Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport

Room is a little small for 2 person, but we just stayed here for one night for transit flight. Everything works as expected.

No airplane noise!

Only there 1 night! Check in was very good. Very hospitable! Quiet small room keep well!

Staff was so amazing!!

I understand that it is a 3 star hotel. But basic necessities like water should at least be provided. We were a family of 3 and there was no water or anything in the room. We had to ask for it and they said no we can’t give it unless you’re a member. We got their most expensive room yet no water and no tissue paper in the room. The room was not so good either it wasn’t clean or comfortable the bed was squeaking and the window curtains weren’t closing properly due to which we all were up at 8 am since the light was constantly creeping in. Though close to Heathrow airport but some improvements are needed in the hotel. The staff was somewhat friendly and helpful. But they advertise that the Hoppa bus is free for people staying but they end up charging £15 for a return trip to and from the hotel aboard the bus.

We just stayed overnight & we’re very pleased with service, staff & convenience to & from the airport.

Lovely people working at the hotel. Room with a view of the runways was clean and had a decent view of the planes taking off.

Room was clean , bead was comfortable to sleep in and hotel has nice furnishing . However, it was too dim , not a lot of lighting in the room.

The breakfast is memorable. And the place is clean and comfortable.

Fabulous staff, great service, the bed was incredible. The bathroom was not super clean, with mold around the fixtures and in the tub. But otherwise, it was fabulous.

The airport shuttle was very helpful and the stay was very comfortable.

Rooms and restaurant did not disappoint.

Only there for an overnight stay and really enjoyed it. Check-in was fast & efficient; meal & service was very good, and we found all staff friendly & professional.

OK for a night stop

Fantastic service from the front desk folks, they helped me recover my CPAP that wa left on the bus and went above and beyond to help. The restaurant however had the worst service ive experienced in years.

Very clean hotel and great staff! Airport shuttle was somewhat difficult to determine where to catch the bus.

Truly the most wonderful and friendly staff, clean facilities and the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on.

fine for an overnight stay

Only spent one night here for an overnight layover. Check in was easy and front desk staff were helpful with options for return to airport, breakfast time, etc. This is a convenient hotel for a short-stay layover near T3/T5 area. Only issue we had was that we could not control the room temperature as the thermostat was not functioning.

Clean room. Not many dining options close but the Hi! Pizza we went to was good.

Everything was great. Only comment was it's a more secluded location than I thought (no pharmacy, outside restaurants, or other stores around the hotel).

We stayed at the hotel before flying home from Heathrow. The hotel was nice and convenient with a bus pickup for the airport. It more than met our needs.

No free shuttle bus

The room was average. The beds too soft. The bathroom was dated.

Convenient for the transit passengers

We stayed 3 separate times at this location during our 15 day hop around England and Paris. By far this was our favorite venue to stay at. We felt the most comfortable and the most safe at this location. We highly recommend this hotel especially if you need to be clise to heathrow airport to catch a plane, train, tram or bus.

Check in went well. I used the cafe and the restaurant. Food was good. Only stayed one night.

The property is fantastic and i would happily stay again. The bar/restaurant needs work. Staff were overwhelmed and were unable to provide satisfactory service to patrons.

The only problem was not being able to call house keeping or front desk for additional bath towels. They never answered the phone.

Comfortable, quiet room, great bar food and service. Portions were good. Breakfast is good. Shower had weak pressure which was a disappointment.

The restaurant service was terrible. I had a 15 minute wait for my appetizer and a 1 hour wait for my main course. I spoke to the front desk about the service but I couldn’t understand the reply due to poor English. My room was cold. I called the front desk several times but got no answer so I went down to eventually got a blanket. Reception showed little concern. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s previously been exceptional, as reflected in my previous reviews.

Close to Heathrow with transit stop in front

Best airport hotel at Heathrow. Convenient with a nice restaurant. We got a room with a view of the planes taking off and landing.

This place is conveniently located by the airport and not far from the Windsor Castle.

Easy access to shuttle to airport

Very friendly and helpful front counter staff. Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Pretty decent buffet breakfast but a bit on the pricey side, although on par for the area. Taxi from terminal 3 was £14, and an Uber to terminal 5 was £21.

