatives that I had arrived my wife phoned the Apts at 01.00am to ask if I was OK and I had arrived as I say and it is known by yourselves from previous bookings that I was disabled and you sent me up there. When I did wake up I opened front door to see with shock I was looking at a motorway and a intinerent campsite over all I'm shocked with the service

L appartement etait spacieux, tres propre et refait a neuf avec coin salon, table, cuisine avec couverts, plats, verres, tasses.Il comprenait a l exterieur une grande terrasse avec 2 transats, 1 table et 4 chaises , 1 etendoir et 1 barbecue.La localisation est au top, tres proche des plages, restaus et commerces. La piscine avec un bar ou on peut commander des boissons et snacks, etait a proximite, le restaurant de la residence ou j ai dine et pris le petit dejeuner etait tres bon, le service etait parfait. Les receptionnistes etaient aussi tres bien(commande taxi tres rapide lors de mon depart) J ai apprecie le calme le soir et j ai tres bien dormi

Hotel espectacular te brindan muchas cosas para así tienes otro día te cambian directamente a otra habitación las limpiadoras espectaculares el trato perfecto la piscina perfecta todo súper limpio y un trato genial volvería mil veces y barato y económico y con todo cerca de su ubicación era un hotel maravilloso me encantó también necesitaba unas tiritas para mi hijo y también me las dieron ellos son un encanto de personas lo que me encontré en el alojamiento

- drugged up man banging on our door in the night & ringing our doorbell. Screaming until 5.30am. Says there is a 24 hour reception but we rang 5 times & no answer. We were really scared as two young girls. Agree this isn’t necessarily the hotels fault as it was another guest, but surely if you advertise security & a 24 hour reception, you should be able to contact them with any issues?
