From check in to check out this was a top notch hotel. Great staff at the front desk who were very helpful about parking and things to do within walking distance. We stayed here to be closer to Lake Como without staying in the very small villages along the shore line. Easy 20 minute drive north the next morning for our scheduled boat ride around the lake. Great breakfast in the morning with outstanding options and variety.

Not much we didn't like. Very clean, great location. If there were a problem, it would be with the AC during the warm months. That seems to be a consistent issue with every hotel, shop, and restaurant across Italy so not a real problem.

Jak na 4 gwiazdki to w pokoju zabrakło zestawu nicy z igłą(akurat tym razem potrzebowałem), klapków hotelowych, czajnika i zestawu herbat. Dodatkowo woda płatna. W rezerwacji miałem wybrane duże łóżko a otrzymałem dwa pojedyńcze.

Super Lage direkt am Fluss Adda und unmittelbar an der Uferpromenade. Wunderschöne Spaziergänge möglich. Gute Frühstücksbuffet mit freundlichem Service.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und die Sitzplätze im Freien wunderbar.

Preis war einfach überrissen. Im Bad könnte man die Fugen mal erneuern.

Desayuno flojo, no es buena cocina. Sin plazas de aparcamiento como se indicaba en la reserva. Se trata de un parking publico en un lateral del hotel que depende de si encuentras plaza libre.

Parkplatz Situation. In der Nähe gibt es schon ein Parkhaus, aber wenn es um 22 Uhr schliesst nützt es nicht viel. Man ist ja nicht immer im 22 Uhr zurück. Das müsste das Hotel etwas besser organisieren.

The receptionists were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice but the coffee machines are useless you get half a cup and it's barely warm, There were two but every day one wasn't working, it's advertised that if you need an iron reception will send one to you, but they don't they have an ironing room with one iron and ironing board for the whole hotel which was frustrating, they should have enough to send up to rooms , Apart from that it is a nice

This is my second stay in this hotel. Excellent location. Very spacious rooms. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Amazing view from the room.

Camera molto spaziosa con arredamento moderno, comodo e funzionale. Molto luminosa grazie alla grande finestra con vista sul fiume. Letti veramente confortevoli e di dimensioni più grandi rispetto allo standard. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione varia e abbondante. Posizione ottima, in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro in zona pedonale. L'hotel non ha il parcheggio ma ha l'area di sosta carico/scarico bagagli e a un centinaio di metri c'è un autosilo che costa max 10 euro per 24 ore.

Avrei preferito la vasca al posto della doccia ma si tratta di gusti personali.

Great location, very clean hotel with a fantastic view

Only negative was that there was nowhere to sit and have a drink and a bit of lunch on arrival as the bar and restaurant only opened in the evening. As check in was not until 3 had to leave the hotel in the rain to find somewhere. If it was not for the weather this would not have been a problem

Great location and easy to walk into town centre. Good access to the river and lake . We walked to Malgrate to swim in the Lake , which was just over the bridge .

Dated bathrooms could do with showers not over the bath . The staff around the hotel were not very friendly apart from the receptionists who were very friendly.

when we asked at reception for additional towels, we were told that there would be an extra charge. For a hotel of this level and price range, we found this quite surprising and unnecessary.

Sehr freundliches Personal, nur ein paar Minuten zu Seepromenade und Altstadt. Fahrad konnte aufgeladen und sicher verwahrt werddn, dabei war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Alles ok, nichts zu beanstanden.

Dobra lokalizacja - niby nie jest w samym centrum, ale do najbardziej ruchliwych uliczek wystarczy 10 minut spokojnego spaceru. Miły personel, śniadanie smaczne (ale codziennie to samo). Siłownia całkiem spora - można pobiegać, są maszyny.

Kuna mul oli võetud perele 2 tuba, siis oli olemas võrdlusmoment. Ühes toas oli hotelli poolt tasuta vesi, teises mtte. Hommikusöök oli valdavalt hea, aga pisut meelehärmi tekitas scrambled egg, mis kahjuks oli koka poolt lihtsalt nii valesti tehtud, et seda ei kannatanud süüa.

Super obsługa, Pani na recepcji bardzo nam pomogła w kwestiach organizacyjnych naszych wakacji. Pyszne, urozmaicone śniadania. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do dworca.

Great location, good service, the extra large double bed is comfortable. What I love most is that the hotel is pet friendly, so i can travel together with my baby dog.

1. The hotel is next to a river, so there are many mosquitos. My legs were bitten 3 times when I did the check-in at the reception. It would be nice if the hotel can arrange a mosquito devices or mosquito killing lamps at least in the reception lobby. 2. We booked the rooms with a view but the lake view was actually mostly blocked by the trees.

这个酒店的现场设施与图片严重不符，图片经过精修，房间很白很新。其实设备少说有8~10年，很多地方没那么干净，感觉这个是三星最多的酒店，他们的地理位置离湖边很远，完全没有景观。性价比很低。

Auf dem Foto meint man, das vor dem Hotel ein kleiner Strandabschnitt wäre->das ist leider nicht so. Das Örtchen scheint ausgestorben zu sein. Ferner liegt draussen viel Müll rum.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. We were given access to the room early so that was really helpful. The room had air conditioning but it wasn’t that great - room looked over Lake Como but sun shine in the windows most of the day making it super hot.

The location is next door to an abandoned building and homeless people were there drinking, it felt a bit unsafe so we stayed away from the Lake end mostly. It was a little far out for us and because it was so hot the walk felt too long. Hotel is very dated and needs to renovated.

The hotel was a ten-minute walk from the center, in a quiet place. It faces the river, not the lake. The hotel was generally OK, but I am not sure it was worth the money we paid in July.

Staff: The staff is very friendly and tries to resolve all the problems. Location: The location is fantastic. In 1 minute you are out at the lakeside promenade. The train station is only 15 minutes walk. Breakfast: The breakfast was elaborate and had some nice options. By eating breakfast outside you can enjoy views of the lake while having breakfast. Room: The room was clean and big. We had a lake view room and could enjoy the pretty surroundings from the room. Bar and Room Service: The hotel also has a bar with some available options. These can also be ordered as room service.

On Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant doesn't have Lunch available but in 10 15 mins you can easily reach the city center with a lot of available options.

- El desayuno (poca variedad y no buena calidad de los productos). - Que el hotel no tenga estacionamiento. El estacionamiento pagado que sugieren cierra a las 22 hrs. Después no hay donde estacionar , porque esta todo lleno en la calle. - En las habitaciones no ponen agua, solo la embotellada, que es pagada. Estuvimos en 4 hoteles antes de este en Italia y todos proporcionaron agua como parte de la cortesía del alojamiento. Por el precio pagado, mínimo que uno disponga de agua para beber.. Considerando además que la temperatura afuera era al menos de 35 grados.

Indubbiamente un bellissimo hotel in una zona strategica.

Purtroppo il nostro bagno non era pulito: peli nel bidet e ancora i detergenti aperti e personali di chi aveva soggiornato prima di noi. Purtroppo, inoltre, nonostante averlo fatto presente allo staff, nessuno si è preso la briga di risolvere la situazione. Peccato.

Tolle, großzügige Zimmer, aufmerksames Personal. Gute Lage man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Es gibt ein paar wenige Parkplätze am Haus. Diese sind aber nicht abgeschlossen und direkt an der Straße und Passanten laufen direkt daran vorbei. Aber sie sind gebührenfrei.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, great sport next to the lake and only a short stroll into town. Amazing spread for breakfast!
