La ubicación y la comodidad de alojarnos en un apartamento.

La limpieza, no estaba limpio, suelo sucio, vajilla sucia y no nos cambiaron las camas ni cambiaron las toallas al tercer día de estar allí, y ese día que supuestamente vinieron a limpiar, no las cambiaron y tuvimos que pedirlas al llegar al, y al día siguiente nos dejaron un saco delante de la puerta con las sábanas y toallas.

Location was ok 15/20 min walk down to beach was fine and taxi back was only around €7. Only about 15 mins to las americas and was between €10/15 which was fair prices. Also close to Siam park about 10 mins in taxi. Rooms were clean and around the property was clean and tidy

Rooms had no air conditioning just a ceiling fan in living room and bedroom which didn’t help much with the heat, the remotes for the bedroom one didn’t work properly had to push buttons multiple times before went on and they turn off if you turn light off by main switch which was especially annoying at night time. Every time opened the door bad smell because of how warm the room was. Pool was pretty to look at but water wasn’t overly clean life guard would scoop out bits that they would see but was still some days when it didn’t seem the cleanest as if filters weren’t working properly. Entertainment was basic most people seemed to leave the resort in evenings.

Stayed in Neptuno apartments across the road from main hotel. Was lovely and quiet there, bar area and pool well kept.

A lot of stairs which we weren't advised off and elderly mother struggled.

Un po' fuori dal centro e con difficoltà di parcheggio. Nella strada antistante nonostante ci fosse la fila di macchine parcheggiata sul marciapiede e senza cartelli di divieto, a noi (non ho capito con che criterio solo la nostra) hanno portato via la macchina con rimozione forzata e 200€ spesi tra ritiro e multa.

Desde el primer momento en el que entramos al apartamento ,vimos que no había aire acondicionado , el deterioro de todo el alojamiento ( almohadas , colchon, suciedad del sofá , cuadro de papel roto , humedad por todos lados ) fuimos a exigir un reembolso ya que hacía demasiado calor y no era lo que pronocionaban en las fotos y descripción. Nos cambiaron a una “suite “ que prácticamente era lo mismo pero con jacuzzi y sauna , ( QUE NO FUNCIONABAN) nos pusieron miles de excusas cuando pedimos el reembolso para poder irnos a otro lugar porque era nuestras vacaciones y estábamos incómodos . Nos dijeron que se encontraba de vacaciones la encargada de eso y que la única solucion era quedarnos allí . Esperando respuesta de booking y de parte del hotel , Booking no llegaba a un acuerdo para que nos devolviera el reembolso . El miércoles , planche una camisa de lino con la plancha del apartamento todo iba bien hasta que se manchó de una quemadura que ya había en la plancha , cosa que comunique en recepción ,ni cambiaron la plancha ni se preocuparon por la prenda . El jueves fuimos a probar el jacuzzi y no funcionaba , se acababa muy rápido el agua caliente para llenarlo ; vamos a encenderlo y no funcionaba, informamos y dicen que hasta el día siguiente no pueden verlo , lo arreglaron el día viernes al medio día , dejando un palo en el pulsar para que echara chorros porque si no tenías que tener el dedo pulsándolo todo el tiempo. Bastante nefasto todo. Sinceramente hay muchísimos de sitios mejores , más limpios , más cómodos y muchos más baratos. Recepción trata a los españoles fatal pero a los ingleses muy bien para los comentarios , excepto Caty que siempre fue muy simpática y ayudándonos en lo que estaba en su alcance. De verdad 0 recomendación a este “aparta hotel” obligándome a quedarme exigiendo mi reembolso que es un derecho como consumidor.

Buena ubicación y tranquilidad.

