Been here a few times when visiting the area ... super friendly and helpful staff and great amenities....never disappoints !

Beautiful and historical stadium with good facilities and located near to decent restaurants and shops

The bed was old and the frame was protruding beyond the mattress and we stubbed our toes on the frame. The garbage bins were not lined, the restaurants was limited

West Ham fan. Stayed overnight. Lovely football atmosphere. Mixed with Bolton fans who were very friendly.

Afraid bath water in my room was only luke warm. As we were leaving didn’t think it was worth complaining about.

Very friendly staff, from reception to restaurant, no one let the hotel down. One member working the breakfast room (Jasmin) was simply outstanding.

Hairdryer was a bit underpowered.

My whole experience was fantastic as it was the first time I had visited the hotel since the death of my wife three weeks ago. The staff were sensitive, understanding and hugely helpful to make me feel at a 'home away from home'.

Rooms look h tired and dated. Shows wear and tear. Paint peeling off pictures framed. Tea, coffee and milk not replaced for second night stay. Asked for gluten free cereal for breakfast and non available. Would have felt that this would be more option for those who have intolerance or allergic conditions. I was not the only client asking for this request. Although booked originally for only myself I phone 2 days before stating my husband would be travelling with me. Information by gentleman on phone this would be fine. On checking in booking still for 1. When asked is there other rooms with larger beds told all standard double. Surprised that parking had to be purchased when checking in. Other hotel s I have staying in the guess get the parking for free.

The penthouse was lovely and spacious. We ordered room service pizza. Wasn't expecting much. Easily the best pizza I've ever had. Sounds ridiculous I know. It's definitely a must. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and fresh.

The WiFi could have done with a bit of a boost and the room needed some glasses to drink from.

The food was excellent, the staff were lovely. It was my Birthday and when i got in there there were balloons and chocolates. The lovely lady at Breakfast gave me a hug, I was so touched. Wish people in London would be as friendly. She was the sweetest thing. The pizza's, breakfast, were delicious. There was water to hydrate everywhere.

Having recently stayed at a Radison Hotel in Oslo, I found the breakfast disappointing. No fresh fruit. No healthy options and ordinary sliced bread the only option. You can do better.

Com exceção de Steve e Craig, funcionários que nos receberam muito cordialmente no check-in, outros dois integrantes da equipe tiveram comportamento estúpido e grosseiro. Inacreditável até. Nunca vi nada parecido com hóspedes. Um funcionário, talvez segurança, nos abordou com enorme grosseria no hall do hotel - questionando se estávamos fazendo filmagens no hall. O que não estava acontecendo. Até porque, anteriormente, um outro funcionário já havia dito que não era permitido imagens do hotel. Detalhe importante: Também nunca vi um hotel que não pode ser filmado pelos próprios hóspedes. Talvez não entendam a finalidade do que é ser um hotel e não um escritório ou um centro de reuniões. O que pode se explicar por estar localizado em uma cidade sem nenhum atrativo de turismo. Sem cordialidade e sem educação. Comportamento como esse desqualifica completamente o lugar.
