The room was comfy and clean, breakfast choices were more than sufficient - both sweet and salty. The view from breakfast area and from our room was lovely!

The internet on our floor was very intermittent and slow.

Excellent location beside the lake. Advice to use ferry to Bellagio was a winner.

Amazing location by the lake, close to the restaurant area, train station. Room was clean. Standard, classic style. Breakfast was ok, but not too many options.

Geen parking van het hotel. "Vlakbij is een goedkope parking omdat je 's nachts niet moet betalen", zei de man van het hotel. We stonden op die parking van 19u tot 11u de volgende dag. 30 euro!

We were very comfortable at the family-run Hotel Alberi, and the staff greeted us warmly each day. Their concern to meet our every need was appreciated, even down to small details like providing us with a kettle in our room, and gluten-free bread and muffins at breakfast. The breakfast was fine - typical Italian buffet and good coffee. The room has plentiful storage space - shelves, drawers and hanging space, and there are a good number of power points where needed. The bed is a little on the hard side, and the pillow too - I guess it's a question of personal taste and habit. Lecco is a very pretty town encircled by mountains, and the Alberi is centrally located on the main promenade looking out over the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days there, and were made to feel at home.

Nothing major troubled us. We did notice a slight unfresh smell in the bathroom from the drains.

Hotel tuz przy promenadzie, centrum miasta, na granicy ze strefa ZTL, ale można dojechac samochodem i zaparkowac, za hotelem spory platny parking. Wokol mnostwo restauracji. W calym Lecco nie mozna pływać w jeziorze, najbliższa plaża po drugiej stronie mostu, ok. 500 m pieszo

Migliorerei la colazione. Mi sarebbe piaciuto che ci fossero : succo d'arancia vero, brioches e pane di buona qualità e altri cibi freschi .

Läget! Frukosten var över förväntan, jättegott kaffe. Supertrevlig o hjälpsam personal.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting right facing the lake . Some lovely restaurants and bars close by , and you can go on some amazing boat trips that you book from just minutes away , really relaxing trip away .

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See. Nur durch eine (große) Straße getrennt. Der Ausblick über den See ist von dort super. Es gibt viel Gastronomie in der Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Parksituation. Wir waren mit dem Motorrad unterwegs. Man konnte es entweder direkt vor dem Hotel an der großen Straße abstellen oder am Hintereingang vom Hotel. Dort ist allerdings ein frei zugänglicher öffentlicher Parkplatz. Das Motorrad stand nicht wirklich sicher.

Stayed 14 years ago and it was lovely to see it’s still family run. Beautiful location facing the lake. Staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Room was clean and had a large bathroom. All amenities required for a comfortable stay were available.

A few teenagers / young adults were hanging around and smoking in nearby buildings which made it feel slightly unsafe but it could all just be my perception and they were harmless. Breakfast was slightly catered towards adults rather than younger children.

Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä paikalliseen tapaan. Hotellin sijainti oli mielestämme loistava, helppo matka rautatieasemalta ja laivaretkille Como järvelle oli helppo lähteä. Ravintoloita oli lähistöllä runsaasti ja rantabulevardi oli todella mukava.

Parveke olisi ollut kiva sellaista ei ollut varatessamme vapaana. Napsun verran viileämpi ilma :)

The location is excellent.

I booked a room with a small balcony facing the lake. However, due to the tree lined street you can't actually see the lake, which was the whole point of paying extra for the room.

The location was fantastic, front-line Lake Como, with views over the lake for breakfast. Staff were welcoming and friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early. Rooms were fine, very clean and spacious with good air-con.

All good! One small comment would be the coffee machine for breakfast wasn't great coffee. Single beds were very narrow.

Mukava hotelli lähellä järven rantaa, erittäin hyvä sijainti. Helpon kävelymatkan päässä juna-asemalta. Aamupala oli ihan hyvä, tarjolla oli hedelmiä, leipää, erikoiskahveja, kananmunia jne. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siisti huone.

Great hotel overlooking lake Como. Much better than the 3* rating. Family run and they couldn’t have been more helpful with every request we had.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e comoda per visitare la città. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutare. La camera era pulita e confortevole.

La colazione era buona, ma il personale iniziava a ritirare piatti e cibo molto velocemente verso la fine dell'orario. Sarebbe meglio attendere la chiusura della colazione prima di riordinare, così gli ospiti possono fare colazione con più tranquillità.

Following a late arrival on a crowded regional train, Massimo was welcoming and helpful in getting us checked in. He made a recommendation for a late dinner at one of the very few restaurants that were still open at our arrival time. The included breakfast has a nice variety and the dining area across from the park and Lake Como were an added plus. Everyone on the staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed Lecco very much as a community. We intend to visit again in the future. When we do, we look forward to repeating our visit.

This was a lovely if ordinary hotel on the Lake front. The staff were very welcoming. I loved the location even if my room was at the back, however the very attractive breakfast room had views looking out over the lake and the breakfast was great, offering a lot of choice from savoury items to lovely tarts and pastries.

The hotel didn't look very prepossessing from the outside....... it was a lot of grey concrete.

Super lokalizacja, w zasadzie przy samym jeziorze. Mimo, że obiekt nie jest najnowszy, to jest bardzo czysto. Znakomite, wręcz zaskakująco dobre śniadania, miła i pomocna obsługa, starająca się mówić po angielsku ;)

Sehr nette Gastgeber die sich auch um unsere Probleme gekümmert haben (Kollege hatte Troubles mit Navi, Werkzeug wurde vorbehaltlos geborgt) und ausgesprochen freundlich.

Wasserdruck beim Warmwasser war nicht hoch, aber duschen war kein wirkliches Problem

Totul a fost super!

Enklare hotell centralt i Lecco, bra frukost, trevlig personal, nära till restauranger och shopping. Vi tog en båttur på sjön som var väldigt rogivande. Blev glatt överraskad av Lecco väldigt fint.

Personnel sympathique

I like that it’s close to the transportation and the view. I also like that the staff are all great, helpful and friendly.

I think in general, Lecco properties are quite outdated and even the apartment if you want near the waterside. So I didn’t like that it’s outdated inside and wish it could be more modern, refreshed and fixed up inside the guestroom.

Loved the friendly greeting on reception. The location in front of the lake is great. The room was comfy and sparkling clean with a comfortable bed and crisp bed linen. We would definitely stay here again.

First thing that popped out is the location- right across the street from Lake Como and the foothills of the Western Alps. View was amazing. It’s also an 8 minute walk (with luggage) from the train station and a three minute walk to the city center area full of restaurants and bars and shops. Truly an excellent location. The staff was so helpful and fun and warm. The hotel was immaculate! Breakfast well exceeded our expectations. Selection of morning beverages alone was amazing. The fact that they had a car service that took us comfortably to the Milan airport for a very reasonable price was the icing on the cake. We will stay again if we are back along Lake Como.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 6min spacerem do dworca kolejowego i 5 min do przystani promowej. Miejscowość Lecco dobrze skomunikowana z Mediolanem, Varenną i Tirano. W hotelu czysto, codzienne sprzątanie pokoi i wymiana ręczników, bardzo miły personel.

Ogólnie skromny hotel jak i pokój... tylko do przespania się, jest jakiś bar przy recepcji, ale nie wygląda zachęcająco, zresztą w niedalekiej odleglosci pełno barów i restauracji. Śniadania włoskie(skromne), codziennie to samo... czytaj bułka z szynką i serem+ jajko na twardo+ ogórek/pomidor. Łóżko w pokoju za twarde.
