The air con wasnt working and no fan available in the room. Room was very noise outside traffic

On arrival the staff were really friendly and attentive, they sorted out a adjoining room with myself and my daughter family. Breakfast was excellent, overall a great experience definitely stay again.

Ideal for an overnight stay when catching an early flight

The hotel is right next to heathrow, easy for access to the car rental pickup and return. Room was great with everything needed for a short stay, The breakfast buffet was fantastic very high quality, warm and tasty I have paid a lot more for a lesser hotel. Highly recommend

I used the airport shuttle and it was very convenient. Can't give change cash though.

The hotel itself was very nice especially in terms of relative value. Very nice and helpful staff as well as having a small gym which to me is always something I'd like to at least be available. The area is also something I liked because I ate breakfast at Madeirinhas and right next door was J and A supermarket. Those two things were huge for me. There is a nice local park right there as well and busses were plentiful to get around if needed. If I'm ever back in London I'd surely stay there again.

Bit slow check in .. but otherwise a clean and convenient hotel...

Hotel was good and convenient for the airport. Bar menu was great and food nice and service very good. The stay was ruined for me when I went to have a shower after dinner and a pile of very dirty towels were there from previous occupant.

Room was clean and very easy access to ghe airport.

The Leonardo is my go to hotel when traveling out of Heathrow. I've always had excellent service whenever I have stayed here and this time was no different. I will use them again.

Good selection at breakfast and staff friendly

This is a great hotel close to LHR. Was given a runway view room. Great if you like plane spotting. All staff are friendly and restaurant offers great food, dinner and breakfast, with good bar food and drinks.

Very close to LHR. Easy getting too and from. However, it is a long way from the heart of London. The trade off was worth it.

A quick comfort rest, after tyring,delayed flight back to Heathrow airport.

All the staff were excellent very nice and accommodating.

The room was very cold the first night we were there. However, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a portable heater, which made a significant difference.

Friendly, efficient staff, good restaurant, excellent breakfast. We had problems with the elevator which was inconvenient with our luggage.

Clean room, helpful front desk staff and close to bus stop and airport

Polite staff, clean room, quiet and comfortable. Helpful front desk and transportation was convenient with front door pickup and drop off by buses.

Yet again, the Leonardo surpassed itself. In particular, the staff at reception. The well trained staff member went out of her way to get us into the room well before check-in time. The room was up to the usual very high standard. Also , I must say the food in the restaurant is wonderful too. Highly recommended, and at a very reasonable price for a hotel only 5 minutes away from terminals 2 and 3.

Great hotel near Heathrow Airport!

Stayed one night at the Leonardo Hotel at Heathrow and we had an amazing time. The Executive King Room was very well equipped and the bed was comfy and massive. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and powerful. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good for an airport hotel. We had Crispy Squid and Pork Belly for starters and Ribeye Steak and a Bourbon BBQ Burger for mains. This was topped off with a lovely bottle of wine and Biscuits Cheesecake and a selection of ice creams for dessert. With a great runway view, this room was extremely good value for money.

Our room and bathroom were spotless and wifi was great.

Excellent hotel. Very helpful friendly reception staff, runway view room was the best as explained by reception man. Room good size with a window that opened. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner restaurant also very good. Bus to Heathrow U3 nearby cost £1.75.

Decent enough stay for one night. Staff friendly at reception. Water & lemon water in reception when I arrived but sadly there wasn’t any when I checked out in the morning. Maybe the drinks containers were used at breakfast (didn’t have). The bedroom was a decent size. TV missing HD channels but fine for a night. The shower wasn’t the most powerful but certainly wasn’t the worst. The hotel entrance is behind the main road so took slightly longer to get there than I expected.

Internet was good. Had no laundry needs. Staff very friendly and food was great. Very clean hotel❤️

We landed at Heathrow in the late evening and were flying out early the next morning, but we didn't want to spend 8 hours in an airport chair overnight, so we booked a room here. It had good reviews, was close to the airport, and a fair price. I'm glad we found this place. The staff were friendly and responsive, and there are several transportation options to and from the airport. It was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfy.

A very comfortable stay and so close to the airport. The shuttle was perfect but if it doesn’t show up because it’s full, the staff will call you a cab. They are used to coming to pick people up because this hotel is at the end of the shuttle’s route.

Nothing wrong with this place they took care of us. They just have a bunch of rooms so it’s easy to see that some rooms might not get 100% of the cleaning/renovations needed. Other than that, they took care of us and blessed to find a room same day

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. When we checked in the first time, the staff explained to my husband in details where and how to catch nearby public transportation to and from LHR and our excursion to Cambridge.

