The international terminal closes at 9 pm, so to get in, you will have to go to the domestic terminal and walk about 15 minutes. This makes it very inconvenient to enter the place after that. Plus, the instructions were confusing, and the receptionist had a language barrier. Breakfast was underwhelming and not worth the price.

廊下が暗いので、夜中は少し怖いです(^_^;)

The staff. The place felt cold. I was travelling with my mum who is in her 70s and we had quite a bit of luggage. We were sent up to our room to manage our luggage on our own. It might be their policy but it would have been very helpful to have some help.

At first, it was difficult to find ways to reach the hotel. I did have difficulty to find hotel signs. Besides, it could have been better if there are more lights in the corridors.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Picked a junior suite. Much larger than expected, the pictures do not do it justice. fantastic room. Free minibar but to be expected at the price you are paying. Very luxe hotel feel, albeit very gotham/bond villain kind of luxury.
Onsen design did not appeal to me, felt like it was designed for a bond villian or darth vader with all black floors and ceilings. Opposite of relaxing unless ur an evil corporate type. Was serviceable tho.

The only slight downside is it’s a bit of a trek from the main domestic departure hall. But it means it’s quiet and the rooms have a view of the tarmac! So it’s worth the trek

Wir haben - im kleinen Flughafen Sapporo - gut 30 Minuten gebraucht das Hotel zu finden. Unserer Meinung nach ist die Ausschilderung / die Beschilderung im Flughafen - vor allem im nationalen Teil - deutlich verbesserungsfähig (auf die "Ortskenntnisse" der Damen an der Flughafeninformation konnten wir uns nur sehr bedingt verlassen).