Estado de la habitación, deterioro, cucarachas. Los días allí fueron un desastre. En constante tensión por cucarachas desde que nos levantábamos. Muchas cosas deterioradas, en mal estado, colchón de sofá- cama incómodo y muy fino, muebles rotos, nevera antihigiénica y muy deteriorada, lámpara-ventilador de dormitorio no funcionaba, no había jabón en el lavabo y había que ir al dispensador del plato-ducha, papel higiénico a mitad, ya estaba usado lo que me parece antihigiénico y una falta de respeto, secador de pelo sucio y cascado, una sombrilla vieja y sucia guardada en un mueble y el soporte para anclarla roto, televisión pequeña, puerta de entrada principal de la habitación no cerraba bien y de un empujón se podía abrir. Tengo fotos y vídeos de todo, pero aquí solo dejan subir 4.

Como resolvió el problema la recepción, cuando me cambio de habitación. Fue muy amable.

Instalaciones viejas , poco cuidadas, hacia mucho calor y los ventiladores de techo casi no estaban echando poco aire, la piscina el día viernes se veia sucia, pero sábado era imposible bañarse de la suciedad que tenía decidimos irnos a la playa .

El Apártamento era muy espacioso y con gran accesibilidad a la piscina lo cual agradecí al estar operada y tener la movilidad más reducida. Está ubicado con bastantes servicios cercanos como un minimarket, y la panadería. La atencion del personal fue muy servicial y atentos.En general

Por decir alguna cosa, pocos utensilios de cocina. Para ser un apartamento de 4 personas 1 sola sartén es escasa.

Проживание в этом отеле было идеальным. Прекрасный персонал, чудесный номер, территория красивая и ухоженная.. досуг по некоторым вечерам организован.. + магазин рядом.. красивые закаты над океаном ,с высоты расположения отеля, - гарантированы!

I appreciated being able to check in at 2am. Note that no soap is provided, though towels are. Nice space, with a sea view - could do with some renovation, but perfectly reasonable.

They close the pool snack bar around 4 and the main restaurant does not open until 5pm

Balcón era espacioso. Cocina limpia

Reservamos la habitación para 4, pero solo prepararon dos camas. SOLO limpian la habitacion 1/2 veces por semana y cambian las toallas cada tres días. Falta higiene. Además si reservas a través de booking no te dejan entrar al spa gratis, solo si lo haces con ellos directamente.

The views were lovely as it was on a hill. The bakery was also nice to get in the mornings with a coffee. The gym was handy it had a bike, rower, threadmill, assault bike and a few free weights. Nice spot if you want to get away from the busy area of las americas. There was a small shopping centre nearby with restaurants and shops too. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful with any questions.

The sofa bed wasnt comfortable. It was more like a big cushion rather than a mattress.

Příjemný pobyt. Víceméně pro mě jen na přespání, tak jsem ani bazén nevyužila, ale večerní posezení na terase pri západu sluníčka nemělo chybu. Hned u vstupu vedle obchůdek a v blízkosti i velký obchodní dům.

The apartment suite worked very well for us. 10-15 min walk to the center. The check out is at 10am but you can leave your luggage on a locked room and still enjoy the pool and facilities of the hotel.

Personnel aimable et souriant, belles prestations, magnifique endroit très bien entretenu. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Isolation peut-être à revoir. Nous entendons beaucoup les gens des appartements voisins.

View from the balcony was nice. Kitchen facilities were all available, even a sponge and dishwashing detergent. Pool was heated and big enough.

The sofa bed was very worn out.

Staff were wonderful, helpful, spoke English. Activity lady delightful smiley and helpful. Very clean no complaints. Arranged car hire for day and parking cost was £10 on top but all very smooth. Black sandy Beach 20 min walk. Final day took cab back and was only £5 euros. Nearby beaches could swim others travelled further out to couldnt and red flagged. Lots restautants and shops. Large Supermarket nearby. Small one onsite with friendly young gentleman. Roads very good except north side worse. Volcanoe had lots of walks. Could drive up part way. Cable car didnt run on our day due to winds. White rocks like a moonscape could walk on. Open toed sandals not the best small pumice get stuck. Drove down north side volcanoe and weather dramatic change foggy and low vis on dangerous bends. Be wary nervous drivers. Took ages. Wished had stayed on south side as was late and dark. Though if had driven it earlier would have had walks in volcanoe north sides lovely lichen draped mossy woodlands. Market day in town was good but no fruit and veg/food was disappointing. Staff provided bus info. Was lovely sunny/hot half the time latter end dull and cloudy chilly breeze. Beach beds quite expensive and pay e tra for umbrellas. Lovely hotel with our self catering apartment and belcony over pool and sea view in distance. Far better than roads. Pool shuts 6pm. Shame but gets shady anyway. Not overrun and liked smaller clean friendly hotel. Thaʼnk you all :)