Love it at the Leonardo. I last was there in 2016 before recently. I remember enjoying my stay at that time. And it's even better now than I remembered. Great value and there are stores and other places to eat close by. Easy access to busses and trains are another plus.

Check in was very slow. Seemed like the reception only had one member of staff on at 3pm when people were trying to check in. This member of staff was very slow, I believe they were doing their best but would have been quicker if had someone else there to help with the process.

Very nice location if you want to be near Heathrow. Good dining options around if you don’t mind walking 15-20 minutes.

The check in person tried to upcharge me to move from a accessible room to a regular room and there were many rooms avaliable. Not customer friendly or accommodating!

nice hotel handy for airport

There was a disgruntled person at checkin right before me, kind of scary. The desk attendant was not welcoming and hard to understand. She could have been upset. The decor is a bit run down, but its clean amd was quiet.

Bad location. Rude staff and not helpful. Not customer service focused.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s a great location for the airport, quiet and the communal areas, bar and restaurant are perfect. This time I found the bed and bedding lacking - I can only assume that before they were less used and therefore more comfortable. Now I know that the comfort of a mattress and bedding / pillows is personal preference however the mattress was hard and lumpy and the pillows were rock hard….. they hurt my ears!!! I did give the feedback the following morning and was given a free coffee whilst I waited for the taxi.

Great staff, very friendly. I liked the breakfast. I see a few wear & tear on the property, but otherwise, the hotel looks good. The hotel was easy to get to by public transportation. I would stay here again.

Great service at the front desk and restaurant. We had one of, even possibly THE best ever sticky toffee puddings at the restaurant/bar. Sooo good. The room was clean and current. Bathroom didn’t have hooks to hang towels and shower was open glass, which gets water all over the place unless you are Gumby lol

cood size room and facilities

Good hotel adjacent to local bus stop for Heathrow T2. We booked a standard king room but found out this does not mean king sized bed ie it means a queen sized bed in a standard room. Service overall was friendly and efficient and included buffet breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.

Close to terminal 2 at Heathrow and you could book a taxi through the hotel. Also close to a great pub, the three magpies. Staff friendly.

Difficult to find, thin walls and noisy,

Last minute stay due to flight cancellation at heathrow. We were able to book a great room on the second floor, it was clean, warm and comfortable, and we were able to get a shuttle back to the airport the next day. Would recommend

Horrible check in. Took over an hour for them to honor our booking despite me having confirmation on the hotels.com website, app and via email. The whole time they never said they would be able to honor and give us a room. Finally they did after sitting in the lobby for over an hour at the end of a loooong travel day.

Great hotel really helpful staff

This hotel is basically just a place to stay close to the airport for a flight the next day. The club sandwich in the restaurant was worse I ever had, chicken was thin and not fresh, then they added egg salad. Why? The shower was one of those european half open door which I absolutely do not understand why anyone would want that. Sure being half cold in the shower is just so comfortable- please. The shower also filled up with water quickly and if you didn't shower quickly the water looked like it would spill out into the whole bathroom. On the positive side, the bed was pretty comfortable and the staff was friendly at check-in. My advice, find another hotel there's plenty in the area.

There was a bit of confusion with our check-in. However, the service at the front desk was excellent, and she worked very hard to straighten it out.

Great stay and staff

The hotel was sufficient for the purpose of a stay close to Heathrow airport for a very early departure. No issues experienced at all. I was happy that they allowed me back to check in before 3:00pm.

So why do you have to stand in line and check in again when you’ve already checked in OnLine Checking in with reception took a painful 10mins And why I had to pay for one nights parking surely that should have at least come in with the room price The hotel itself one would say is tired and communal areas well used The room was clean and tidy and I know it’s picky but odd cups and no complementary biscuits Overall not great and a little disappointing

Lovely stay, with good amenities, clean and close to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking facilities on site were superb. A last minute choice, as the previous booking was unacceptable.

Great location, often stay in other Leonardo Hotels as they are excellent.

I will give this place 3 stars because it achieved the bare minimum of giving us a nice place to sleep and bathe the night before our flight. However, everything else about this hotel was misleading. The website notes services that they do not offer and lists items they did not have in stock which led to an extremely disappointing experience. I would not stay again.

Great last night in London before flying back to US. pillows were a little too flat to my liking. But other bedding was very nice.

Loved it. I would recommend you to stay here. It would be nice if the menu changed a bit. But still good food