Overnight before a flight. Well designed room. Made use of Expedia points to better fit my budget.

If there was any room for improvement, it would be to add a rooftop area to watch the airplanes across the road!

The staff and facilities are excellent. The dining room staff also. The meals in the dining area were a bit disappointing.

Excellent stay!

Rooms are very small with no place to store clothing. I was literally living out of my 2 suit cases and barley had room for those.

All great but transfer to airport is terrible. We wound up spending over 50 pounds for an uber to our flight. The shuttle is 3rd party and charges and takes forever since it stops many times. Might as well stay down town and uber to airport. Restaurant was great tho!!

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but the room was very basic. There was only packs of instant coffee, no coffee machine. The fridge was empty, nothing to buy. We were at another Hyatt last week in London, no comparison.

The staff was friendly and helpful, room was great with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. Bar/Restaurant was was delicious with plenty of lounging space and cheerful staff.

Airport hotel - what's to say?

Close to Heathrow but no noise from aircraft

They were very helpful in getting a car to the airport the next day.

Room was very large for a hotel near Heathrow. Restaurant was excellent- very impressive. Only downside of the stay was lack of sky sports so they couldn't show the football in the bar (which was very expensive)

Very convenient location. Room was excellent, especially having a small “ nook” desk area where we could put our cases. The shower was a little disappointing as the pressure wasn’t great. Overall very good.

Excellent property, very nice and clean room. Only surprise was the bed was not made using a fitted mattress sheet. We were only there for the night so wasn’t a problem. Maybe that is common in the UK not sure. Everything else was excellent.

Nice place to stay if you need to be near the airport. There is a bus from the airport to hotels near the airport. It would be better if Hyatt has a shuttle or works something out if you book with them the transportation fee would be waved.

Staff immensely professional and welcoming. Room impeccable and quiet (fourth floor and facing rear of building and placid farm fields). Excellent dining options on-site with great, attentive waitstaff (decent English breakfasts, too!), and very, very easy ground connections to Heathrow terminals either via several regular municipal bus services (calling at Compass Centre stop just across the street from hotel) or via Hoppa Bus express airport shuttle picking up right outside hotel's front doors. A most convenient and superbly run place to stay near Heathrow. So Go Already!

Staff was fabulous. From check in, through dinner and breakfast. Room was spotless and silent. True blackout curtains. Food was excellent. I’ve been disappointed in many hotel restaurants but this was very good IMHO. Menu was simple in a good way. Excellent

Best one I have stayed at LHR

Nice facility BUT room #138 was cool. Thermostat did not work. Went to desk, they sent someone to fix it but was unable to get the thermostat to work, and therefore no heat. They offered a portable heater, but I declined. Only a one-night stay. Blanket was good. According to web site, hotel was fully booked, no offer of another room was made. Ordered dinner in the lounge restaurant. Hamburger nearly 1" thick, not fresh. came in less than 5 minutes. Not good. Wifes' omelet was good. She said "don't complain". We were glad to leave first thing in the AM.

This was our second stay in the past week here at Heathrow London. We plan to return one more night before we head back to CA USA

The beds in our room were the softest, most luxurious I have ever slept on. Food in the bar and restaurant was very good. The only thing missing was any kind of instructions or information in the room. A menu or info on the restaurant would be great!

Clean & efficient

I chose the hotel as it was vlose to Heathrow airport, and had good transport links. It was a very good price, as well. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning was loud. The food was very good, service was quick and it was reasonably priced. Staff were extremely helpful.

The property is close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar area serves decent food and beverages. We took the buses to and from Terminal 5.

A slightly stressful stay. My phone died because my charging cable broke. The hotel didn't have a spare iPhone cable I could borrow which was a little surprising. So I requested an alarm call in the morning - which I never got! Luckily I didn't sleep brilliantly as the pillows are soft and tiny, so I was awake at the right time. Not the best start to a day of airport travel.

The perfect hotel to stay with if you’re flying out in the morning! You’re so close to the airport, you wake up, eat a good breakfast, get ready for your flight and leave!!!!! It helps that the hotel is beautiful and the staff is really nice and accommodating!