Bed and sofa bed uncomfortable for myself but ok for my other 2 guests. Safe had to pay so didnt use. Even thogh against rules people who werent there put towels on poolside longers very early not too fair.

Outdoor activities and pool area were nice, location was not far from bus stop (but you have to climb uphill when going to hotel for about 10 mins), supermarket was super close; also, there's cute bakery with friendly staff, decent baked options and coffee for breakfast

bring your ALL toiletries!! there's no soap in bathroom (we even asked for one and didn't get anything) no tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no bottle of water... but full kitchen with kettle and utensils there's no storage room (you can leave your bags on the floor in the corner) WiFi is sloooow toilet doors can't be locked, even the main entrance door had some issues with lock towels can be rented to use at the pool and the locker is not free to use

C’est un très bel endroit avec une belle vue sur la mer, un hôtel bien situé à proximité de toutes les commodités ainsi que des quartiers festifs. ☺️

Les équipements tels que les lits, les matelas, les coussins et la chasse d’eau sont à changer. Le matériel de cuisine est tout juste complet. Salle de sport laisser à l’abandon.

The staff on reception were always attentive, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, had everything we needed and was spacious. Also loved over balcony. There is a small supermarket and bakery attached which was so convenient.

Gorgeous views from the balcony. Lovely choice of pools, salt water pool, adults only pool and jacuzzi pool were great. Quiet and relaxing. Friendly staff. Decent kitchen area in the room.

Steep incline when walking back to the hotel. No lamps in the bedroom and ceiling fan was very noisy. Shower didn’t drain quickly enough.

Comfortable, well equipped. Clean and tidy environment. You have everything you need. Nice bakery and shop right next to the hotel’s main entrance.

Csodálatos volt a kilátás a teraszról, éttermek és a strand kényelmes sétatávolságban. A medence valóban fűtött és kellemes hőfokú volt. Szuper hogy közvetlen a hotelnél van pékség és kisbolt.

4-en voltunk egy apartmanban és ha egyszerre fürödtünk néha kevés volt a melegvíz, de nem okozott problémát

10am check out, apartment getting dated looking, balcony work wood looked unsafe, not enough pillows. In addition, main pool in Neptuno freezing but there is a heated adult pool. This is not fair on families. Only one pillow per person.

Fjn dat er een klein winkeltje en een bakkerij onder het hotel zitten. Wij hadden een parkeerplek gereserveerd, dat is wel een aanrader want anders is het lastig een plekje te vinden.

Als je pas naar het zwembad gaat als de zon er schijnt zijn alle bedjes bezet door handdoeken. Helaas wordt er niks gedaan tegen handdoekje leggen. Heel irritant. Ook komen er vrijwel alleen maar Engelsen, maar dat geldt voor dit hele gebied.

Brudno , mieszkanie wymaga remontu . Zalało nam łazienkę zero reakcji . Dwa dni czekaliśmy na złożone prośby . Obsługa sprzątająca zachowywała się tak głośno o 7:30 rano że nas obudziła . Internet nie działał.

La recepcionista era muy amable.

En primer lugar yo reserve un alojamiento y me mandaron a otro de la misma compañía cercano que ya conocía y no quería ese alojamiento. Quería él que yo reserve. Las ventanas de madera viejas. El sillón cama antiguo. Las instalaciones normales tirando a flojas. No hay aparcamiento, tienes que contratar el parking.
